China has definitely been arising as the world's most powerful nation. By looking at general national power it seems that China's national prestige in 2011 is already way beyond Asia and even it closely catches up with the United States which is the most powerful nation over the world. The United states-centered world political order has begun to struggle by China's growth. Moreover, there has been an earnest competition arisen for the east-Asia sea supremacy between previous U.S. hegemony and arising China's power. East-Asia's ocean is the stage for this strife and it grows more serious. At this point, South Korea, one of the east-Asia country seeking the nation's stability and prosperity through its ocean, has come under the influence of this strife among the super powers of the world. The Author will closely examine the backgrounds and future opportunities of military competition between U.S. and China to analyze the influence of the power competition towards the security status of east-Asia especially South Korea.

In this paper, we propose the automatic image-to-image registration of high resolution satellite images using local properties of tie points to improve the registration accuracy. A spatial distance between interest points of reference and sensed images extracted by Scale Invariant Feature Transform(SIFT) is additionally used to extract tie points. Coefficients of affine transform between images are extracted by invariant descriptor based matching, and interest points of sensed image are transformed to the reference coordinate system using these coefficients. The spatial distance between interest points of sensed image which have been transformed to the reference coordinates and interest points of reference image is calculated for secondary matching. The piecewise linear function is applied to the matched tie points for automatic registration of high resolution images. The proposed method can extract spatially well-distributed tie points compared with SIFT based method.

This study conducted a spatial characterization of the public space using the pattern language of Christopher Alexander. It is the place which the city offers the human various experience. Urban public space has played an important role in flourishing public life through history. It has been a place for communication, cultural events, commercial exchange recreation, etc. among people in the city. But today, various behavior in public space and public life are declined. One of the reason in neglecting the user's need when urban space are planned and managed. This study examined the role and types of urban public space through literature survey and found the reason for its decline. For this public space spatial characteristics and indicators by FGI(Focus Group Interview) derived through. After those, case study was examined Jongro in Seoul and analyzed the spatial characteristics of the urban public space in a pattern language. Consequently, this study presents suitable a space structure direction of the public space and do for rather abundant a city space furtherance.

본 논문은 Unity3D와 게임서버엔진인 ProudNet을 이용해 네트워크 게임을 개발한 방법을 설명하였다. ProudNet 서버를 Unity3D 클라이언트와 연결하여 네트워크 기능을 구현할 때 ProudNet의 어떤 기능을 쓰며 또 서버가 보낸 메시지를 클라이언트가 어떠한 방식을 이용하여 메시지를 처리하게 구현하였는지를 설명하였다.

본 논문에서는 2014년도 청강문화산업대학교 게임 전공의 졸업 작품 프로젝트 중 "Majesty on Sword:위대함이 깃든 검"이라는 액션 게임 개발을 정리한 것이다. 이 게임은 기본 게임이 가지고 있는 단점인 수많은 적들을 한꺼번에 사냥하는 과장된 액션의 지루하고 단순한 패턴에서 벗어나 스킬 시스템의 구현과 캐릭터의 사실적인 액션을 강조하여 기존 액션게임과 어떤 차별점을 두고 개발하였는지 기술한 논문이다.

Traffic flow which is prescribed under previous traffic effect/access act is analyzed by traffic volume, V/C, mean speed on road and LOS on the intersection. These indexes based on analytical method can not consider stochastic characteristics of traffic flow. Moreover it is hard to analyze traffic flow visually in whole traffic effect area because only individual road and intersections are targeted. In this study, it is devised to show traffic flow analysis method within traffic effect area visually applying microscopic-simulation by car-following theory, and then based on this, effect analyze ways are studied according to space range plan, improvement measure establishment and etc. To execute this study, effect area is set up using V/C, and the change of traffic current around development area is analyzed using microscopic-simulation program.

Information is a valuable asset regardless of the size of the enterprise and information security is an essential element for the survival and prosperity of the enterprise. However, in the case of large corporations, Security is ensured through rapid introduction of information security management system. but In the case of SMEs, security systems are not built or construction is delayed due to complex factors such as budget constraints, insufficient security guidelines, lack of security awareness. In this paper, we analyze the actual situation of information security management of SMEs through questionnaires, and We would like to suggest a comprehensive security plan for SMEs in free or inexpensive ways. We believe that by applying the method presented in this paper, SMEs will be able to implement the lowest cost basic information security and will benefit SMEs who plan to establish an information security plan.

Wright wants to create a democratic egalitarian society through his real utopias project where everyone is guaranteed the access to material and social means or opportunities for human flourishing and where democracy is maximized. However, he does not provide a convincing rationale for his democratic egalitarianism. This paper shows that the basic income derived from the equal rights to commons can be a convincing basis for his democratic egalitarianism. This paper then restructures his real utopias project into a more consistent system based on the basic income derived from commons. It also argues that Wright's vision of Real Utopias overlaps with the vision of a 'sharing society', a 'society based on democratically managed and controlled commons and basic income'. This article therefore argues that the Real Utopias Project and the basic income project can on the one hand develop based on these overlaps and correlations and on the other, based on each other's results.
