Amidst the onset of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the prominence of artificial intelligence, societal structures are undergoing significant changes. There is a heightened global interest in AI education for nurturing future talents. Consequently, this research aims to develop an AI-integrated Korean language curriculum for first-year high school students, utilizing the ADDIE model for instructional program development. To assess the program's effectiveness, pre-post assessments were conducted on future core competencies (Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity) and knowledge information processing skills. The curriculum, spanning nine sessions and incorporating four small projects, sought to provide students with a new experience of AI-integrated Korean language education. As a result, students who participated in the program demonstrated improvement in future core competencies across all areas, and positive outcomes were observed in satisfaction levels and qualitative analysis. Through these findings, it is suggested that this program successfully integrates artificial intelligence into high school Korean language education, potentially contributing to the cultivation of future talents among students.

The Republic of Korea Army(ROKA) has carried out a deep change to prepare for the future war since 2017. For this, Korea Army Research Center for Future & Innovation(KARCFI) established in 2018 tried to spread out boom of innovation toward the whole ROKA. A number of ROKA members mentioned the necessity of research methodology creating future crucial capabilities, weapons, combat concepts, structures, etc. KARCFI researchers established a thinking process for revolution in military affairs(RMA) to rapidly respond field requests and optimized it through validity assessment of professionals and experiment in Army Innovation School. As a result, a thinking process for RMA provided creative ideas with the Army's vision and strategy, was included in its education system. Simultaneously, it became one of methodologies for the Army's research tasks and KCI journals. From now on, a thinking process for RMA will be able to signpost for RMA of the Army through diverse following studies.

At a time when libraries are attracting attention as institutions and spaces that can foster future capabilities, this study conducts a general survey of the current status of public library programs related to the future capabilities and investigate the social awareness on libraries and future capabilities through big data analysis. As a result, first, programs are being planned and provided with the keyword of future capabilities, but most of them are limited to makerspace programs, edutech programs, and experience programs. Also, the detailed types of programs are limited to 3D print, coding, AR, VR, etc. In addition, current library programs related to future capabilities are not subdivided by each competency, these programs are provided in the comprehensive sense of future competency. Second, in the awareness survey through big data analysis, education, future capabilities, and libraries were found to be highly frequent, and it was seen that library reading, books, culture, and programs were related to strengthening future capabilities. Accordingly, in the future, libraries need to develop and provide systematic programs to cultivate future capabilities, and there is also a need to develop future capabilities improvement programs that take the life cycle into account.

The purpose of this study is to develop the competency model of specialized vocational school teachers as admission officers. Whereas professional admission officers deal with a variety of admission activities in universities, teachers are responsible for admission duties in specialized high schools in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the core competencies required for teachers responsible for admission duties in specialized high school settings. In order to develop a competency model, factor analysis was completed for the survey results of 191 teachers who teach in specialized vocational high schools in Seoul, Korea. For evaluating validity of the competency model, the responses from those who had high experiences in admission duties and the average teachers were compared. As a result, this study identified a total of 14 competencies in three competency areas. The competencies required for specialized high school teachers include responsibilities for admission officers, ethics for evaluators, communication skills, teamwork, understandings of admissions process for specialized vocational high school, developing evaluation criteria, generating interview questions, increasing interrater reliability, interview skills, simultaneous evaluation of interviewees, quantification of evaluation results, synthesis of evaluation results, and decision making skills.

The purpose of this research was to investigate ways of restructuring key competencies (KCs) in preparation for a revision of Korean science curriculum. Recently a number of countries have reformed their curricular using competencies as a key element because they believe that competencies-based curriculum helps students build up the necessary skills to live in the future society. Through literature reviews, in-depth interviews with experts and teachers, expert meetings, Delphi methods, and surveys with teachers, three major categories of KCs emerged as follows: Character competencies, Intellectual competencies, and Social competencies. For each major category, its definition, characteristics and teachers' comments are discussed. The specific components of KCs for each major category and implementing KCs should be determined at the subject- and teacher-level based on teacher professionalism. In the conclusion section, we suggested a couple of important points that deserve readers' attention when we reconstruct science curriculum by incorporating three major categories of KCs. When we develop a science curriculum in the future, we need to include three major categories of KCs, and set up KCs as a minimum set of goals for all students. We need to remember that specific components of KCs for each major category and linkage among KCs may vary depending on science topics and objectives.

