In this paper, We describe a change set that is to manage historical information and to maintain ontologies during long term. We propose several storage policies of ontology using a change set. A change set includes a change operation set and temporal dimensions. A change operation set is composed with schema change operations and data change operations. We propose three storage policies that are storing all the change sets and storing the change sets and versions periodically, storing the change sets and the versions using sum of change operations. Also, we present the experimental results for evaluating the performance of different storage policies.

Ontology is an essential component of the semantic web and it continue to change and evolve. We study a set of changes based on domain changes, changes in conceptualization, metadata changes, and time dimension. Ontology versioning brings about massive amount of versions to be stored and maintained. We present several storage policies and conduct a set of experiments to compare the performance of each storage policies.

In food choice, consumers consider importantly food safely and reliability focusing on a high qualify control. Also they are concerned about sustainable production and consumption considering of area and environment. In this paper, We propose and design the high-quality seafood production support system that is based on international sanitary standard haccp, traceability and eco-fiendly seafood certification for safety and reliability of the seafood production. The system is categorized into five part: aquafarm haccp, environmental control monitoring, traceability, disease prevention and messenger service and seafood price inquiry service. The proposed system utilize diverse ubiquitous-it technologies like usn, network cctv, mobile device etc.

SNMP나 CMIP에 바탕을 둔 클라이언트/서버 방식의 분산 시스템 관리 환경은 확장성, 상호운영성, 유연성 등과 관련하여 많은 제한점을 드러내고 있다. 따라서 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위해 이동 에이전트(mobile agent)를 적용하려는 노력이 진행되고 있지만 이동 에이전트 기법을 시스템 관리에 적용하여 얻을 수 있는 성능 향상에 대해서는 면밀한 성능 분석이 필요하다. 제안한 에이전트-온-디맨드 방법에서는 에이전트를 기능별 업그레이드가 가능하도록 구성하고 관리 대상 노드가 필요한 에이전트를 요청할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 이동 에이전트를 위한 적절한 성능 모델을 수립하여 분석적 방법으로 성능을 평가하였다[10]. 본 논문에서는 분석적 방법을 통한 성능 모델을 기반으로 제안한 에이전트-온-디맨드 방식에 대한 성능 평가를 모의 실험을 통해 분석하였다. AOD를 적용한 분산 시스템 관리 기법과 기존의 방법의 성능 평가를 위해 IBM Aglets 소프트웨어 개발 키트 (ASDK) 1.1b2 버전과 JDK 1.1.7b 버전을 이용하여 프로토타입 관리 환경을 구현하였다.

Software productivity and quality improvement through software configuration management is based on organized and consistent change management. In change management, artifact identified as configuration item should be able to provide its changed history to the members in group and the members should be able to track down the changes made for the corresponding artifact. General software configuration management systems provide tracking information for artifacts only within the configuration management system, and it does not go further to changes that occur within personal working space. This paper provides a solution that helps tracking down changes that occur not only in configuration management, but also personal artifact's changes through the integration of configuration management system and personal working space. A revised version in configuration management system is connected to the artifact version of the working space by the tagging technique, and traceability can be managed more effectively by sharing the tracking information.

e-Learning은 시 공간의 제약 없이 교수자와 학습자간의 교육이 이루어진다는 장점이 있는 반면, 다양한 학습자의 요구를 만족시킬 만큼 충분한 학습 콘텐츠의 제작이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Modeling)의 표준에 따라 e-Learning의 학습 콘텐츠를 학습객체(Learning Object)로 제작하고, 이를 SCORM의 표준을 지원하는 LCMS(Learning Content Management System)를 이용하여 관리하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. LCMS를 이용할 경우 학습 콘텐츠의 제사용성을 높이므로 학습 콘텐츠의 제작 및 관리가 무척 용이해진다는 장점이 있는 반면 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠를 제작하기는 매우 어렵다는 단점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 버전관리 기법을 이용한 탈맥락화된 학습 콘텐츠에 대한 제작이 용이한 시스템을 연구했다.

R-Tree 색인은 기존의 공간 데이터베이스관리시스템에서 공간 데이터 검색을 위하여 많이 사용되고 있는 공간 색인기법이다. 하지만 R-Tree 색인에서 기존의 잠금(Lock) 기반 동시성 제어는 갱신연산의 잠금으로 인해 검색연산의 블록킹 오버헤드(blocking overhead)가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 R-Tree 색인에서 검색연산의 블록킹 오버헤드의 주요 원인이 되는 노드 분할 연산과 MBR(Minimum Bounding Rectangle) 갱신연산에 대해 각각 노드단위와 노드엔트리 단위의 버전(Version)을 생성하고 유지하여 동시에 발생하는 검색연산이 갱신연산으로 인한 지연이 없이 자신에 알맞은 버전을 읽음으로써, 검색성능을 높일 수 있는 버전 기반의 동시성 제어 기법을 제안한다.

So Cyber terror and Cyber warfare is not the hypothetical enemy situation. It is more actual security situation and identify as magnification of warfare concept of incapacitation national important ability include military command system of the adversary, communication, energy, finance and transportation system. consequently, with the progress of cyber threat, it is necessary that looking at a number of general plan to make up for the weak points in cyber warfare operation system. Thus, the focus of this study is to examine new ways of developing a comprehensive cyber security management system.

This study is research of actual proof on verification of the user's utility about mobile convergence products and the types of convergence categorize into four types according to their characteristics. Four types of convergence; (1)Open service via scalable internet, (2)Close service dependent on mobile phones, (3)Broadcast services such as DMB, (4)Individual products such as camera based on digital technology. The purpose of research model is to identify differences in effect value of the types of mobile convergence according to its usage level and level of quality. As the result of this study, Usage level of open service/individual products had a significant effect on the user's utility about mobile convergence products, Also Level of quality of open service had a significant effect.
