A Study on the Mushrooms Cultivation Using Ozon (오존을 이용한 버섯재배에 관한 연구(1))

  • This experiment was conducted to find out the effects of mushroom cultivation on ozone susceptibility. The mushroom media in cultivation became softening well without bad Knell when it was soaked for 120 hours. The mushroom media softening on cultivating of oyster mushroom was good and fast when the concentration of gas condition ozone is high. The concentration of gas condition ozone must control at less than 0.02 ppm at the innoculation room, 0.03 ppm at the incubating room, must not use at the sprouting mom, less than 0.02 ppm at the growing room respectively. Also at the growing room, it removes the smell of mushroom, so has a protective effects of coming into mushroom fees and disease. When the concentration of 0.02 ppm liquid condition ozone was sprinkled, it was very useful in disease protection If it was input, the storage period of mushroom fruiting body was prolonged.

  • Principal component analysis (PCA) is a well-known method for dimensionality reduction and feature extraction. Although PCA has been applied in many areas successfully, it is sensitive to outliers due to the use of sum-square-error. Several variants of PCA have been proposed to resolve the noise sensitivity and, among the variants, improved robust fuzzy PCA (RF-PCA2) demonstrated promising results. RF-PCA2, however, still can fall into a local optimum due to equal initial membership values for all data points. Another reason comes from the fact that RF-PCA2 is based on sum-square-error although fuzzy memberships are incorporated. In this paper, a variant of RF-PCA2 called RF-PCA3 is proposed. The proposed algorithm is based on the objective function of RF-PCA2. RF-PCA3 augments RF-PCA2 with the objective function of PCA and initial membership calculation using data distribution, which make RF-PCA3 to have more chance to converge on a better solution than that of RF-PCA2. RF-PCA3 outperforms RF-PCA2, which is demonstrated by experimental results.

Solvent-free UV-curable Acrylic Adhesives for 3D printer build sheet (3D 프린터 빌드시트용 무용제 UV 경화형 아크릴 점착제의 제조)

  • 3D printing technology enables proper objects to be made through an additive manufacturing method, but resulting in dimension deviation of the product due to contraction phenomenon as cooling melted filament resin injected from high-temperature use environment. In this research, we studied on acrylic adhesives for 3D printer build sheet in order to fabricate high-quality products with a precise shape and to well-mount without distortion. The solvent-free UV-curable acrylic adhesive formulation was designed by adding 4-acryloylmorpholine (ACMO) with high adhesion, toughness, glass transition temperature so that adhesion properties are stable at high temperature and products are easily mounted/detached from the adhesives. The designed formulation was polymerized through two-steps using post-addition of monomers. Using this, the acrylic adhesive was coated to make a film and then analyzed using various experimental techniques. As a result, the fabricated adhesive exhibited high glass transition temperature and there was little gap in peel strength before and after thermal treatment. Moreover, it was confirmed by rheological analysis that this adhesive can provide great bonding/debonding ability without distortion. We demonstrated the fabrication of a rectangular product using a 3D printing method using our acrylic adhesive as a build sheet. Mounting ability and workability were satisfactory and dimension deviation of the product was tiny. Because the product is easily detachable from the acrylic adhesive developed here than conventional build sheets, it is expected that this will provide work convenience to users who use the 3D printer.