The purpose of this study is to develop core competencies for gifted education by utilizing Delphi survey methods and to present behavioral element selection and scale questions based on the definition of competencies. First, the core competence for gifted education was selected through literature analysis, and the first Delphi survey was conducted to verify that the definition of each competency is suitable for the competency name. Subsequently, through a second Delphi survey, detailed questions were developed and verified by expressing the capabilities required to develop core competencies as behavior elements. Through two rounds of Delphi surveys, eight key competencies were finally selected: attitude and practice willingness, communication and collaboration, information processing and tool utilization, creative problem solving, convergence and application, higher-order inference, community spirit, and learning achievement orientation. This study is meaningful in that it selects core competencies and behavior elements for gifted education that are necessary to pursue goals that meet social needs and it presents tools to measure the degree of competency improvement for gifted education.

This study provides the theoretical basis for the self-management of a sports center based on the core competence and technology of the future. The following conclusions were obtained. First, in the influence of self-management on the future core competencies, interpersonal management, training management, and physical management, the factors of self-management have a significant influence on cognitive, affective, and social factors of future core competence. Second, in the influence of self-management on the social skill scale, interpersonal management, training management, and physical management factors of self-management have a significant influence on the self-assertion, self-control, and cooperation of the social technology scale. Third, cognitive, affective, and social factors of the future core competence have a significant influence on the self-assertion, self-control, and cooperation of the social skill scale in the influence of the future core competence on the social skill scale. To improve the self-management and social skills of leaders by maintaining good relationships with the members including fellow instructors, it is essential to take appropriate measures for self-management behaviors considering the individual characteristics and environments of leaders; it appears that effort is important.

This study explored the theoretical basis of the teaching competency of university professors in the future society represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution through literature analysis and the researcher's council. To this end, this study first derived the implications for cultivating of teaching competency of university professors according to the social needs of future social universities. Next, according to the social needs of future social universities, the teaching competency required for university professors was presented. Finally, based on this theoretical argument, the concept of teaching competency of professors in the future society was defined and its sub-elements were presented. As a result of this study, the teaching competency frame of professors in the future society was proposed with 8 capabilities in 3 areas including 2 ability to respond to change, 2 ability to promote innovation, and 4 ability to instruct. Through the theoretical basis proposed in this study, it is hoped that the university professors' teaching competency development plan will be established to prepare for the instability of the uncertain future in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. In addition, it is expected that innovation and change strategies of each university will be established, and class innovation strategies will be established to meet the needs of students.

이 연구는 대학 무용전공자를 위한 역량기반 교육과정의 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구에서는 창의융합형 인재를 요구하는 시대적 요청을 반영하여, 무용전공자들의 미래사회 대비 핵심역량 함양을 목적으로 하는 진로개발과 교과영역의 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 이 연구는 무용전공자들이 사회의 다양한 영역에서 도전하고 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 대학 교육의 체질개선을 위한 기초연구로서의 의의를 갖는다.

본 논문은 스마트 사회에 요구되는 핵심역량으로서 디지털리터러시를 제안하고 선행연구에서 다루었던 학습지향성을 자원기반관점의 핵심역량으로 채택하여 기업성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업창업지원법상의 기술기반 창업기업 200개 업체를 표본으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습지향성이 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 디지털리터러시가 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 셋째, 디지털리터러시가 높을수록 기업성과에 대한 학습지향성의 영향력이 커질 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 본 논문의 이론적 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 사회의 등장으로 창업 및 기업성과에 대한 디지털리터러시의 영향이 중요해지고 있음에도 불구하고 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 실증 연구가 많이 부족하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 사회의 창업성공요인으로 디지털리터러시를 제안하여 학습지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 디지털리터러시의 조절효과 및 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 디지털리터러시 관련 연구의 확산에 기여하고 있다. 둘째, 자원기반관점과 핵심역량이론에 따라 창업기업의 핵심역량으로서 학습지향성과 디지털리터러시를 채택하고 기업성과와의 관련성을 도출함으로써 두 가지 변수 모두 혁신형 창업을 활성화할 수 있는 스마트 사회의 핵심역량임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 연구방법론 측면에서 본 연구는 기업성과의 하위변수로 재무성과와 비재무성과 이외에 지적재산권의 출원이나 등록 등을 통해 측정되는 연구개발성과를 추가함으로써 기술기반 창업기업의 성장성 및 미래관점을 반영하고 있다.
