The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between grit, self-determination, self-determination, positive psychological capital, and relational support of adolescents participating in physical education classes, and to determine whether the positive influence of teachers' autonomy support and enthusiasm for them is confirmed. In this study, the results of the subjects based on the judgment sampling method of 541 adolescents were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. It was found that grit had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on autonomy support. Relationship support was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on autonomy support. Support for autonomy was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on teachers' enthusiasm.

In this article, it was studied how positive psychological capital in the service industry workers affected the service performances by perfectionism and role conflict in the service industry employees. This was to suggest the practical solutions on the emotional labor or job stress that the existing workers in the service industry were experiencing. Upon the study results, self-efficacy, hope, and resilience among the factors of positive psychological capital showed to affect perfectionism and role conflict while optimism did not. Based on this study, the practices and problems of the workers in the service industry could be understood and it seems to improve and support their working environment to provide better services. In other words, these results mean to enhance the self-efficacy and resilience of the workers in the service industry so as to provide the stakeholders of service industry or related institutions with the basic data.

Ecotourism is widely known to be a sort of alternative tourism which seeks to keep balance between conservation and development. Successful ecotourism is not just dependent upon natural/cultural resources but also the consensus-building and collaboration among actors involved in the development of ecotourist attractions. In this sense, the establishment of good local governance can be crucial to achieve both conservation and development which are incompatible one another. Governance is carried out through self-organising, inter-organisational networks, which is emerging as new forms of collective decision-making at local level. Governance leads to the development of different relationships, not simply between public/ nonpublic agencies but between citizens and public/nonpublic agencies. I represent some key dimensions to construct good local governance in ecotourism: i) the creation of socio-institutional milieu that facilitate interactions among actors related to ecotourism; ii) actors involved in ecotourism taking responsibility to play an appropriate role in their own position. I argue that interactive relationships and consensus-building between different actors can be promoted by collective actions such as the sharing of information and resources, co-education and co-training, and seminars. It therefore implies that local good governance cannot be established without local social capital based on trust and cooperation between actors.

This research tried to project hidden and overall side of market economy system of capitalism through desire and fetishism of consumer society. The objective of this research lies in examining desire code of capitalism society through hidden side of consumer society and the reason why modern people are crazy about products, the meaning of product re-creation in tempting modern consumer society, life where all desire is satisfied by products. As a result, we intended to demonstrate that post-industrial society is the one triggered by desire and that society desired in post-industrial society is the very cultural, social study realized to enable modern people to survive in modern society through Martin Parr's pictures.

The object of this study is through an empirical analysis, how cultural capital at the individual level and social welfare expenditure at the national level affect the life satisfaction of the elderly. In this study method, a Hierarchical Linear Model(HLM) analysis was performed on 3,297 elderly people aged 65 and older and 9 OECD countries. As a result of analysis, first, it was confirmed that life satisfaction and social class had a significant effect. Therefore, in to increase the satisfaction of the life of the elderly, policy and practical intervention measures that can narrow the gap between social classes should be prepared. Second, the old-age pension and survivor's pension had no significant effect on life satisfaction. However, as a result of the interaction, social class has a positive effect on life satisfaction, and it was confirmed that the lower the income inequality, the more positive the life satisfaction was. In conclusion, this implies that both individuals and countries should make efforts to variously increase the life satisfaction of the elderly.

As influencers have recently drawn attention amid the rapid growth of the global market in influencer, it is time for systematic research on the working characteristics and working environment of influencers. Therefore, this study empirically examined whether positive psychological capital and social support have a moderating effect on job burnout in the relationship between influencers' emotional labor and job stress on job burnout. A survey was conducted influencers who were active through Instagram, and structural equation were used for statistical processing and analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that positive psychological capital had no moderating effect, and the relationship between emotional coordination and job burnout was adopted as the moderating effect of social support, and the the relationship between surface behavior and job burnout, it was found that there was no significant interaction between variables and job burnout.

This article investigates the role of Japan in Korean consumption of Nordic design. In spite of the development of greater access to wide information and global markets, the popular trends in Korea have been mediated by Japan. The cultural power of Japan comes from otaku subculture. Japanese influence can be discussed by two sides. One is the images or symbols composing the Nordic style in Korea. The other is the way how to consume the Nordic design. Japanese neopop images combined with the Nordic design. Japanese 'slow movie' has combined American Kinfolk style with Nordic style. 'Database consumption' from otaku subcultre conceptualized by Azma Hiroki can be applied to Korean consumption of Nordic design.