  • 구조물의 동적부하에 대한 동적변형 응답을 정확히 예측하고, Over Design이나 Under Design이 아닌 합리적인 설계방안의 개발은 중요한 과제이다. 동적강도해석이나 소음 승차감과 같은 진동 및 충격에 기인하는 제반 문제를 복잡한 구조물을 대상으로 합리적으로 처리하기 위한 Dynamic Design Analysis는 높은 신뢰성의 추구와 더불어 필요불가결한 기술이 되고 있다. 동적해석 방법으로는 현재 유한요소법이 널리 사용되고 있으며 여러 종류의 범용 프로그램들이 보급되어 있는 실정이다. 그러나 특히 동적문제에 있어서는 형상이나 거동이 복잡한 구조물의 경우, 또는 차량의 차체와 같이 많은 장착물이 부착된 경우에는 유한요소법의 적용이 곤란하여, 지금까지 대처할 수 있는 유용한 방법이 없었다. 따라서 비교적 용이하고 간단하게 적용가능한 진동실험을 기초로 한 구조물의 동적 응답해석 및 설계 방안의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 진동시험으로 얻어진 부분구조물의 응답특성과 결합특성으로부터 결합 후의 응답특성을 예측할 수 있는 방법을 전달함수합성이론을 기초로하여 프로그래밍 package화 한다. 그리고 평판구조물에 대하여 진동시험과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 개발된 방법의 타당성을 검증한다. 또한 실제 차량에서 차체만의 진동시험과 엔진의 자유진동시험에 의한 시험데이터로부터 차체와 엔진이 마운트 결합된 후의 진동특성을 예측한다. 진동시험시에 입력과 출력에 노이즈가 필연적으로 혼입되어 주파수응답함수의 크기(magnitude)와 위상(phase)을 왜곡시킨다. 특히 위상의 왜곡은 복소수연산을 하는 전달함수합성법의 결과에 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 데이타 획득시 입력과 출력의 시간지연으로 생기는 위상왜곡을 보정하는 방법을 제시하고, 그 개선 정도를 조사한다.는 소견의 확실도로서 가능성을 표현한 것이다. 예를 들면, 진동진폭 스펙트럼상에 2X 성분이 상당히 크게 나타나 정렬불량의 가능성이 0.7 정도라고 판정하는 것 등은 이러한 수치적진리치를 이용하는 방법이다. 그러나 상기의 수치적 표현만으로는 확실도를 한개의 수치로서 대표하게 하는 것은 진단의 정밀도에 문제가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 언어적진리치가 도입되어 [상당히 확실], [확실], [약간 확실] 등의 언어적인 표현을 이용하여 애매성을 표현하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 간이진단 결과로부터 추출된 애매한 진단결과중에서 가장 가능성이 높은 이상원인을 복수로 선정하고, 여러 종류의 수치화할 수 없는 언어적(linguistic)인 정보ㄷㄹ을 if-then 형식의 퍼지추론으로 종합하는 회전기계의 이상진단을 위한 정밀진단 알고리즘을 제안하고 그 유용성을 검토한다. 존재하여도 모우드 변수들을 항상 정확하게 구할 수 있으며, 또한 알고리즘의 안정성이 보장된 것이다.. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS. The Deterioration Properties and Actual Conditions of Insulation Cover used at 22.9 kV Transformer Bushing (22.9 kV용 변압기 부싱 절연 커버의 실태 조사 및 열화 특성)

  • In this study, we presented the problems in the insulation cover of 22.9kV transformer bushing through investigating actual conditions. After thermal stress applied to the insulation cover, deterioration patterns, thermogravimetric and infrared characteristics were analyzed, and the results were applied to the cause analysis of accidents and judgement of safety. The insulation covers are used to protect exposed terminals of transformer, but they had improper size and length. Therefore, they could not show efficient insulation function. In case that thermal stress of $150^{\circ}C$ was applied to the insulation covers, plastic insulation covers(A, B, D, E) damaged severely, whereas rubber insulation cover(C) showed normal shapes. In the result of thermogravimetric analysis, the thermal gravity of plastic covers(A) decreased about 33.3% at $307.8^{\circ}C\;to\;405.9^{\circ}C$. and he thermal gravity of rubber covers (C) decreased about 53.7% at $258.8^{\circ}C\;to\;32.9^{\circ}C$. In the result of FT-IR analysis, plastic covers showed peaks characteristic of $CH_2,\;CH_3$, C=O and C=C bonds, whereas rubber covers showed peaks characteristic of OH, $CH_2,\;CH_3$, C=O, C=N and C=C bonds.

Seismic Evaluation of Beam-Column Joint Specimens of RC Special Moment Frames (철근콘크리트 특수모멘트골조의 보-기둥 접합부 실험체의 내진성능평가)

  • This study summarizes the results of a research project aimed at investigating the inelastic rotation capacity of beam-column joints of reinforced concrete special moment frames. All of the test specimens were classified as special moment frame (SMF), based on the design and detailing requirements of the ACI 318-02 provisions. The acceptance criteria, originally defined for steel moment frame connections in the 1997 edition of the AISC Seismic provisions, were used to evaluate the beam-column joints of the reinforced concrete moment frames. A total of 39 test specimens were examined in detail. Most of the joints that satisfy the design requirements for special moment frame structures were found to be ductile up to a plastic rotation of 3% without any major degradation in strength. This is mainly due to the stringent ACI 318-02 requirements for special moment frame joints. The presence of transverse beams increases confinement and shear resistance of joints, which results in better performance than for joints without transverse beams. All of the SMF connections that satisfy the ACI 318-02 limitations on joint shear stress turned out to meet the acceptance criteria.

