Effects of Mixing Method and Storage Period of Dangyuja-Sugar Mixture on Customer Preferences for Dangyuja-tea (당유자청의 제조방법과 냉동 저장기간이 당유자차 기호도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effects of mixing methods, storage period, and dilution ratio of Dangyuja-sugar mixture on the customer preferences for Dangyuja-tea. Most sensory characteristics such as bitterness, flavor, and taste are influenced more by mixing methods of Dangyuja-sugar mixtiue than by storage period. The Dangyuja-sugar mixture prepared by slice cutting is preferred to those prepared by operating electric mixer, The preference test showed that the appearance is not influenced by storage period but by mixing methods, whereas the tne and texture is more affected by storage period in which the 24 month storage is preferred to 12 month storage. therefore, the overall preference fer Dangyuja-tea is the on that prepared with 20% contents of Dangyuja-sugar mixture which is slice-cut and 24 month stored.

  • In this paper, we make a design study for a local oscillator system of the 100 ㎓ band cosmic radio receiving system. We use the YIG oscillator with digital driver which is the main oscillator. This oscillator has a good frequency and phase stability at some temperature variation, and the easy computer aided control characteristics. This total system designed to two subsystem, first is the oscillator system include YIG oscillator, tripler, harmonic mixer and triplexer etc., second is the PLL system to supply the precise and stable local oscillator frequency to mixer. The proposed local oscillator system in this paper can be used in a single or multi pixel receiver because this system can be lock the local oscillator frequency automatically using PC.

  • This paper presents a 868/915 MHz CMOS RF transceiver for the ZigBee application. Using a switchless matching network, the off chip switch is removed to achieve the low cost RF transceiver, and by the elimination of the switch's insertion loss we can achieve the benefits for the RF receiver's noise figure and transmitter's power efficiency at the given output power. The receiver is composed of low-noise amplifier, mixer, and baseband analog(BBA) circuit. The transmitter is composed of BBA, mixer, and driver amplifier. And, the integer N type frequency synthesizer is designed. The proposed ZigBee RF full transceiver is implemented on the $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. Measurement results show that the maximum gain and the noise figure of the receiver are 97.6 dB and 6.8 dB, respectively. The receiver consumes 32 mA in the receiver mode and the transmitter 33 mA in the transmission mode.

  • 본 논문에서는 K-band SMDS용 하향변환기를 설계 및 제작하였다. SMDS용 하향변환기는 입력신호 주파수 19.2㎓~20.2㎓에 대한 3단 저잡음 증폭기, 대역통과필터, 18.25㎓의 국부발진기, 및 IF단으로 구성하였고 3단 저잡음 증폭기의 이득은 28dB를 나타내었다. 국부 발진기는 고안정 특성을 위하여 유전체 공진 발진기로 구성하여 주파수 18.25㎓에서 0.5dBm의 출력전력을 나타냈으며, 19.2㎓~20.2㎓의 RF신호를 드레인형 FET믹서에 인가하였을 때 950MHz ~1950MHz 범위에서 변환이득은 5dB를 나타내었다. 본 논문에서 국내 K-band 위성인터넷을 위한 하향변환기의 규격을 만족시킬 수 있었다.

  • 조셉슨 터널접합을 사용한 초전도 혼합기 또는 믹서(SIS mixer)와 매우 얇은 초전도박막을 이용한 초전도 혼합기(HEB mixer)는 초전도 현상에 있어서의 거시적 양자효과를 유발하는 강한 비선형성을 가지기 때문에, 종래의 전자파 검출기로는 구현이 어렵고 또한 극도로 낮은 잡음특성을 실현한다. 테라헤르츠(THz) 주파수 영역용 고감도검출기로서도 기대되는 질화니오븀(NbN) 박막을 사용한 SIS 혼합기와 HEB 혼합기의 개발현황과 연구결과에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 그리고 최근에 많이 연구되고 있는 펨토초레이저와 고온초전도 상호작용을 이용한 테라헤르츠 연구결과도 소개한다.

Implementation of Down Converter for Ku-Band Application (Ku 대역용 주파수변환기의 구현)

  • This paper discusses the design of self-oscillating mixer type low noise down converter using the microwave field effect transistor. The mixer is consists of local oscillator in which high stability dielectric resonator and band pass filter to get rid of spurious oscillation at intermediate frequency stage. The microstrip antenna was integrated in the same substrate which generate 12.3GHz and low noise amplifier was also added after antenna using 3 stage of high electron mobility transistors. The output frequency from the local oscillator was chosen as 11.3GHz for the Ku-band application. The measured phase noise was -804dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset frequency, and the gain was 7~12dB in frequency range from 12.0GHz to 12.7GHz. The noise figure at intermediate frequency stage was 64H. The designed model shows less conversion loss than previous diode type mixer. The proposed mixer can be used in digital satellite broadcasting and communication system and expected to use in next generation low noise block design.

  • The 3.2~6.5 GHz wideband YTO(YIG Tuned Oscillator) module is designed, fabricated and measured. To improve the phase noise characteristic of the YTO module, offset PLL(Phase Locked Loop) structure with sampling mixer is applied. This YTO module is composed of sampling mixer, phase detector, loop filter, current driver, and YTO. The phase noise of the fabricated YTO module is measured as -100 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset frequency, which approximates the predicted result at the center frequency of 4.5 GHz. This YTO module presents over 10 dB improved phase noise compared to conventional PLL module from operating frequency.

  • In this paper, we designed and analysed K-band front-end module for digital microwave communication system receiver which improvement of dynamic range. We also suggested method of minimum amplified input signal level used to minimize noise figure of low-noise amplifier for High dynamic range. The designed modules consist of active mixer with conversions gain and PL-DRO with high stability and quality factor. The designed modules performance is that has the characteristics of over 54dB conversion gain, 1.3dB noise figure.

  • Silk sericin powder was prepared by mechanical treatment from culled-cocoon extract of Bombyx mori silkworm. The physical and structural characteristics of sericin powder were investigated by instrumental analysis. The solubility of sericin powder was decreased nearly half of sericin lyophilized. Amino acid analysis showed that arginine content was decreased from 3.72% to 0.03∼0.07%. XRD showed that molecules of sericin were somewhat regularly arranged by mechanical treatment. On the other hand, FT-IR showed the molecular vibration of silk sericin was not induced by mechanical treatment. Thermal properties also did not changed.

  • 본 논문에서는 상용소자의 특성과 상향변환기의 모듈에 소요되는 링크전력을 비교 분석하여 Ka-band VSAT UPCONVERTER를 설계하였다. $30GHz{\sim}31GHz$대역에서 2W 출력신호를 나타내기 위하여 상향변환시스템은 IF증폭단, 감쇄기, 믹서단, 대역통과필터 및 2W 전력증폭단으로 구성시켰으며 상용MMIC를 이용하여 설계된 상향변환모듈은 $6.29dBm{\sim}7.88dBm$의 출력전력, 이득은 $23.19{\sim}28.15dB$을 Cain flatness는 4.95dB를 나타내었다. 최종단의 전력증폭기는 $33.75{\sim}34.96dBm$의 출력전력을 나타내었으며 이득은 $38.5{\sim}41.98dB$로 측정되었다.
