This study set up a hypothesis that the main variables (business environment, business strategy, business policy, logistics information system) of logistics information system utilization under ubiquitous environment would contribute to business performance, and then verified the relation between each variables that have an effect on business performance. The analysis results between each main variable can be summarized as follows. First, among main variables under ubiquitous environment, business environment closely made influence on business performance. Second, business environment, business strategy, and business policy were meaningful among other variables, whereas logistics information system was not meaningful. But, it is known that corporate performance is only meaningful to business environment and business policy. In conclusion, business performance is not achieved by each variable of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system. It is recognized that business performance is influenced by business environment that combines a given condition of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system.

Countries around the world, including the U.S. are actively researching to commercialize the logistics services using drones. In Korea, telecommunications companies as well as logistics companies are researching and developing the logistics services using drones. However, there's an environmental difference for last-mile delivery between the U.S. and Korea. In Korea, more than 77% of the population lives in apartments and the population density is the 4th highest in the world. Accordingly, in terms of the logistics services using drones, it is necessary to research it with the Korean suitable environment. In this paper, a precision positioning method of drone last-mile delivery in urban areas using short-range wireless communication and barometer is proposed. The experiment results show that the proposed method can detect a window within 2.5 meters. It is expected that the proposed method will help improve the logistics services using drones in urban areas.

This study is made to link up the policy analysis theory flame and practice concerning the analysis of the railroad logistics resources development policy and propose an alternative to feasibility for the railroad logistics resources development policy in general. The specific objectives to achieve the purpose of this research are as follow: First, In consideration of the railroad logistics resources development policy and theory of policy analysis idea and goals, for analysis of the railroad logistics resources development policy analysis are to be instituted more systematically. Second, the theory of the railroad logistics resources development policy analysis will be made more systematic and use it as basis of the said analysis for further.

This study examines the logistics policy and system to activate the air freight known shipper system in Korea in order to suggest how to use the system necessary to convert and expand common shippers into known shippers. Even though "The Act on Aviation Safety and Security" and "Air Freight Security Criteria for Known Shippers" were revised in 2012 and 2011 each, the purpose was to regulate procedures to control aviation safety and security and air also freight security, so it does not include any measures to activate the known shipper system. Therefore, to activate the known shipper system, this study suggests measures to use the logistics security support system of "The Fundamental Law on Logistics Policy" revised in 2012, the logistics cooperation system, and consulting support as well.

In this paper, we propose a robot control data generation system applying context aware mechanism in order to control the robot manipulator which automatically sorts parcels. The context aware mechanism generates intelligent information to control a robot using context data such as the parcel shape, weight, location and barcodes. The proposed system collects context data of the parcel and generates robot control data to pick up and drop parcels. Then a robot manipulator, which receives control data of picking-up and dropping, processes the automated sorting of parcels according to delivery persons and delivery routes. It will contribute not only to save much time and cost but also to reduce the industrial accidents.

The expense Our country's land logistics system is becoming backlog day by day. The greenhouse gas which it discharges specially from the vehicle causes a ecocide and traffic expense to make. The traffic energy curtailment which the government enforces during that time and environment-friendly green goods policy lost the effect. Therefore, This research propose the car-ferri network which is the most effective logistics system substitutes the land logistics system. This research will contribute improving the north and south logistics network of Pusan and Seoul region and will be able to reduce a various goods expense.

Kunsan port based on the selection of Kunsan Free Trade Area is expected to develop into a regional beach-head port and foreign investment area, and as the result it will play a great role in accelerating the coming age of the west sea. To promote the foreign competitiveness of Kunsan port as a central container port it can be pointed out that 1) to raise up the utilization ratio of Kunsan port as the front base of export and import by multinational corporations, 2) to hustle up the development of Kunsan container port toplay the central role as the composite container linkage central port, 3) to strengthen the attraction activities of foreign investment into the Kunsan Free Trade Area for the balanced development between regions in nation, 4) the support of both central and local governments to accelerate the comingage of the west sea are necessary.

Recently the spread which RFID technology is overcomes the limit of existing recognition technology, it is forecast with the fact that it will bring a new renovation at the business and the industrial all over. This study aims to contribute regional economic development by means of searching port logistics industry activation scheme of Gangwon province which has locational advantage around the East Sea Region. Thus, this thesis was provided the port logistics industry activation schemes of that region in the point of local and government view. In the local government level, this study was provided the selection of a key port and its intensive development, establishment of port networking among major port and e-port system of this region, and enlargement of the FTA etc. Also this study was required the relative industry invitation and upbringing, and intensive port logistics marketing activity. On the other hand, in the government level, it needs larger SOC investment for enlargement of direct accessibility and connection to the Gangwon-do ports, and required the intensive and efficient support. Finally, it was proposed the establishment of the total logistics expert education system.

This study is conducted to find out problems of the public food waste recycling facility and its improvement. Through a research on the actual condition, it is possible to analyze the problem of operation. Moreover, for this improvement, with analysis of the current state of recycling rate including its generation and the problem that can be shown from the real operation of the public/private food waste recycling facility, the results are as follows: It can be shown that the current amount of domestic food waste resource recycling is about 97 %. Almost every public recycling facility is analyzed to be economically infeasible and is not for recovery but to simple disposal. Especially, most of Biogas facilities appeared that amount of production and demand is not appropriate differed from enforcement design.
