This study has been conducted to identify the theoretical understanding of cultural competence by systematically reviewing national and international quantitative studies on 'nurses' and 'nursing students' cultural competence dimensions. A literature search was conducted over approximately three months from June to August 2020, targeting academic journals and dissertations published from January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2019. Literature extraction was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines, and 67 papers from a total of 1,175 were selected for the systematic literature review. As a result, the most commonly measured component was cultural perception, other dimensions included cultural knowledge, cultural skills, cultural sensitivity, cultural encounter, cultural attitude, cultural behavior, cultural longings and cultural receptivity, cultural experience, cultural security, cultural ethics, cultural beliefs, cultural practice, motivation and curiosity, cultural emotions and empathy. Therefore, in order to improve the cultural competency of nurses and nursing students, it is necessary to seek consensus and a multifaceted approach that is essential in each society based on various components.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of multicultural competence on the organizational effectiveness of multicultural competence through the questionnaire survey of 327 kindergarten teachers attending C university in Seoul, Statistics were made using IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, the relationship between multicultural differentiation and multicultural knowledge, national identity, multicultural differentiation, relationship between multicultural awareness and willingness of multiculturalism, relationship between multicultural knowledge and organizational adaptability, relationship between multicultural awareness and organizational adaptability, There was a positive relationship between the relationship between organizational productivity, the relationship between multicultural differentiation and organizational productivity, and the relationship with global citizenship behavior. Second. Only multicultural awareness has an effect on organizational adaptability and organizational productivity. Therefore, in order to improve the organizational effectiveness of the nursery in the era of convergence, it is necessary for the nursery teachers to have an education program related to multicultural awareness in connection with organizational adaptability and organizational productivity, which are subordinate factors of organizational effectiveness.

IT는 우리나라 경제성장에 결정적 기여를 해왔으며 사회전반의 패러다임 혁신을 통해 생산성, 효율성, 편의성, 소통성을 증진시키고 삶의 양식에 전면적 변화를 가져왔다. 금융위기 이후 주요국에서는 뉴딜을 촉진하고 신성장동력을 창출하며 사회와 문화의 발전적 전개를 위해 IT에 대한 거대투자를 집행하고 있다. 국민경제와 사회문화에서 지대한 의미를 지니는 IT는 다른 기술 또는 산업과의 융합이라는 새로운 변화와 혁신의 중심에 위치하고 있다. IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업을 창출하는 것으로, 우리나라를 비롯하여 주요국에서는 자원과 역량을 선택적으로 집중하고 있다. 이 글에서는 IT 융합과 관련된 주요국의 산업전략 및 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 전문가 조사결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 IT 융합역량의 수준을 평가하고 결론적으로 IT 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 전략적 제언을 하고자 한다.

According to continuous development of information technology, it is needed to make convergence of other disciplines such as humanities and area studies. Among convergence fields related to information technology and humanities/area studies, electronic cultural atlas represents various digitalized cultural information on electronic map using spatial data such as points, lines, and polygons through time, spatial, and subject axises. Knowledge map is to represent special academic information based on electronic cultural atlas. In details, knowledge map can provide integrated information sharing and spread because academic information associated with electronic cultural atlas and data related to per subjects, regions, and period become organically connected. Therefore, knowledge map may be utilized to promote scholastic research and diffuse research result. In this paper, we describe basic concept and composition of knowledge map and propose design method to construct knowledge map.

Recently, content using VR technology in various fields is gradually increasing, and the technology is also rapidly spreading. Against this background, public libraries also need to provide services using VR technology according to the flow of the times. Therefore, this study drew application points through the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign public libraries where VR programs are underway. And based on this, a final proposal is prepared after planning and reviewing VR-based educational and cultural programs in public libraries. VR-based educational and cultural programs introduced can be used as basic data for planning VR-based cultural programs in public library.

본 논문에서는 노후화된 목조·석조 건축물의 균열을 탐지하는 기법을 소개한다. 본 기법의 목적은 석조·목조 문화재의 시간의 흐름에 따른 관리 소홀, 균열(벌레, 날씨, 기온 등), 배부름 현상에 의한 문화재의 손상을 사전에 방지하기 위함이다. 기존에 존재하는 목조·석조 건축물의 균열, 노후, 배부름 등 다양한 결함과 변형의 탐지 방법은 접촉식 센서를 이용하여 탐지를 해왔지만, 문화재 자체의 미관을 해칠 뿐 아니라 문화재를 추가로 훼손할 가능성이 있다는 문제점이 제시되었다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 문화재 비 접촉형 탐지 기법을 사용한다. CCTV 및 DSLR과 같은 관측장비로 촬영한 영상정보를 기반으로 문화재의 결함과 변형을 AI 영상분석 기반 방법으로 판단하는 문제를 제안한다.

Augmented reality makes people feel realistic and reduces the damage to cultural properties that can come into contact with the actual cultural heritage. Augmented reality has the advantage that it can show the past appearance of the historical building or relics, the environment, or related information in addition to the current real environment. Despite these values ​and advantages, As a result of researches and analyzes of the Augmented Reality contents of the National Museum, 'palace in my hand', and the Miruksa project In the field of domestic cultural heritage warriors, augmented reality technology has shown a very negative attitude such as simply showing cultural heritage content or using it as a guide. However, various conditions such as display and sensor hardware and technology needed to realize augmented reality more effectively are improving day by day. And If you have various facilities such as the idea of ​adding storytelling to the exhibits and WiFi building, In the near future, it will be equipped with a display system of cultural heritage contents that combines augmented reality with a more complete one.

The environment of the food service industry is becoming increasingly complicated and unpredictable as modernization and industrialization become more and more common. Moreover, the development of the food service industry is rapidly changing due to the convergence of the inter-industry services. In this study, based on the high reliance on the human resources of the food service industry, it investigates relations of each component as integrated view through leadership, organizational performance, and organizational culture. In particular, the relationship between emotional/primal leadership and organizational performance(as job satisfaction and organizational commitment) was verified through mediating effects of organizational culture. The results of this study will provide an integrated perspective on the understanding and development of the food service industry structure, which requires the importance of human relations, and will help convergent thinking among various service industries.
