The broadcasting of the analog TV was terminated in 2012 and was converted into the broadcasting of the digital TV, so methods for arrival of DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) are planned recently. Thus, with digitization of analog broadcasting and appearance of new service, it takes effort to improve efficiency of broadcasting frequency. T-DMB which came in 2005 uses existing analog TV band and its channel is allocated inefficiently in order to avoid interference between mutual services. However, the foundation which can afresh reorganize T-DMB channel is building up because the broadcasting of the analog TV was terminated. So, this paper proposes the method for national SFN composition of T-DMB considering existing local broadcasting in order to provide better service to users as well as improve efficiency of broadcasting frequency.

The effect of manufacturing parameters on friction characteristics of motorcycle break system was studied using a design of experiment. Such parameters conditions have an effect on the frictional factor such as applied load, sliding speed, and number of ventilated disk hole. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factors. In this study, the friction characteristics using design of experiment containing 3 elements were investigated for an optimal condition for the best motorcycle break system employing full factorial design. From this study, the result was shown that the applied load in frictional factors was the most important, next to sliding speed, number of ventilated disk hole.

Recently, collapse of structures is frequently occurred, so precautionary measures against accidents are requested. In this study, periodic deformations of structure are surveyed using C.R.P technique and these were used to estimate absolute deformation associated with geodetic network. Also, as compared with inclinometer outcome, correlation of these results was obtained. As a results of this study, a difficult problem of control survey was resolved as control points arranged on intervisible parts of structure. And the transformation parameters for absolute deformation analysis were determined incorporating reference network with control network. This eventually led to possibility for analysis of ground behavior, moreover we were able to overcome a limitation of traditional method that could measure only a part of objects.

Pichia pastoris, a methylotrophic yeast widely used for the production of heterologous proteins, was used to produce Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) under the control of the strong, tightly-regulated alcohol oxidase promoter. It is highly induced during the growth on methanol, but the presence of non-methanol carbon sources such as glycerol and glucose repressed fully the expression of alcohol oxidase. In this study, glycerol and sorbitol feedings for the expression of the recombinant HBsAg were compared to examine the potential of sorbitol as a less repressive carbon source in fed-batch fermentation. The sorbitol feeding enhanced the production yield by 12% compared to that in glycerol feeding, although the cell concentration was lower.

본 연구는 기존의 삼계탕재료에 해동피와 갈근의 축출액을 넣어서 조리를 하여 특성변화와 기호도를 검토하고자 4주령(28일)의 부로일러 종 50수 각 처리구당 해동닭 15수, 삼계탕 15수, 일반닭 15수씩 총 3개 처리구에 배치하여 상품개발을 위한 실험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 영양분석에서 단백질은 해동닭이 작게는 10.07%~11.08%까지 높게 분석되었고 지방은 해동닭이 삼계탕보다는 0.04% 더 많으며 일반닭보다는 4.65%나 작았다. 특히 적육(Red-meat)에서는 다른 흰살(White-meat) 고기의 닭고기에서는 우리인체에 중요한 작용을 하는 생체의 성장기능, 번식기능과 치료효과의 동맥경화증, 혈전억제 효과가 있다고 하는 불포화지방산(Omega-polyunsaturated fatty acide, 3, 6)( $\omega$-3, 6)을 함유하고 있어 지속적인 식도락가의 사랑을 받을 것으로 예측된다. 회분함량도 상대적으로 많으며 수분도 조리의 특성상 증발하지 못한 관계로 그대로 있어 수분과 조리로 인하여 손실되는 영양상태를 그대로 유지할 수가 있었다. 관능테스트에서는 <그림2-1, 2, 3>과 <표 2-10>에서 분석결과를 보듯이 제일 중요한 점은 고객의 기호도라 볼 수 있겠다. 시각적인 면만 약간 개선된다면 정말로 말할 수 없을 정도로 흡족한 상품이라 할 수 있겠다. 해동닭이 후각 90%, 맛 97%, 조직도 83%, 만족도 97%를 보면 그 누가 훌륭한 상품이라고 하지 않겠는가 하는 아쉬움을 가지며 시각적인 면도 해동피, 갈근, 황기, 인삼, 밤, 마늘, 대추, 은행, 생강, 고추 등 고객의 관심도가 높은 의 한약재료가 들어가는 것을 안다면 그리 문제가 되지 않는다고 보며 단지 문제가 있다면 우리 국민 의식이 가공식품에 대한 인식전환과 시기적인 환경, 국민소득 12,000불대의 시대에 맞는 상품이기를 바란다.

Since the 1980's the school of Busan metropolitan city has been converted into the other land-use such as high-rise apartment houses, commercial and office buildings. School facilities are available to locate in green area due to not restricted by land use zone. And the location of school facilities were closely related with the school district, distribution of neighborhood unit, safety of students, and so on. The purpose of this study is to understand the location characteristic of school - moved sites in Busan metropolitan city.

본 논문에서는 인공지능 Watson 기반의 챗봇 시스템에서 효율적인 자연어 처리를 위한 시나리오 설계 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 주제별 시나리오 구성을 단순히 무작위 순서로 배치하는 것 보다 연관도가 높은 노드를 가깝게 연결하는 것이 주제 전환 속도와 효율성 측면에서 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 시스템의 구성 요소를 연결해주는 어플리케이션은 빠르게 질문과 답변 전달이 가능하도록 모듈화하여 PaaS 클라우드에 연결하도록 한다. 그 결과 경제적이고 단순한 개발 환경에서 어플리케이션을 구현하는 것이 가능했다. API를 호출하여 답변을 전달하는 경우에는 약 2.005초 정도로 빠른 응답 속도를 보였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 설명하는 챗봇 시스템 설계 방법을 사용할 경우 저비용으로 효율성 있는 서비스 제공 플랫폼을 구축할 수 있다.

This research focuses on the current trend of 'Sharing Transportation' to clarify the regional factors having a decisive effect on the use of Car Sharing. To accomplish this, the current research is built a Database of the regional characteristics of Car Sharing spots based on railway stations in Seoul and performed an analysis of the primary regional factors affecting Car Sharing usage. As a result, we found conclusive factors affecting the use of Car Sharing. This research can be utilized for establishing strategies and effective measures to support the use of Car Sharing and sustainable development with respect to issues of motorization.
