자궁경관 임신은 최근에 인공유산의 증가와 인공 보조 생식술(assisted reproductive technology) 등에 의하여 증가되는 양상을 보인다. 과거에는 자궁경관 임신은 대량의 무통성 질출혈로 진단을 내리고 치료 방법은 천자궁적출술이 유일한 수단이었으나, 지금은 질식 초음파의 개발로 자궁경관 임신을 조기에 진단하고 자궁 보존적 방법으로 치료하여 차후 임신을 기대할 수 있게 되었다. 그 치료 방법 중 하나로 Methotrexate(MTX)를 주사하여 성공적으로 치유된 많은 보고들이 있었다. 본 저자들은 임신 8주에 자궁경관 임신으로 진단된 환자에서 전신적 MTX 투여와 복식 초음파 관찰 하에 양막강내 MTX 투여 병합 요법으로 치료한 1례를 보고하고 치료과정에서 자궁경부 병변의 지연 관해에 대해서 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Moire technique is generally divided into shadow Moire Technique and Projection Moire Technique. In this paper, determinating the direction of reference planes for this system, by comparing the results of this system with those of general terrestrial photogrammetry, is an objective of this paper. For the objective, control surveying is done and the results of control surveying are compared with those of moire photograph. In this technique, it is found that though the positions of a projector and a reference grid are not moved, a desired moire contour whose the reference plane is different respectively is easily obtained by changing the pitches of a master grid and a reference grid on an object. Also it is found that when the pitches of the two grids on an object are equal, a moire contour which has the reference plane parallel to the object can be obtained.

It is difficult to expect the service improvements such as increased number of sailing and making new ship due to financial difficulty this is caused by deterioration of island dwellers. In addition, the safety of ship operation is also a problem with the supply of good sailors difficult problem of low wages and lack of safety working environment. T It is necessary to ensure the introduction of public operating system in coastal passenger shipping business to secure the public and safety. There are many practical constraints but if we obtain public sea ways, it will be possible to improve the operating system through the implementation from a subsidized line and taking off business licenses of an insolvent enterprise by enhancing safety control.

In this paper, we have developed a system for identifying pills and providing their information by image processing to assist the health care of the elderly. A wide variety of pills can lead to the difficulty of distinguishing for the elderly at home and results in unusage and abandonment of the pills. To resolve this problem, we obtain images from a camera of a smart phone, extract features such as shape, line and color by image processing, classify pills, and provide information including the name, effect and directions for the usage of the pills.

Desire about agreeable habitat by enhancement of standard of living has been increased, and common complaints by transformer noise have been happening constantly. It has been installed resonator and sound-proof shutter in order to solve substation's noise problems. But those methods are not effective. Therefore, It is necessary to study transformer noise level that can satisfy noise regulation standard. In this paper described that predicted transformer noise level of substation boundary by operating situation at the indoor substation. Also, Presented most suitable noise level of transformer that satisfy noise regulation standard at the indoor substations through predicted results.

The parer proposes a power factor correction high efficiency PWM single-phase rectifier. Its good characteristics such as simple PWM control, low switch stress, and low VAR rating of commutation circuits make the proposed rectifier very suitable for various unidirectional power applications. In addition, the proposed rectifier consists of three boost-converter-type IGBT modules with the switching devices located at the bottom leg of the rectifier scheme, which also enables the use of the same power supply in both control and gate driver, thus resulting in simple control and power circuit structure. The detailed principle of operation and experimental results are also included. In particular, the design guide line is also suggested to make the circuit design of the proposed rectifier easy and fast.

Lecithin, a zwitterionic phospholipid, forms spherical reverse micelles in nonpolar organic solvents such as decane. The addition of monovalent ions like lithium chloride (LiCl) to lecithin organosols induces the transformation of organosols into organogels due to the entanglement of reverse cylindrical micelles. In this study, we investigate the effect of pentanol acting as co-surfactant on rheological properties of lecithin/LiCl mixtures. From rheological studies, we find that the viscosity and elastic property of organogels decreased upon the addition of pentanol to organogels. The decrease in viscosity and elastic property can be attributed to the shortening of reverse cylindrical micelles confirmed by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).

Current brake system changes the kinetic energy into heat energy by friction-type of brake that the braking action is diverging into the air. The system has a device called a retarder that generates braking force. High-tech research on the high-speed response characteristics of retarders utilizing part of the braking energy of the retarder to save electrical energy consumption is already underway in advanced countries. In this paper, we propose DC-DC converter which converts 3-phase voltage generated from retarder to 24V DC voltage for battery charging and verify its validity through experiments.

There have been many experimental studies on the manoeuvrability of KRISO Container Ship (KCS). However, the scale ratio of the model ship and the test procedure for each institute are slightly different, so direct comparison for the data is technically difficult to perform. This paper presents the manoeuvrability of the ship with different scale ratios: 1/65.8, 1/42.0, and 1/31.6 in model scale. KRISO conducted Free Running Model Tests (FRMT): 35° turning circle tests and 20/20(10/10) zigzag manoeuvring tests. The test results indicated that advance and tactical diameter in turning circle tests were similar, and overshoot angles in two zigzag manoeuvring tests increased as the model ship size increased. In addition, a basic concept for the FRMT method with an auxiliary X-thrust device was proposed so that the scale effect could be considered in model ship tests.

우리나라는 최근 지역별, 계절별 강수편차가 증가하고, 특정지역에 강수량이 부족하여 국지적 가뭄이 빈발하고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라는 '14년도 강원·경기, '15년도 강원·경기·충북·충남, '17년도에는 전북·전남·경북·경남 지역에서 강수부족에 의한 지역별 가뭄 발생하였다. 특히, '15년 가뭄의 경우 총강 수량 942.9mm로 충남서부권에서 큰 가뭄피해를 초래하고 정부 종합대책 발효 등 가뭄피해의 심각성을 알리는 계기가 되었으며 '23년 현재 전라도를 비롯한 남부지역의 겨울 가뭄 장기화로 용수공급 제한과 비상급수를 실시하고 있다. 최근 30년간 연 강수량은 감소 추세이며, 최근 10년 평균 강수량은 1,264.2mm로 최근 30년(1,305.0mm) 보다 40.8mm 부족하는 등 뚜렷하게 감소하는 추세이다. 가뭄취약지도는 「수자원의 조사·계획 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제7조1항 및 동법 시행령 제5조에 의거 가뭄취약성 평가를 기반으로 작성되며 기후변화 대비 선제적 가뭄대응을 위한 정보제공을 위해 전국을 대상으로 지역이 가지고 있는 특성과 여건을 반영한 지역별 가뭄 취약성 평가결과를 도출함이 목적이다. 본 연구는 "가뭄 취약성 평가 및 가뭄취약지도 구축(2018년)"으로 기 정립된 가뭄취약성 평가를 전국을 대상으로 확대 적용하며 선도 사업에서 각 평가부문별로 적용 범위 등을 보완하고자 하였다.
