Effects of Job Satisfaction according to the Understanding of Organization Culture between Outsourcing Workers and Regular Workers (병원 아웃소싱 직원과 정규직원의 조직문화 인식이 직무에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the differences of general characteristics, to compare understanding level of the organization cultures, and to develop more good management methods between outsourcing workers and regular workers in hospitals. Major results of this study were as follows: First, regular workers had higher level than outsourcing workers in major understanding on job satisfaction and organization cultures(pride of their jobs, recognition level of job performance ability, satisfaction on ordering method. etc.). Second, the results showed that the level of job performances related with effective management of the factors in job satisfaction and involvement. Third, through multiple regression analysis to understand factors on job satisfaction and involvement, we understood that regular workers were effected by vision performance of hospital and their value view-point, and outsourcing workers were influenced by recognition levels and education levels of hospital vision, Therefore, to maximize level of job satisfaction and involvement. we have interest in development of education program for outsourcing workers, and selection of adequate persons in hospital culture.

  • The purpose of this study is to raise the importance of 'family culture and values' in the process of diagnosing and discussing the causes and measures of low fertility in Korean society. In addition, I sought to find the causes of over - fertilization and ways to cope with it in terms of educational approach to establishing family culture and values. Specifically, this study firstly reviews the causes of low fertility in Korea by examining the evaluation of low fertility policies, secondly, examines the actual conditions and changes in family culture and values related to low fertility, and third, In this paper, I examined the validity of educational intervention, the actual state of intervention, the contents of education in institutional education, the necessity and effect of education, the composition of educational content, and possible policies and arguments based on educational approach. The issue of low birth rate is a national social problem facing the Korean society in the modern age. Considering its causes and countermeasures at the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of family culture and values as well as economic factors. To further emphasize the educational approach to gender equality and family-friendly family culture and values.

The Intention of Having a Second Child by the Employment Status of Married Women (취업여부에 따른 기혼여성의 둘째자녀 출산의도)

  • The goal of this study was to examine the economic and cultural factors that influenced the intention of having a second child. In particular, this study intended to examine whether the factors related to the intention of having a child differed by the employment status of married women. The data for this study were drawn from the National Survey on the Trend of Marriage and Birth. This survey was conducted in 2005 by Korean Institute for Health and Social Affairs. The sample consisted of 690 married women who had one child(282 employed and 408 unemployed). The data were analyzed by logistic regression with SAS 9.1 program. The results showed that the employed women's intention of having a second child was affected by the husband's hours of housework, having a own mother(child's grandmother) and the perception of value of child. The employed women's intention of having a second child was affected by the perception of emotional value of child, and the sex of the first child. In sum, there were differences between the employed women and the unemployed women in the variables affecting the intention of having a second child. Perception of value of child was found important for both the employed and the unemployed women. Besides husband's hours of housework, having a mother and the needs for public support about child birth and rearing were found significant for the employed women. For the unemployed women, the costs of child care/education and the sex of the first child were found significant. The findings of this study suggested that different policy interventions be developed to satisfy the needs of the employed women and the unemployed women.

  • In theoretical term, cultural/institutional approach, the peculiarly of the later comers, such as Hong Kong, Korea, Twain, and the converging influence from Post-modernism underlie this paper. The first approach is influential in understanding the survival of many traditional values within most of the Hong Kong firms. The later comer one can be used to explain the fact that later comer enjoyed various synergy effects when their oriental values are combined with new practices. The last one is also quite useful for the explanation of why most modern firms exposed to a severe international competition adopted human resource management But problem is that these are subjected to severe criticism because of their downgrading nature against employees.

  • This paper is to research on the characteristics of the recipient furniture design that requires changes reflected in the contemporary socio-cultural factors in the convergence culture, as represented by the digital and IT. The purpose of this study is, as specific methods therefore, to research in both perspectives the design of the after industrial revolution of functionalism and the case of the Memphis group which is expressed the appearance of diverse social atmosphere of the 20th century. Based on this, it will illuminate the appearance of the furniture designs recipient requires changes in universal modern society of values of complex convergence. To reveal that sociocultural factors that accept values of society are important in predicting the future of furniture design is the object of this study. It recognizes that a key element of modern furniture design will be based on a broad and deep study.

