This study aims to suggest the ways to improve academic library's services for foreign users. For this purpose, this study analysed foreign user services of the libraries of universities which have more than 1,000 foreign students and also examined the K university library's foreign user services. And this research classified the information services for foreign users into four types, which are multilingual library homepage, multilingual notices, librarian dedicated to foreigners and multilingual user education. This study analysed the information services of a librarian dedicated to foreigners, user education for foreign students, library space for foreigners and specialized programs for foreign users and also examined the user education satisfactory survey of the K university library and conducted in-depth interview with foreign students and faculties of the K university to figure out the effect of foreign user services. As a result, this research suggests 'providing multilingual service through positioning a librarian for foreign users', 'study and research support services through customized user education', 'developing specialized service' and 'supporting extracurricular program by academic library' as the practical ways to improve academic library's services for foreign users.

The reason why today's public actively uses social communication is that the necessary information is collected and classified under the name of social big data through the web space to create the big data era, an ecosystem of information. In order for big data information to be used by the public, it is necessary to visualize it easily. This study categorized the types of visualization according to the information of social big data, and targeted the experienced students including the related majors and the general public who need to directly utilize and study the actual big data visualization as an experience evaluation target. As a result of analyzing the experiences of the experienced people, important implications for the visualization method for managing, analyzing, and utilizing the data were derived. The big data visualization strategy is to be expressed in a way that fits the data environment and user's eye level on SNS. In the future, if big data visualization is applied to product service or social trend, it will be an important data in terms of broadening its role, scope of application, and application.

오존 경보제와 예보제의 실시가 오존 오염에 관한 일반인의 관심을 증폭시키는 중요한 계기가 되었음에도 우리 연구계와 정책 당국의 대응은 이에 훨씬 못미치고 있다. 1990년 이래 학회지 관련 논문 편수는 연간 1∼3편에 그치고 있고, 다른 이차오염 현상과 달리 정책 당국은 여전히 지원을 고려하지 않고 있다. 오존 연구가 뿌리를 내리지 못한 가운데 강행된 경보제와 예보제의 와중에 책임을 떠맡은 지방자치단체는 조급하게 노련한 예보 모델을 찾고 있고 충분한 검토도 없이 외국의 사례에서 대책을 구하고 있다. 논란이 되고 있는 오존 예보의 부정확성은 모델 선택의 문제가 아니라 모델 이용이 잘못된 때문이다. 현재 오존 대책의 일환으로 검토되고 있는 차량 부제 실시와 같은 단기 대책은 역효과를 낼 수 있다는 연구결과도 있다. 선진국의 오존 연구는 도시 규모에서 지역 규모로 확대되고 있고, 구츰 등 액상반응의 효과 규명과 1 kin 이하 미세 변화 모델링이 시도되고 있고, 지구 단위 대류권 실험의 일환으로 태평양 상공의 오존과 오존 전구물질의 대기화학이 조사되고 있다. 우리는 우선 우리의 오존 문제를 정확히 이해하도록 노력하여야 한다 합리적 계획 아래 체계적으로 접근하여 갈 때 당장은 아니지만 우리의 오존에 대한 이해가 깊어갈수록 예보의 정확성은 향상될 수 있다. 많은 비용과 노력이 필요한 오존 대책의 시행은 충분히 신중하여야 한다. 서울과 같은 대도시라면 적합한 수치모델을 구비하여 효과를 점검할 수 있어야 한다. 일부에서는 예보의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 방안의 하나로 수치모델 이용을 거론하고 있으나 수치모델은 매일의 예보와 같이 일상적 목적을 위하여 사용될 수 있는 모델이 아니며, 현재와 같이 기초가 갖추어져 있지 않은 상황에서는 더욱 그러하다. 정상적 모델 이용이 가능할 수 있도록 배출원 자료 체계를 갖추어야 하고, 서을 등 특징적 지역에 대하여서는 집중적 현장 조사를 실시하여야 한다.3)와 NAS(National Academy of Sciences, 1983), 미국에서 발행되는 정부 지침서 (Federal Register)에 고시된 내용 등을 토대로 하였다. 연구는 당면현실로 다가온 정보화 및 세계화의 기업환경에서 예견되는 몰입(committment)의 약화에 대한 치유방안으로서, 정보화된 경영모의게임의 기업 교육훈련 시스템(Business Training System)으로의 발전 가능성을 제시한다 하겠다.암시하며, 따라서 우리 교육문화에 맞는 재택수업 형태의 개발이 시급함을 제시한다고 하겠다.column density of HCaN is (1-3):n1014cm-2. Recently augmented reality contents are variously used in public such as advertisements or exhibits as well as children's books. Therefore, it is certain that the market, development of augmented reality contents, is gradually growing. Those who are the producer of augmented reality may be familiar with the skill where those images are used as a marker which is created by image recognition technique. In case of using image recognition technique, they usually use the augmented reality marker platform from Qualcomm since it is able to recognize self-produced images and 3-dimensional figures at no cost. This study was started when undergraduate students began to use those general techniques in their contents producing process. AR majoring students in Namseoul University applied image recognition technique to 3 AR contents exhibited in Sejong Center. Creating 3 different images, they have registered images at Image Target Manager provided by Vuforia to use as a marker. Moreover, they have modified the image producing method to raise the recognition rate by research. The higher recognition rate brings the more stable use of augmented reality contents. To achieve the satisfied rate, they have compared the elements of color contrast, pattern and etc. in the use of platform. Thus, the effective image creation method has been drawn. This study is aiming to suggest the production of stable contents by recognizing smart devices' limitation and producing educational contents. The purpose of this study is to help practically augmented reality contents developers by illustrating the application of augmented reality contents which are based on image recognition technique and also its effectiveness at the same time.

