본 논문은 컴퓨터 게임에서 보여지는 게임 그래픽 유저 인터페이스의 미니멀리즘 사례를 연구하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 게임 그래픽 유저 인터페이스의 미니멀 경향을 분석하기 위해 분석대상으로 삼은 컴퓨터 게임들은 페르시아의 왕자, 미러스 엣지, 스플린터 셀, 기어즈 오브 워, 콜 오브 듀티4, 메트로 2033, 크라이시스2이며 위의 게임들은 미니멀리즘의 특성을 활용한 독특한 형태로 게임 그래픽 유저 인터페이스의 영역을 확장하고 있다. 1960년대 시각예술 분야에서 출현하여 예술전반에 다양한 영향을 끼치며 발전한 미니멀리즘은 시대적 요구에 부응하며 다양한 스타일로 표현되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미니멀리즘을 통해 게임 그래픽 유저 인터페이스에서 나타나는 최소화 현상을 바탕으로 미니멀리즘의 대표적 표현경향인 '단순성'과 '최소성'을 중심으로 게임 그래픽 유저 인터페이스에 나타나는 미니멀리즘의 영향력을 고찰하고자 한다.

본 논문은 현대장신구속에 나타난 미니멀리즘의 성향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장신구의 특성을 파악하고, 이들 장신구속에 나타난 미니멀리즘의 개념적, 형태적 그리고 조형적 성향을 연구하였다. 미니멀 아트는 시각적 단순함을 선호하는 사람들에게 새로운 감흥을 주었고, 이는 '장식'에 치중해 왔던 기존의 디자인의 개념을 변화시키는 데에 많은 영향을 주었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 미니멀리즘의 특성과 장신구에서 나타나는 미니멀리즘의 성향을 파악하고, 이를 활용한 다양한 디자인의 개발에 도움이 되고자 한다.

현대 패션매장은 변화하는 패션 경향에 따라 다양화되면서 실내디자인의 차별화로 단지 판매를 위한 공간만이 아니라 감각적이고 개성적인 이미지와 변화 있게 연출을 하는 공간으로서 역할이 요구 되고있다. 특히 1980년대에 와서 패션은 포스트 모더니즘에 따른 대중화로 인해 복고무드를 현대적으로 연출하게 되었다. 이와 함께 1960년대 반문화의 하나였던 미니멀리즘의 등장을 가져왔다. 최근 다양한 시도와 새로운 시각으로 표현되는 미니멀리즘적 경향은 실내디자이너들의 작품을 통하여 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 패션의 흐름 속에서 패션매장과 미니멀리즘의 특성이 패션매장의 공간구성에 어떤 연계성이 있는지 파악하고 이론적 고찰과 사례분석을 병행하여 이를 경험하는 관찰자의 지각을 통해 연구, 분석하고자 한다. 이에 상호 관련된 여러 가지 특성을 분석하고 혼돈을 겪고 있는 오늘날의 상황 속에서 디자인의 일관성 있는 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

현재 스마트폰은 보편화가 되며 APP 산업도 신속하게 발전하고 있다. APP 아이콘의 디자인도 미니멀리즘이 점점 업계에서 주류가 되고 있다. 미니멀리즘 APP아이콘은 간결함, 세련된 종합적인 디자인을 이용하여 풍부한 내용 및 본질적 특성을 전달하고 있다. 본 논문은 실제 생활서비스로 APP아이콘으로 연구 대상으로 삼고 사례를 분석하며 미니멀리즘 스마트폰 APP아이콘을 표현 방법 및 주의상황을 요약하였다.

