The purposes of this study are to verify if social responsibility activities of domestic companies and organizations who are widening the area of corporate social responsibility activities make a significant effect on the Labor-Management Relations of the company statistically and suggest political and strategic tasks the company must assume if the corporate social responsibility activities are to make positive and negative effects on organizational trust and Labor-Management Relations by members of the company. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, companies make a positive effect partially on the standard of employees' confidence for the organization through the corporate social responsibility activities. Second, corporate social responsibility activities have an effect partially on the Labor-Management Relations which are one of the variables influencing an organization's results. Third, the improvement of employees' organizational trust had a significant effect on Labor-Management Relations. Therefore, the results of this study verified the direct and indirect effects between organizational trust and Labor-Management Relations which are important factors of companies' social responsibility and organizational results which were not treated in the precedent studies.

To evaluate the relationship between dynamics of cyanobacteria and odorous compounds, a monthly monitoring of water quality and phytoplankton were conducted at the three serial lakes (Lake Ui-am, Lake Cheong-pyeong and Lake Pal-dang) in the North Han River for 11 times from May 2014 to March 2015. In the three serial lakes, phytoplankton communities showed that seasonal changes in Bacillariophyceae-Cyanophyceae-Bacillariophyceae. Anabaena and Pseudanabaena were dominant species in August and September 2014. At the same time the odors (Geosmin, 2-MIB) were also detected with high concentration. Relationship between environmental factors and cyanobacterial abundance showed a significant correlation with Anabaena circinalis and geosmin (r=0.983, p<0.01). In the case of Pseudanabaena limnetica showed a significant correlation of total nitrogen (r=0.685, p<0.01) and NO3-N (r=0.723, p<0.01). In addition, similarly Pseudanabaena limnetica and 2-MIB (r=0.717, p<0.01) was high. The odorous compounds appeared in the North Han River water were considered to be a direct relationship with cyanobacteria.

One of the most distinctive characteristic of the animations of Miyazaki Hayao is appearance of heroines with firm beliefs as well as compassion and generosity.. This study aimed to conduct research into the common points and differences in personality structures targeting <Nausicca of the Valley of WInd>, <Laputa: the Castle in the Sky>, <Mononoke Hime>, and <The Spiriting Away of Sen and Chihiro>, in which heroines appear out of long animation films created and directed by Hayao, In order to analyze the personality types, the study applied the classification criteria of MBTI and enneargram, and it analyzed the personality structures in comprehensive consideration of organic relationships and external characteristics according to the roles of the characters. This study analyzes that their personality type could be created very indivisually by changing their behavior motives, though Miyazaki's heroines are both Savior and idealist. Also, the study defined the characteristics of the personality structures of heroines created by Miyazaki Hayao and prepared data about them based on the results.

새로운 정보나 기술 확산에 대한 연구가 소설네트워크의 발전과 함께 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 정보와 기술 확산에는정보/기술의 품질과 함께 얼마나 많은 사람이 정보/기술을 선택했는지도 중요한 영향을 미친다. 동일한 정보/기술을 선택한 사람들 수를 network exteranlity라고 한다. 일반적으로 사람들이 의사결정을 할때에는 본인의 가족,친구등에 의해 많은 영향을 받기 때문에 사회적 관계도 또한 network externality는 단순히 동일한 선택을 한 사람수가 아닌 사회적인 관계가 있은 사람들 안에서 얼마나 많은 사람들이 동일한 선택을 하는지가 중요하게 된다. 이러한 사회적 관계는 그래프로 나타낼 수 있다. 사회적 관계에 의한 영향들은 사람과 사람들간의 local interaction에 의해 결정된다. 본 고에서는 network 상에서 정보/기술이 확산 연구의 전반적인 주제들을 network externality 관점에서 살펴보고, 현재 활발하게 진행중인 연구 주제들을 알아본다.

본 연구는 개발도상국에서의 출산력 변천과 그 결정요인을 검토하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 출산력 감소의 속도와 인구변천 단계에서의 출산력 변화, 그리고 인구변천 후기에 출산력 수준에 영향을 주는 요인들에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 우선 지난 40년간 개발도상국에서의 출산력 변화 추이를 검토하고자 한다. 그 다음으로 본 연구는 이러한 인구변천 과정을 사회경제적 변화에 관련시켜 분석하고자 한다. 분석 결과 사회경제 지표들과 영아사망률 및 출산력과의 관계는 대부분 예상했던 방향으로 나타나고 있으나, 그 관계의 통계적 유의성은 조사 시기에 따라 약간의 차이를 보이고 있다. 사회경제적 지표 중 문맹률은 조사 시기에 관계없이 모두 출산력과 통계적으로 유의미한 관계를 보이고 있어, 교육수준이 높을수록 출산력이 낮아진다는 일반적인 견해를 뒷받침하고 있다. 그러나 도시화율과 소득이 각각 출산력에 미치는 영향은 시기에 따라 통계적인 유의성을 달리 하고 있다. 연구 모형에서 중요한 매개변인으로 설정된 영아사망률은 출산력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 사회경제적 변인들이 영아사망률을 통하여 출산력에 미치는 간접적인 영향도 비교적 잘 드러나고 있다.

