Three types of plural forms are discovered in the ancient literature 《Chung-ui-jig-eon》: propositional plural markers placed in front of the main word - either noun or pronoun, postpositional plural markers placed behind the main word, and pro-/postpositional mixed plural markers. The Mongolian Rule in China during Yuan Dynasty caused the osmotic linguistic imperialism of the Mongolian over the Chinese language. Mongolian language - an Altaiian language which is postpositional - dominantly influenced the Chinese language - which is a propositional language. In addition, the previous usage of '輩', '等', '伟', '满' in Ancient Chinese, made it easier for '每' to be accepted and grammaticalized as a plural marker. The grammaticalization of '每' had been progressed through the reinterpretation of '每' in the structure of 'S(NP)+每+VP'. As a result, '每' had started to be widely used as a postpositional plural ending behind noun or pronoun, regardless of its position in the sentence.
Generally, optimum shortest path algorithms adopt single attribute objective among several attributes such as travel time, travel cost, travel fare and travel distance. On the other hand, multi-objective shortest path algorithms find the shortest paths in consideration with multi-objectives. Up to recently, the most of all researches about multi-objective shortest paths are proceeded only in single transportation mode networks. Although, there are some papers about multi-objective shortest paths with multi-modal transportation networks, they did not consider transfer problems in the optimal solution level. In particular, dynamic programming method was not dealt in multi-objective shortest path problems in multi-modal transportation networks. In this study, we propose a multi-objective shortest path algorithm including dynamic programming in order to find optimal solution in multi-modal transportation networks. That algorithm is based on two-objective node-based label correcting algorithm proposed by Skriver and Andersen in 2000 and transfer can be reflected without network expansion in this paper. In addition, we use non-dominated paths and tree sets as labels in order to improve effectiveness of searching non-dominated paths. We also classifies path finding attributes into transfer and link travel attribute in limited transit networks. Lastly, the calculation process of proposed algorithm is checked by computer programming in a small-scaled multi-modal transportation network.
The presence of biological response modifiers (BRMI-like effect was confirmed in peritoneal exudate (PE) of ToxopLnsmo gondii-infected ICR mice which inhibited Concanavalin A (Con A)-induced peritoneal Iymphocyte (PL) proliferation. During 5 days of PL incubation with $10{\;}\mu\textrm{g}/ml$ Con A with or without PE, 3H-thymidine uptake was measured for the last 24 hrs. Compared to uninduced control, PL proliferated by 7.3-fold with Con A induction_ When PE of infected mice was added, PL proliferation was inhibited by $74.0{\;}{\pm}{\;}11.9%$ whereas inhibition by PE of normal mice was $16.4{\;}{\pm}8.3%$. Inhibitory effect of PE increased exponentially from 3 days up to 4-5 days of survival after the infection. Inhibitory activity of PE was decreased concentration-dependently. Also the inhibition was diminished when the PE was treated with heat of $95^{\circ}C$ for 10 min orprecipitated with 10% trichloroacetic acid (TCA). In SDS-PAGE of PE, many minor bands appeared newly. Heat-labile protein molecule in PE exerted inhibitory activity to Con A- induced Iymphocyte proliferation.

The most optimal route-search algorithm thus far has introduced a method of applying node labels and link labels. Node labels consider two nodes simultaneously in the optimal route-search process, while link labels consider two links simultaneously. This study proposes a turn-label-based optimal route-search technique that considers two turns simultaneously in the process. Turn-label-based optimal route search guarantees the optimal solution of dynamic programming based on Bellman's principle as it considers a two-turn search process. Turn-label-based optimal route search can accommodate the advantages of applying link labels because the concept of approaching the limit of link labels is applied equally. Therefore, it is possible to reflect rational cyclic traffic where nodes allow multiple visits without expanding the network, while links do not allow visits. In particular, it reflects the additional cost structure that appears in two consecutive turns, making it possible to express the structure of the travel-cost function more flexibly. A case study was conducted on the metropolitan urban railway network consisting of transportation card terminal readers, aiming to examine the scalability of the research by introducing parameters that reflect psychological resistance in travel with continuous pedestrian transfers into turn label optimal path search. Simulation results showed that it is possible to avoid conservative transfers even if the travel time and distance increase as the psychological resistance value for continuous turns increases, confirming the need to reflect the cost structure of turn labels. Nevertheless, further research is needed to secure diversity in the travel-cost functions of road and public-transportation networks.
The purpose of this paper is to compare learners' academic texts with academic texts of native speakers and to examine the usage patterns of learners' objectification strategies in detail. In order to achieve objectivity as a discourse mechanism applied to describe the results of academic inquiry in a scientific way with universality and validity, we analyzed concepts and signs such as related intentionality, accuracy, and mitigation of the linguistic markers of objectification strategies. As a result of the comparison, it was analyzed that there are intersectional overlaps with the signs that reveal objectivity, signs indicating related mechanisms, and there is a different set that is differentiated. Objective markers can be broadly classified as emphasizing stativity of research results, separating research subjects from research results, and generalizing research contents. Sustainable expressions and noun phrases emphasize statehood, and non-inhabited expressions, passive expressions, and self-quotations are maintained in the distance between the claimant and the writer, and the pluralization through first-person pronouns and suffixes contributes to generalization. In the case of the learner, the non-inhuman expression of the quotation type appears to be very less compared to the maw speaker, which could be due to the lack of recognition of the citation method of the Korean academic text. Next, in the generalization of the research contents, the expression of 'we' was very less compared to the maw speakers.