The study aims at looking, into conceptual transfer of environment between Minimal Art and Minimalism architecture and analysing architectural expressional characteristics which could visually show pro-environmental expression from concept of environment-orientation in the architecture in regional minimalism. This study issued the survey of Minimalism architecture as newly architectural trend since Late-Modernism, and pro-environment as important paradigm in the near future. In this analyses, the characteristics of pro-environmental expression can be classified as follow ; a the brightness and darkness of light, b. the perspective view of simplified wall, c. the visualization of environmental characteristics, d. the transparency and reflectiveness of glass, e. the all direction of cube, f. the visual division of architecture. These show that symbolized variety implying expression variety and implying Oriental view of nature were expressed as unique language of regional Minimalism architecture, by visual simplicity as characteristics of Minimalism and Occidental Modernism as motive of Minimalism.

In the present architectural culture of Korea, the expression of Korean values and the contemporary trends of global architectures are not identified and arranged distinctly, so diverse tendencies are applied to the architectures of Korea recklessly. In this situation, minimal architecture is significant, which pursues the essence of architecture through the minimal materials. This thesis analyzes the characteristics of minimal architecture seeking after the essence of architecture by minimalization and examines Seung, Hyosang's architectures showing expressional traits similar to those of minimal architecture in the modem architectures of Korea, so this study can show the expressional characteristics and materials of minimal architecture. Nevertheless, it does not mean that all the Seung, Hyosang's works have the tendency of minimal architecture and that he has to be classified as a minimal architect, but it means only that the values and thoughts like the expressional traits of minimal architecture are seen in his architectural opinions! and works, which will be the subject of this study.

Architecture is changing rapidly with contact of various cultures and development of modern technology and it is also becoming Polycentric. We can look at the tendency of deconstruction that denies logical rationality of modernism and minimalism that is known as a vertex of modernism. This kind of flow appears to be one of tendencies of interior design. Therefore, to satisfy the residents with the interior design, our study proposes a better space improving monotonousness of the existing apartment through case study. Through the case study, if we analyze the tendency applied to the characteristics of minimalism, we can divide into shape and space. Minimalism space says that the resident can build his/her own space according to the characteristics of the object. Also, it has an advantage of the resident being able to bring in furniture or decoration to change the characteristics of the space. With more accurate understanding and borrowing, we should do multilateral study to research the mixed loading and uncertain minimalism through the case study of apartment space.

본 연구는 과거의 것으로부터 영감을 얻어 재창조되어지는 경향이 짙은 현대 패션 경향 중 1960년대 미술의 중요 쟁점으로 떠오르는 미니멀리즘의 개념과 특성을 중심으로 1990년대 후반의 컬렉션에 나타난 현대 헤어스타일과 의상을 분석하고자 하며, 이를 통하여 오늘날 다양하고 개성화 된 현대 헤어스타일과 의상을 이해하는데 그 목적과 의의를 둔다. 본 연구의 방법은 질적 연구로서 먼저 미니멀리즘에 관한 국내외 저서, 논문 등의 문헌연구를 통하여 분석틀을 제시한 후, 세부적으로 인터넷 즉 시각적 이미지를 분석틀에 적용하여 분석하는 방법을 사용하였다. 그 결과 현대 헤어스타일과 의상에 표현된 미니멀리즘적 디자인의 특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단순성의 특성이 나타났다. 의상에 있어서 장식의 배제와 계절에 상관없이 형태의 최소화로 나타났으며, 헤어스타일에 있어서 모발의 은폐로 물체성 즉 인체 본성으로의 환원을 강조하였다 둘째, 단일성의 특성이 나타났다. 조각영역에 회화의 특징을 도입하여 조각영역의 확장을 가져오듯이 의상에 있어서 모노크롬한 색상의 의상을 사용함으로써 세련미을 표현하였고, 헤어스타일에 있어서도 의상과 동일한 색상으로 머리염색을 사용하였다. 셋째, 반복성의 특성이 나타났다. 의상에 있어서 내부적 외부적 패턴의 반복으로 나타났으며, 헤어스타일에 있어서도 염색기법을 활용한 모발 내 패턴의 반복과 외부적 첨가를 통한 모발 외 패턴의 반복이 나타났다. 넷째, 공간성의 특성이 나타났다. 의상에 있어서 신소재 개발에 따른 다앙한 소재를 차용하였고, 헤어스타일에 있어서는 철망, 유리 등의 공업용 소재를 사용해 두상과 장식과의 사이의 공간을 형성해서 관람자로 하여금 더욱 디자인에 몰입하도록 하는 적극적이고 활동적 참여를 유도한다고 볼 수 있겠다. 이처림 미술양식의 하나인 미니멀리즘은 현대 헤어스타일과 의상 디자인에 새로움을 더해주는 중요한 요소로 독특한 아이디어 발상으로의 변화를 가능하게 하였다. 또한 과거의 미술양식의 재등장은 단순히 한 시기의 패션 트랜드의 제시에 만 그치는 것이 아닌 앞으로 다가올 우리의 미래에 대한 전망도 함께 내포한다고 볼 수 있겠다.