South Korea suggest that the United States government should delay the date to hand over wartime operational control (OPCON). It is fixed on December 1, 2015. Typically the president's position as head of the executive authority is coming from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Now we should know the commander-in-chief of the nation's forces and the meaning of OPCON. The relationship between sovereignty and the commander-in-chief of the nation's forces is a little different. This is one of the efforts to enlarge the efficiency of Armed Forces. Of course, operational control is little control of the sovereign personnel, logistics, administration, discipline, organizing, training, etc. It does not control all matters. The current ROK Combined Forces Command itself is made with reference to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization(NATO). If we insist our own sovereignty is infringed because of OPCON, that claim is coated in irreparable damage to the national interest.

The purpose of this study is to help prepare basic data which is required for married women's vocation career education through analyzing the influence of career barriers perceived by unemployed married women on career preparation behaviors. Research subjects of this study are following. First, how are career barriers perceived by unemployed married women? Second, how are the career preparation behaviors levels of unemployed married women? Third, how is the influence of career barriers perceived by unemployed married women on career preparation behaviors? The summary of this study results are following. First, married women perceive career barriers highly in 'restriction of employment', 'discrimination', and 'child rearing environment' among 7 subordinate factors. Second, married women's average on career preparation behavior level is 3.06. When comparing with preceeding researches which analyzed career preparation behaviors levels of university students, married women's career preparation behaviors levels are relatively higher. Third, there are negative correlations between career barriers and career preparation behaviors perceived by married women. Furthermore, 'preparation/skill lack' and 'child rearing environment' factors among 7 subordinate factors of career barriers brought out negative effects on career preparation behaviors. 'Restriction of employment' factor, however, gives positive effects on career preparation behaviors. It showed that 7 subordinate factors of career barriers include 14% of career preparation behaviors.

In most leading companies, new product development is one of the most important corporate activities which affects the very existence of them. Therefore, CFT(cross-functional team) is frequently used to utilize knowledge and experiences of its members from various teams. To ensure the successful operation of CFT, various structural assistances, such as committee and Task Force Team, are made which will coordinate smooth interactions among members. Many researches show that the increase of interaction among team members affects the performance. This research is exploratory research intend to show the effects of relational characteristics such as group efficacy and participation on the perceived performance of new product development. This research examines the performance mechanism that lies in between CFT and its members by expanding the understandings on the relationship between interaction and performance in new product development CFT. Results show that the level of interaction affect group efficacy. and group efficacy affect participation. Finally, participation affect perceived performance. However. it shows that the level of interaction and group efficacy do not have direct effect on perceived performance.

This study explored relationships between health perception and behavior of Korean relevant to particulate matter(PM) as PM in the atmosphere getting worse. To investigate the relationship in the personal hygiene dimension, we analysed the structural relationships among multi-dimensional health locus of control, perceived susceptibility and severity, and health behavior intention. Except internal among three tendencies of multi-dimensional health locus of control, chance and powerful other had an effect on perceived susceptibility and severity, respectively. Perceived susceptibility and severity also had a positive effect on the intention. Thus, to facilitate PM-related disease prevention, timely and reliable information should be supplied with the solution for lessening damage from PM, and then training for internalizing locus of control should be encouraged through eliminating fear and uncertainty. Finally, we discussed suggestions for future study.

The trade dispute between China and the U.S. began before Corona and is easing at this time by bringing new changes to the pendemic, and the development of the Chinese manufacturing industry has increased interdependence between the U.S. and China. However, the overall global trade should be less than before pendemic, and Korea's response strategy should be made serious at this time.However, new changes are taking place again these days. With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in Shanghai, China, new changes are expected to occur in China's industrial chain. As the Chinese government strictly creates quarantine figures for COVID-19, many factories and companies among industries are forced to close for a while. As economic globalization and division of labor continue to deepen, multinationals choose suppliers and industrial chains within the world to form a global supply chain structure to pursue cost minimization and profit maximization. China is an indispensable part. Whether it is China, the U.S. or Korea, it can be a risk and an opportunity now.
