Information security is an essential factor that enables terminal to be operated. However, despite of this importance of information security, there has hardly been any research related to this topic. And moreover, current level of information security performance in container terminals has not been analyzed so far. The objective of this study is to evaluate current level of information security in container terminals. Through survey from the four leading container terminal operators in Korea, The results firstly showed that average of information security level of major container terminals was 71.7%. And from the results of data analysis, it revealed that the weak point of information security in Korean container terminals was security management, and in detail, lack of expertise of support group.

대기업에 비하여 한정적인 인적, 물적 자산을 보유한 중소기업은 정보화를 통하여 단순한 경영환경의 변화가 아니라 생산성 향상과 거래비용 절감을 통한 기업 경쟁력를 확보하고 있다. 그러나 중소기업의 핵심정보가 IT융합 환경속에서 정보화됨으로써 경쟁기업이나 해외로 유출되고 있으며, 그 규모는 매해 증가하고 있다. 중소기업들이 보유하고 있는 핵심기술을 보호하고 지속가능한 성장을 보장하기 위해서는 중소기업의 규모와 정보화 수준을 고려하여 전략적으로 정보보호 체계를 구축할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 중소기업 특성을 고려한 전략적 정보보호 체계구축 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 세부적으로 중소기업의 정보화 및 정보보호 현황을 분석하고, 이에 부합되는 적정 수준의 중소기업 정보보호 수행체계를 설계하였다.

범죄나 사고 소식을 접하는 대다수의 사람들은 자신이 직접적인 피해자가 아니라는 사실에 안도하면서도, 혹시 발생할 지 모르는 만약의 사태에 대비하곤 한다. 그런 의미에서 최근 언론매체를 통해 등장하는 개인정보보호 유출사고 소식에 대해 일반인들은 어떤 생각을 갖고 있을까. 또 각종 개인정보 유출 사건사고에 의한 간접 학습효과는 얼마나 될까. KISA가 남녀, 연령대별로 구분해 사용자의 개인정보보호 의식수준과 개인정보보호를 위한 실천 수준을 측정하기 위해 온라인 설문을 실시했다.

현재의 조직 환경에서 정보 보호 수준의 결정은 필수 불가결한 이슈가 되고 있지만 정보 보호 수준 구축을 위한 기준은 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정보 보호 수준 결정에 있어서 기준이 될 수 있는 중요한 요소인 위험에 대해서 기존의 위험 평가 프로세스를 분석하여 개선된 위험평가 프로세스를 제시하고 허용 가능한 위험을 결정하기 위한 중요 기준인 목표 잉여 위험의 결정 방법에 대해 논하고자 한다.

This study has been undertaken to empirically test how the level of information Home Helpers have about their client and the hypothesis that home-helpers' expertise about their service provided to their clients is expected to positively affect their assessment of service provided to clients. Main results of this study are as follows : First, home-helpers' knowledge, skill, and information about clients is positively related to their assessment of service provided to clients. Home-helpers' information about clients plays a more important role than knowledge and skills in the process of assessing the services provided to clients. After maintaining that the hypothesis is empirically confirmed, the author discusses the implications of empirical findings.

The SSE-CMM model is how to verify the level of information protection as a process-centric information security products, systems and services to develop the ability to assess the organization's development. The CMM is a model for software developers the ability to assess the development of the entire organization, improving the model's maturity level measuring. However, this method of security engineering process improvement and the ability to asses s the individual rather than organizational level to evaluate the ability of the processes are stopped. In this research project based on their existing research information from the technical point of view is to define the maturity level of protection. How to diagnose an information security vulnerabilities, technical security system, verification, and implementation of technical security shall consist of diagnostic status. The proposed methodology, the scope of the work place and the current state of information systems at the level of vulnerability, status, information protection are implemented to assess the level of satisfaction and function. It is possible that measures to improve information security evaluation based on established reference model as a basis for improving information security by utilizing leverage.

현재 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자는 자신의 정보를 보호하기 위하여 정보 노출 수준의 설정을 하고 이를 통하여 프라이버시 노출을 방지한다. 하지만 소셜 네트워크가 정보의 공유를 지향함에 따라 정보 노출 수준 설정만을 통해서는 프라이버시를 보호하기 어렵다. 이러한 정보 노출 수준 설정은 자신이 보유하고 있는 정보에 관해서만 접근제어가 가능하지만, 친구에서 친구로 공유된 자신의 정보 같은 경우에는 정보 노출에 대한 제어가 불가능하거나 제한적이다. 프라이버시 보호를 위해서는 자신이 생성한 정보는 자신이 보유하고 있지 않더라도 다른 사용자들의 접근을 제어할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 인증서 시스템을 통하여 자신이 생성한 정보에 대해서는 직접적으로 보유하고 있지 않더라도 접근을 제어할 수 있는 보안 모델을 제안한다.

To solidate information security, Korea government introduces information security governance. The public institutions and agencies in korea have begun to recognize the importance of information security governance. For solidating information security governance, the government has tried to establish and solidate an information security policy and information security systems. This study suggests factors affecting the level of information security governance in the public agencies and institutions through the factor analysis and the linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the CEO's support is able to elevate the level of information security governance. The level of information security governance has relation with the number of the staff in information departments, and the budget in the public agencies and the institutions. This study provides directions for the public agencies and the institution for elevating the levels of information security governance.

정보통신부는 지난 6월부터 4개월간 실시한 국내 정보보호산업체 실태 조사 결과를 발표했다. 이번 조사는 사이버테러가 늘어나면서 새로운 고부가가치산업으로 떠오르고 있는 정보보호산업에 대한 정확한 실태를 파악, 정책자료로 활용하기 위해 정보보호산업협회 128개 모든 회원사를 대상으로 실시한 최초의 전수조사이다. 조사분야는 국내 정보보호시장 규모와 제품.서비스 동향 정보보호업체 매출액.종업원 수.자본금.당기순이익 등 일반현황 정보보호업체 해외진출 현황 등이었으며, 조사 결과 국내 정보보호시장 규모는 지난해 881억원에서 앞으로 2년간 연평균 217% 성장해 내년에는 8,839억원에 이를 것으로 전망됐다. 이는 세계 정보보호시장(올해 110억 달러 예상)의 3% 수준이며 국내 정보통신시장(99년 21조원)의 0.4% 수준이다. 또한 정보보호시장의 대부분을 차지했던 침입차단시스템과 바이러스 백신 등 정보보호제품의 99-2001년까지 연평균 성장률은 190.3%인 반면, 정보보호컨설팅, 인증서비스 등 정보보호서비스부문은 304.8%로 전망돼 이 분야 비중이 점차 늘어날 것으로 예상됐다. 해외시장 진출은 지난 해 활발한 편으로, 정보보호제품과 서비스 수출 규모가 지난해 20억원에서 올해에는 10배 넘게 늘어난 229억원에 이를 전망이다. 다음은 조사결과이다.