A Comparison of Materialistic Values and Interpersonal Relationship between Adult University Students and General University Students (성인대학생과 일반대학생의 물질주의 가치관 및 대인관계와의 비교)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between materialistic values and interpersonal relationship of adult university students and general university students and compare the two groups. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS Statistics 25.0 program targeting 228 adult students and 216 general students enrolled nationwide. First, as for the difference in the materialistic values of the adult and general university students according to the general characteristics, significant differences were found according to gender, religion, the type of school, grade, monthly income (allowance), monthly expense, items of expenditure, and hobby. Second, the analysis of the difference in the interpersonal relationship based on their general characteristics revealed differences based on gender, grade, monthly income (allowance), monthly expense, items of expenditure, and hobby. Third, the research subjects' materialistic values and interpersonal relationship showed a high correlation. Fourth, their materialistic values had significant effects on all the sub-factors of interpersonal relationship. The results of this study implies that materialistic values have negative effects on interpersonal relationship in both adult and general university students.

  • This study approached the military security problem from the viewpoint of social psychology in view of the fact that the military security problem has been focused on the technical field such as cyber security along with the development of defense science and technology. In this background, we examined the causal relationship between variables after extracting variables affecting the security problem of the military through previous research. The significance of the study results is as follows. First, the military culture has a direct and indirect influence on improving the willingness to adhere to security and the security level of military organizations, as well as contributing to the establishment of military values. This indicates that the overall organizational culture of the current military is influencing the security consciousness of the soldiers and the achievement of organizational security, while at the same time showing the need for effort to create the right organizational culture. Second, the values of soldiers had a positive effect on the willingness of the individual to obey the security and the security performance. Values begin with an understanding of organizational culture and indicate that efforts can be made to establish an organizational security posture when the right values are formed. Third, we have improved the completeness of the study by verifying the causal relationship by extracting variables that correspond to the context of the ROK military.

  • 본 연구는 '소비자중심'의 주거문화를 모색하기 위해 한국사회 신세대소비자의 주거 가치와 관련요인에 대해 수도권의 20~35세 남녀를 대상으로 자기기입식 질문지를 이용하여 실증연구하였고 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 14개 주거가치에 대해 전반적으로 중요 하다는 응답이 대부분이었다. 둘째, 주거가치의 요인분석결과 4개 특성이 추출되었고 두 맥 락으로 접근할 수 있었다 하나는 후기 산업사회로의 발전과 함께 중요하게 인식되는 주거가 치특성으로 외부환경의 편리성과 인간성 회복 인접환경의 안전과 프라이버시 내부환경의 편 리성과 아름다움을 중시하는 주거가치가 이에 속한다. 이주거가치들은 신세대소비자에게 매 우 강하게 형성되어 있었으며 공통적으로 신세대가치관이 강할수록 더 강한 것으로 나타났 다. 다음은 전통적으로 중요시된 주거가치로서 위신과 경제성 주거가치이다 이는 비교적 낮 은 수준으로 나타났으며 신세대가치관이 약할수록 더 강하게 나타났다.

A Comparative Study on the Consumption Cultures between the Korean and the Japanese New Generations : laying emphasis upon their lifestyle characteristics & leisures (한·일 양국 신세대의 소비문화에 관한 비교연구 : 대학생들의 라이프스타일 특성 및 여가생활을 중심으로)

  • 본 연구는 같은 동양문화권에 속하면서도 사회·문화적 배경이 다른 한국과 일본 대학생들을 대상으로 라이프스타일 특성과 여가시간 활용을 비교 분석하므로써 양국대학생들의 소 비문화를 추론하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 새로운 세대로 지칭되는 대학생들은 이미 새로운 수요를 창출하는 세분시장으로서 마케터들의 관심을 모으고 있지만, 국가간 시장을 세분화하고 그에 따른 적절한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 것이 과연 효과적인가를 탐색해 보는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다. 라이프스타일은 AIO 분석에 근거하여 의생활분야, 구매 및 쇼핑분야, 가치관분야, 정보추구분야, 인터넷 광고분야 등의 다섯 가지 영역으로 구분하고 양국 대학생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 각 영역별로 요인분석을 실시하여 모두 23개의 요인이 도출되었고, 양국 대학생 집단은 모두 18개 부문에서 차이를 보였으며 5개 부문에서는 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 여가 및 시간활용에서는 양국 대학생 집단간에 차이를 보이는 항목이 많았으며, 인구 통계적 요인이 국적과 상호작용을 통해 여가활동에 서로 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 사회·문화적 환경이 다른 소비자 집단의 특성을 이해하고 여가활동 유형과 여가시간 활용에 따라 차별화를 가능하게 함으로써 국제적인 마케팅전략수립을 위해 효과적인 시장세분화 기준을 제공하고 소비패턴 분석을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