This paper analyzes the relationship between organizational development culture, intra-organizational trust, and communication and their influence on corporate competitiveness. The research model is composed that development culture has a positive effect on trust and communication, and that trust and communication have a positive effect on corporate competitiveness. The data for the analysis were integrated at the company level (510 companies) and used the data of 9,053 employees collected in the 1st survey of the Human Capital Company Panel(HCCP II) of the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training(KRIVET). For corporate competitiveness, responses to 10 factors for internal process capability and customer service capability were used. The structural equation model was employed to analyze the research model. As a result of the analysis, development culture had a positive effect on organizational trust and communication. And trust and communication were found to have a positively effect on corporate competitiveness. In the indirect effect analysis through bootstrapping, the development culture did not show indirect effects through trust and communication, so only direct effects between development culture, trust and communication, and corporate competitiveness could be confirmed.

96년 미국과 멕시코로 루이스 칸과 바라간 등의 건축 답사를 다녀온 후로, 우리 전통 문화유산을 두루 보러 다녔다. 그동안 가까이 있는 것은 언제건 보겠거니 하고 미뤄 온 터라, 우리 것을 너무 도외시해 온 것 같은 자책감이 생겼기 때문이다. 그리고 건축관에 변화가 있는건 아니지만, 답사하면서 이따금 좋은 느낌을 만나 반가웠다. 솔직히 말해서 다 그런 것은 아니고 손꼽아 말할 수 있었다. 그러면서 필자는 건축적 가치의 획득이 고전과 현대 또는 양식의 차이에 의해서가 아니고, 자체의 성공 여부에 있다는 것을 확신하게 되었다. 건축의 본질은 변함없으며, 건축에 반영된 시대 상황이 다를 따름이라 생각한다. 우리는 훌륭한 문화유산을 많이 갖고 있다. 하지만 국가나 개인의 살림이 넉넉해서 그렇게 되어졌다고 생각지는 않는다. 종묘가 만들어진 것은 정신적 힘에 의해 이룩됐을 것이다. 그렇게 해서 지금 우리에게 위대한 모습으로 남겨 있는 것이 감사하다. 전통건축은 현대 사유 체계로는 추구될 수 없는 이상적인 모습을 띠고 있다. 그리고 오늘날 건축의 자본주의 행태와 대조되는 교훈도 느낀다. 도대체 우리 선조들에게는 구도하듯 짓는 어떤 전통이 있었기에 그렇게 훌륭한 건축이 남겨질 수 있었을까? 그 흔적을 나름대로 찾아보고자 한다.

자유시장 경제를 신봉하는 사람들은 국가간 교역의 증대는 비교우위에 따른 무역의 증대를 의미하고 이것은 국가간 상호이익을 도모함으로써 세계적인 부를 증진시킨다고 주장한다. 세계화로 다른 나라의 다양한 물품을 우리나라 소비자들이 싼 값에 살 수 있고, 생산자도 세계의 넓은 시장에서 판매활동을 할 수 있으므로 세계적인 부를 증진시킨단 말은 일면 타당해 보인다. 그러나 후진국의 경제발전(특히 수입대체산업의 육성)에 악영향을 미칠 것이며, 선진국 경제에 후진국이 종속되는 결과를 낳을 것이라고 한다. 또한 세계화는 이익을 보는 계층과 손해를 보는 계층을 극명하게 나눠 놓음으로서 분쟁과 갈등을 증대시키는 면도 있다. 예를 들면 최근의 농산물시장의 개방에 따른 우리나라 농민들의 피해, 자본의 대량유입과 대량유출에 따른 외환위기의 위험성 등 개발도상국을 비롯한 중.후진국이 감수해야 할 지도 모르는 부담이 상당하다. 경제적인 종속 이외에도 사회적, 문화적인 종속을 우려하는 시각도 있다. 이러한 가운데 세계화를 주장하는 미국과 대립되는 상황이 나타나는데 이는 자국 문화를 수호하려는 정부의 노력으로 보인다.