It is character of Minimalism that representation as a simple shape extremely & objective acess that start from movement of visual art and part of music that began mainly at New York City in America at the end of 1960 period. Then in processing of development of Modernism Art it can be said that Minimalism reach the top of Modernism with that it carried out such character of formed Purity Doctrine of Modernism Art extremely and realized self-restorational character of Minimalism at the pictures that Minimalism is characterized by objectional clearness conceptual strictness reality and simplicity at the picture and by simplicity singularity uninterality and enviromentality at the sculpture. If we analyze Minimalic character in Interior design dividing into the density of space the principle of compound performance of touch and detail those are moderated and simple space simple and repeated compounding of geometrical line and shape the pure techniques of expression and the simplity of pure srtuctural -beauty in detail.

조경에서는 문화와 철학의 차이에서 오는 다원적인 표현을 추구하고, 조경가는 그 시대의 문화를 반영한 독특한 환경을 제공함으로써 동시대의 세대에게 사회적 목적과 공간적 관계에 대한 감각을 전해준다. 특히 조경가는 설계작품을 통해 그 시대의 예술을 반영하게 되며, 당대의 예술 특성을 현실공간에 투영하게 된다. 역사적으로 조경가들은 모든 형태의 예술행위에서 많은 모티브(motive)를 찾아 왔으며, 특히 회화는 형태 구성에 직접적인 영향을 주어 조형개념의 근간을 이루기도 하였다. 조경에서의 미니멀리즘(Minimalism)은 모더니즘 시대를 통해 상실되었던 미적 대상으로서의 경관과 경관에서의 예술성 향상 그리고 동시대예술의 구현이라는 조경에서의 예술참여적 성격 표방에 상당한 기여를 하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 미술의 미니멀리즘 조형개념이 조경설계의 조형개념에 미친 영향을 설계 작품의 해석적 연구를 통해 미니멀리즘의 수용과 재현 양상을 밝혔으며, 조형개념 특성을 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 미니멀리즘 조경의 환원성(reduction)은 원 삼각형 사각형과 같은 단순기하학의 함축된 형태언어를 사용하여 이용자가 즉각적으로 작품의 정체성을 파악하고, 작품의도를 용이하게 파악하도록 하였다. 둘째, 확장성은 선적 요소의 채택으로 개별 요소 상호간을 연결하는 내적 질서와 시각적 방향성을 위한 외연적 활로를 찾고 있다. 셋째, 평면성은 주변 환경과의 차별화를 통하여 무의미한 공간을 정의하고, 경관 연속체로서 지각을 유발하고자 평탄하게 조성된 부지에 부가 요소를 중첩시키거나 시각 이미지를 위해 포장을 패턴화하는 경향을 가진다. 넷째, 연속성은 공간의 중심성을 확보하고 개별공간의 독자성보다 부지의 전체성을 추구하여 조형요소의 반복적 구성과 소재의 반복을 통한 구성 등의 특성을 가진다.