This paper demonstrates a methodology of integrated operation and management system for intermodal connectivity center (ICC), which is planning to be build up as a large scale public transit facilities for green growth strategy by the national government. The ICC needs to be capable of providing the integrated location based information for the public transit users in terms of collaborating a variety of transit modes and complex facility in a large scale center. Recently, the upcoming information and communication technologies enable to come up with real time information provision on nomadic and portable devices, i.e. smart phones and/or tablet PCs, as what the users actually need to get on demand. In order to provide the public transit users in ICC with the integrated information on their smart phones for example, the integrated operation and management system plays a key role to collect the data utilizing the wireless communication with real time location tracking and to manage them to be effective and operational sources for applicable personalized services. Thus, this paper defines a type of services, subsystems, and relevant technologies for the system integration so called a "Smart Garatagi Service" and shows a filed test demonstration case in the existing airport terminal, Gimpo Domestic.

Recently. the interest in Physical distribution has increased in economic geography This paper aims to review and prospect the internatonal physical distribution studies of international trade and international freight flows. And it has examined the changes in methodology of international physical distribution. Author has defined international physical distribution as the physical distribution of international trade and international freight flow The results are as follows : (1) As the methodology of international physical distribution studies developes, the physical distribution should be recognized not only as transportation phenomenon but also as total logistics which is understood as the combination of production and consumption including information flow. (2) The studies about model of international physical distribution flow ill need to study regional relations including urban, in the future. And economic geography and location theory adding culture and behaviour elements will be restructured, because not only state but also multinational corporation appear as trade subject in global economy. The Purpose of this study is to Present the tourism development Plan of Muan County in relation to the establishment of the Muau international Airport. This study criticizes the stereotypical tourism development plans carried out by numerous loyal self-governments. The highest purpose of tourism is to create an experience that cannot be had In a Person's daily life. Tourism development in Muan must be loyal to this philosophy of tourism. This study raises three key questions: What is the nature of tourism\ulcorner; For whom is tourism developed\ulcorner , Why is tourism being developed\ulcorner The answers to the three key questions are very basic ones. but are not being fulfilled in the tourism development of Korea, as fellows. Firstly, tourism development should be carried out to strengthen the special characteristics of tourism resources. Secondly, tourism development should encourage the participation of local residents within the Process, and it should be helpful to the local industry and the resident's income. lastly, the development should refrain from relying heavily on money-making businesses but seek to enrich the lives of visitors and hosts together. This study presents five distinctive tourism development schemes for Muan. They are as follows: the establishment of a scenic byway leading to the Airport: the development of Hoeshan lotus reservoir as a tourist resort for Buddhists and as a traditional health care center: the utilization of the .Japanese military airport relics as an historical and cultural tourist attraction: the establishment of a salt-water spa complex: and the vitalization of agricultural tourism by utilizing the advantage of the Muan international Airport.

As environmental problems such as global warming, and ecocide have a great influence on society, the attention to environmental pollution is being expanded. To solve the environmental problems, the awareness and practice of members of society in question is required. However, it has been found that few people are participating in practising environmental protection in real life. Our main goals are to show that Gamification has great potential in delivering messages for public interest and to suggest guidelines for researchers and public contents developers who engage in designing in relation to Gamification. Based on the domestic and foreign theoretical investigations, we found that Gamification mechanism made based on psychological mechanism of users aims at public interests' value by maximizing motivations of users and spreading social relationships among people. As shown in the case study, if contents are developed by reflecting the elements which stimulate challenging of users, the elements which can express their opinions, and the elements of altruism which form the sympathy in the development of public interest contents in the future, practical participation of people to solve social problems can be expected.

Songguk-ri site gained academic recognition by the excavation of stone coffin tomb with a bronze dagger in 1974. And it is confirmed that this site is epoch-making in Korean bronze age through the following excavation started in 1975. But the excavation reports published until now do not have even overall view of this site, thus it is difficult to get the whole picture of this site. Thus, in this paper the author reexamined all reports on this site and by making the map of overall view and distribution of archaeological features as a basic research. Moreover, I analyzed also artifacts from this site, and compared with the recent papers written by other researchers about the chronology and character. Songguk-ri site has livelihood domain which consists of dwelling pits, attached features, storage pits, pot-firing features, wood fence, abatises, buildings above ground, as well as cemetery which consists of stone-coffins, jar-coffins, pit tombs. Trace of making large terrace was also excavated. These features seem to belong to the same archaeological stage, dated about B.C.850-550, according to C14 dating. On the other hand, the intensification of wet-rice cultivation made this group more productive. Based on this financial strength, some influential group emerged they constructed defensive settlement to protect their products safely. Besides it seems that there were frequent occurrence of conflicts. However, we can know that they kept their stable life, through the expansion of living space. Consequently, Songguk-ri site played a role of the summit among some settlement in this area.
