As an important branch of decoration of blue and white painting, folk blue and white painting not only has a very long history, but also has a very distinctive folklore and artistry. During the Ming and qing dynasties is an important period, in the development of the folk blue and white painting, the folk craftsmen through long-term study and practice, constantly familiar with drawing technique to master the method, combining folk life form, and folk painting decorative expression aesthetic demand, thus make the painting MinSuXing and artistic expression continuously into the blue and white porcelain painting in the process of development, become an important and indispensable component of ceramic decoration.

중국의 전통민족 문화는 유구한 역사를 가지고 있으며, 중국의 문화 저력은 전지 애니메이션 디자인에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 중국 전통 문화를 전지 애니메이션 디자인에 활용하는 것은 이미 오늘날 중국 전통 애니메이션 발전에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 전통 문화에 대한 학습과 중국 문화와 민간 예술 연구를 기반으로 애니메이션 예술 디자인을 진행해야만 중국 문화의 특성을 갖춘 애니메이션 영화를 연구할 수 있다고 생각한다. 본 논문은 중국의 문화 특성으로부터 시작하여 전지 애니메이션 캐릭터 이미지 디자인에 대한 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

최근 국내에서는 공연예술의 문화적 가치 향유와 보존에 주목하고 있다. 국가단위 움직임은 물론 민간단위에서도 공연예술 관리 기관이 속속 등장하고 있어 그 관심의 정도를 말해준다. 하지만 관심의 정도에 비례하여 공연예술자료가 지닌 고유한 특성과 맥락을 온전히 수집 정리 서비스되고 있는지는 의문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적 공연예술자료관리 기관인 한국문화예술위원회 예술자료원, 국립극장, 국립국악원 세 곳을 사례로 하여 국내 공연예술관리 기술 정리 현황을 조사 분석해 문제점을 알아보고 이 결과를 바탕으로 바람직한 정리와 기술을 위한 시사점을 도출하려 한다.

This research focus on Community Culture Center's efficiency according to the regional and operating subject in Capital region. Recently the importance and potential market of cultural industry is growing. In addition, as a basis for local cultural industries, the importance of Community Culture Center has been highlighted. Therefore, for the activation of cultural industry, Community Culture Center on the efficiency of the operation should be reconsidered. To analyze Community Culture Center, using DEA, the efficiency of public organizations tool, which focus on operational efficiency. Depending on the results of analysis, Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi province was able to confirm their efficiency. In addition, according to the Direct Operating, Industrial Operating, Foundation, Private Consignment Agency their efficiency showed significant results. Looking at regional Community Cultural Centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province will see that two are operating efficiently. On the other hand, the Community Cultural Center in Incheon was not efficiency. Looking at the operating entity basis, Direct Operating Agencies and Industrial Operating Agencies were operating efficiently. On the other hand, Foundation Act of agencies and Private Consignment Agencies have been operating relatively inefficiently.

The propose of this paper is to present a new strategy for industrial promotion of Korea's performing arts. On the basis of the existing researches into the industrialized countries, it will be selected the economic characteristics of the performing arts industry, and be issued the policy directions of the industrial promotion of the performing arts sector. To derive a new strategy for industrial promotion of Korea's performing arts, we will consider the production, circulation, and consumption aspects of the performing arts sector, and will propose the systemization of the performing arts associated data base, and the proper division of the roles between the state and the private sector.

그림자극은 중국의 오래된 민간 전통 공연 예술이며 초기 중국영화에서 많이 이용했다. 지금 시대에 3D 및 입체 영화를 위주로 하는 추세에서 2D형식의 표현 기법인 그림자극은 어떻게 변화해야 할 것이고 고유의 특성을 발전시킬 것인가? 먼저 그림자극은 비주류 애니메이션 형식으로서 표현의 한계를 가지고 있으므로, 이러한 평면적 예술 기법을 사용하는 영화의 표현형식 및 표현 내용을 고려해야 한다. 둘째 이런 예술 표현기법의 특성과 현대 컴퓨터기술을 서로 결합한 것은 그림자극을 계승 발전시킬 수 있는 요소이다.

Since the 1990s, the role of the government has been shifting towards governance. This new governance emphasizes government's role in establishing a cooperative system with private organizations through network structure and interaction. In the 1990s, Korean Government support for artists and exhibitions increased unprecedentedly. In the 2000s, support for the arts shifted in ways so as to integrate genres. Simultaneously, in order to strengthen the creative capacities of artists, support for new artists, multi-art and fusion arts have increased. From 2010, 'visual arts' business support was provided. In addition, 'visual arts' was supported by a joint planning project from 2013 Also, an overseas residence program has actively supported exhibitions through international exchanges. Since 2005, it has expanded to cooperation with India, Iran and Asian countries as well as with the Betani Studio in Germany. In addition local government supported for artists and the Biennale, residences, regional cooperative business through the local cultural foundation.

Arts organizations commonly face a range of operational challenges, from a lack of skilled workers to limited financial resources and thus are dependent on subsidies from the government. Yet, to fully realize their mission arts organizations must both develop strategies to effectively utilize government support and seek a way forward that does not depend on public subsidies. Business diversification, a strategy from corporate management, entails the expansion of products and services, and entry into new industries, enabling companies to disperse risks and increase profits. We propose that business diversification can be effectively applied to arts organization to address the myriad operational difficulties they face. To understand how an arts organization might deploy business diversification we conducted a case study of an organization that is actively pursuing the strategy: Sanwoollim Theater. We interviewed staff members of Sanwoollim including the executive director, as well as selected audiences, to understand how the business diversification model was being applied at Sanwoollim. Our findings indicate that, in a complex arts and cultural space, business diversification is a fresh and flexible new strategy that can enable private cultural arts organizations to thrive sustainably. It is also evident that government support in the initial stages of the process encourages diversification and that successful private arts organizations will leverage government subsidies into a sustainable business plan.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among teachers' conceptions of art education, and children's creative personality by mediating effects of teachers' role of creativity improvement. Participants included 156 teachers and 593 children in kindergartens and child care centers. Results indicated the following. First, the higher teacher's concepts of art education was the higher their role of creativity improvement was and children's creative personality was. Second, teachers' conceptions of art education and their role of creativity improvement were positively influenced by the children's creative personality. Third, the children's creative personality was influenced by the teachers' conceptions of art education and the their role of creative improvement control and the mediating effects of the teachers' role of creative improvement was significant in a partial way. The implication is that the teachers' conceptions of art education may enhance the their role of creative improvement and foster children's creative personality.

The territorial characteristics of the korean artifacts refer to the characteristics of the korean artifacts works that bring out what is popular in some geographic areas and that which carry features that depict territorial uniqueness or something which form regular tradition of certain territories. Native craft artists can fully utilize and create works according to their material characteristics and therefore, are able to produce many beautiful craft art pieces. Territorial characteristics have provided artists some enriched materials to choose from so that eventually they can reflect their spiritual subjectivity in their work.