  • The generalized sidelobe cancellers(GSC's) ar used for suppressing an interference in array radar. The frequency-domain GSC's have a faster convergence rate than the time-domain GSC's because they remove the correlation between the interferences using a frequency-domain least mean square(LMS) algorithm. However, we have not fully used the advantage of the frequency-domain GSC's since we have always updated the weights of all frequency bins, even the interferer free frequency bin. In this paper, we propose a new frequency-domain GSC based on constant false-alarm rate(CFAR) detector, of which GSC adaptively determine the bin whose weight is updated according to the power of each frequency bin. This canceller updates the weight of only updated according to the power of each frequency bin. This canceller updates the weight of only the bin of which the power is high because of the interference signal. The computer simulation shows that the new GSC reduces the iteration number for convergence over the conventional GSC's by more than 100 iterations. The signal-to-noise ration(SNR) improvement is more than 5 dB. Moreover, the number of renewal weights required for the adaptation is much fewer than that of the conventional one.

Determination of the Critical Buckling Loads of Shallow Arches Using Nonlinear Analysis of Motion (비선형 운동해석에 의한 낮은 아치의 동적 임계좌굴하중의 결정)

  • For shallow arches with large dynamic loading, linear analysis is no longer considered as practical and accurate. In this study, a method is presented for the dynamic analysis of shallow arches in which geometric nonlinearity must be considered. A program is developed for the analysis of the nonlinear dynamic behavior and for evaluation of critical buckling loads of shallow arches. Geometric nonlinearity is modeled using Lagrangian description of the motion. The finite element analysis procedure is used to solve the dynamic equation of motion and Newmark method is adopted in the approximation of time integration. A shallow arch subject to radial step loads is analyzed. The results are compared with those from other researches to verify the developed program. The behavior of arches is analyzed using the non-dimensional time, load, and shape parameters. It is shown that geometric nonlinearity should be considered in the analysis of shallow arches and probability of buckling failure is getting higher as arches are getting shallower. It is confirmed that arches with the same shape parameter have the same deflection ratio at the same time parameter when arches are loaded with the same parametric load. In addition, it is proved that buckling of arches with the same shape parameter occurs at the same load parameter. Circular arches, which are under a single or uniform normal load, are analyzed for comparison. A parabolic arch with radial step load is also analyzed. It is verified that the developed program is applicable for those problems.

  • In this study, a hybrid powder-extrusion process involving the control of temperature dwelling time for improving the formability of Zn-22Al powder was developed and the effect of dwelling time on the mechanical properties of a spur gear with a pitch circle having a diameter of 1.8 mm was investigated. General extrusion experiments were carried out at different temperatures such as 290, 300, and $310^{\circ}C$. Spur gears with good qualities and without any surface defects were obtained in the case of extrusion temperature of $310^{\circ}C$ and ball-milling duration of 32 h. The Vickers hardness distribution was non-uniform, and after the sintering process, an internal crack was generated because of the different deformation energy between gear central part and teeth. To overcome the abovementioned problems, research on controlling the dwelling time of the extrusion temperature in the powder-extrusion process was carried out. Good-quality spur gears were obtained when the dwelling time was 15 min.

  • Each kinds of the leather process wastes which is occurred in the leather making process is almost more than 50% on the basis of the raw hide. The emitted process wastes are important oil and fats and protein resources because they are composed of animal oil and fats and fibrous protein. But most of them are incinerate or filled up simply as the industrial wastes without applying to recycling into the other use. Thus the problems of environmental pollution are becoming more critical and the processing cost of the leather process wastes (40,000~60,000 won) is a heavy burden on the production cost. Because the organic wastes such as fleshing scrap, pelt scrap are high fetid, its unlawful abandonment without being processed properly causes the occurrence of secondary pollution by an offensive odor and leakage of waste water. Thus we made the re-resource experiments in order to resolve this problems. The principal contents of this study are to process the collected leather waste scrape through separate the oil and fat ingredients with various propert by processing various chemicals and enzymes on the next effector. The re-resource application of separated oil and fat ingredients produced chemical for leather applicable to manufacturing process of leather through chemical transformation process(sulphation reaction, sulphitation reaction etc.) of oil and fats.