This study aims to reveal path selection strategies and individual differences in a navigation task. Two experiments were presented that studied human route planning performance as well as the cognitive strategies and processes involved. For the outdoor task, university students were asked to select a route based on the instruction, i.e. to find the best route from the campus main gate to the Education Building for conference visitors by locating eight signposts. Results indicate (1) that locations of signposts were selected preferably at decision points where the traveler needs to make a choice and starting/ending points of the navigation task and (2) a variety of route planning strategies considering efficiency goal (e.g., the shortest path), environmental characteristics (e.g., fewest turns), and aesthetic purpose (e.g., most scenic) were used. It is notable that some participants took into account more than one path by locating one or two signposts on an alternative route while others preferred a linear route connecting signposts between the start point and the destination. Prior to the main experiment, the same participants were asked to complete the same task inside the classroom to investigate changes in strategies between two tasks. Participants often tend to place signposts at more regular intervals for the indoor navigation task than the same task conducted outside.
An in uipo culturing to examine the cyst stage of ToxopLQsma gondii (ME49 strain) was Investigated using murine peritoneal macrophages, and we also examined the effect of CAMP or DHFR Inhibitors on the growth of bradyzoltes. For experiments ICR mice were Injected 1.p. with 1,500 brain cysts. At 1, 3, 5 and 7 days, peritoneal exudates were Isolated and then adherent peritoneal macrophages were cultured for 1,3,5 and 10 days. Growth pattern of bradyzoltes was measured by (3H)-uracil uptake assay and morphological pattern of pseudocysts formed in macrophages was observed Uth Glemsa stain. Mostly bradyzoites were observed In the macrophages extracted at 3 and S days post Infection. After 3 days in vitro, a number of pseudocysts were formed in the macrophages and the size of pseudocysts was increased during further 5 and 10 days in vitro culture. CAMP stimulated the growth of bradyzoltes when in uiuo 3 and 5 days and then in vitro 5 and 10 days conditions were applied. In case of.DHFR Inhibitors, pynmethamlne produced a linearly decremental effect with a cont.-dependent mode but methotrexate was not effective against Intracellular bradyzoltes or pseudocysts In this system. It was suggested that cyst-forming strain of T gondii (ME49 strain) could be maintained and cultivated in uitro by use of murine peritoneal macrophages. In uivo 3 and 5 days and then in uiko 5 and 10 days conditions appeared to be suitable for culturing of bradyzoltes. CAMP and pyrimethamine had an effect of stimulation and inhibition on the growth of bradyzolte, respectively.
ISBP745 has new provisions about sea waybill, road, rail or inland waterway transport documents which ISBP681 did not have provisions about. The main revisions of ISBP745 which were not existent or different from ICC Opinion are as follows: First, where B/L is required when multimodal transport is used as a modes of transport, the revisions stipulates that it is subject to UCP600 article19. this differs from previous ICC Opinion. Second, when a credit requires a transport document to indicate the name, address and contact details of a delivery agent, for the place of final destination or port of discharge, the address need not be one that is located at the place of destination or port of discharge or within the same country as that of the place of destination or port of discharge. Third, in case there exist a number of shippers and a consignee, multiple transport documents are issued. This rule has a clear stipulation on this case. Transport industry regards the indication of "LCL/FCL" or "CFS/CY" common in this case as that requiring multiple transport documents. However, ISBP745 does not regard it the case as that requiring multiple transport documents. This may cause some confusion in examination of documents. Forth, when partial shipment is allowed, and more than one set of original transport documents are presented as part of a single presentation made under one covering schedule and incorporate different dates of shipment, the earliest of these dates is to be used of the calculation of an presentation period.

Mass transit information should contribute many benefits to users. Especially transportation information technology is developing highly with information technology in Korea recently. Hereafter it is expected to provide customized transportation information to users individually with the advent of ubiquitous age in earnest. This public transportation information service can be realized by path finding algorithms in public transportation networks including travel and transfer attributes. In this research, multi objectives such as travel time, transfer time, and number of transfer and so on are constructed with the primary facts influencing users. Moreover, the method reducing user's path finding alternatives arbitrarily is proposed by selecting the best alternative which provides maximum utility to users among non dominated paths. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this study proposes a multi objective shortest paths finding algorithm which can take into account multiple user classes in a transit network with multiple travel modes. The proposed algorithm is demonstrated based on the two case studies - a small toy network and the large-scaled Seoul Metropolitan subway network.
The transit fare resulted from the renovation of public transit system in Seoul is basically determined based on the distance-based fare policy (DFP). In DFP, the total fare a passenger has to pay for is calculated by the basic-transfer-premium fare decision rule. The fixed amount of the basic fare is first imposed when a passenger get on a mode and it lasts within the basic travel distance. The transfer fare is additionally imposed when a passenger switches from one mode to another and the fare of the latter mode is higher than the former. The premium fare is also another and the fare of the latter begins to exceed the basic travel distance and increases at the proportion of the premium fare distance. The purpose of this study is to propose an algorithm for finding K number of paths, paths that are sequentially sorted based on total amount of transit fare, under DFP of the idstance-based fare policy. For this purpose, the link mode expansion technique is proposed in order to save notations associated with the travel modes. Thus the existing K shortest path algorithms adaptable for uni-modal network analysis are applicable to the analysis for inter-modal transportation networks. An optimality condition for finding the K shortest fare routes is derived and a corresponding algorithms is developed. The case studies demonstrate that the proposed algorithm may play an important role to provide diverse public transit information considering fare, travel distance, travel time, and number of transfer.
