Dance College Students Major in Perfectionism and Self-concept Compared to Dance Performance Satisfaction (무용전공 대학생의 완벽주의 성향이 자아개념과 무용수행 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perfectionism on the self-concept and dance performance satisfaction of college students. The survey was conducted on 320 college students in dance majors at four-year colleges located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, and Gangwon-do. The conclusion was drawn. First, perfectionism has a significant effect on self-concept. Second, perfectionism has a significant influence on the satisfaction of dance performance. Third, there is a causal relationship between perfectionism, self-concept, and dance performance satisfaction. In conclusion, it is important to identify factors that can increase the satisfaction of dance performance by exploring various psychological factors in order to increase the satisfaction of dance performance of college students.

  • 본 연구는 강지혜의 '고등학교 무용전공 지도자의 지도유형과 지도자 신뢰 및 만족의 관계 연구'를 바탕으로 한 무용지도유형과 지도자 신뢰도의 관계에 대한 논의이다. 기존의 연구는 2010년 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 무용전공생과 무용지도자의 관계를 논의를 통해 탐색하고 분석함으로써 실기 수업에 있어 무용수행 효율성을 높이고 무용지도자 역할을 강화하는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의의가 있다. 본 연구의 논의에 따르면 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있는 융복합 사회 속에서 교육을 받는 학생들에게 무용지도자의 신뢰를 높이며 교육이 획일적인 지도자 중심의 지도보다는 학생들의 의견을 수용하여야 하는 무용지도자야하며, 학생들에 대한 세심한 배려와 상호작용하는 것은 무용전공생에게 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 무용지도자의 지도효율성과 무용수행도 높아질 수 있음과 동시에 무용지도자의 역할이 강화될 것이다.

Development of a Measure for the Dance Giftedness (무용영재성 판별도구 개발)

  • Based on the qualitative analysis, 4 factors of dance giftedness were operationally defined and test items were initially developed accordingly. The preliminary test data obtained from 206 dancers was analyzed, using item analysis and a series of reliability analyses. In order to dancer the construct validity, four exploratory factor analyses were conducted for 54 items, resulting in 20 items of 4 factors; physique, dance attitude Expressiveness and creativity, movement ability. A confirmatory factor analysis conducted for 292 dancers to test the goodness-of-fit of 4 factor model revealed a satisfactory level of $x^2$, Q, root mean square residual(RMR), goodness of fit index(GFI), Tucker-Lewis index(TLI), comparative fit index(CFI), root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA). The concurrent and cross validity indices proved the validity of 20 items of 4 factors.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between stress factor and burnout of dancers. For this, a survey was performed, of which the subjects were selected out of a great number of dancers in several dance. Finally, a total of 535 completed questionnaires were used for statistical inspections, such as independent t test and one-way ANOVA analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: there was a significant difference to burnout of dancers as a function of sex, major, record and position at p<.05 level. there was a significant difference to stress of dancers as a function of sex, record and position at p<.05 level. there was a significant difference to the stress level dancers within the lower factors including demotivation, emotional exhaustion and lack of improvement at p<.01 level. as result above system must be set up for dancers can maintain psychological stability and increase dancer performance.

The Perfectionist Tendencies of Middle and High School Students who Major in Dance Impact on Competitive Anxiety and Dance Immersion (무용전공 중·고등학생의 완벽주의 성향이 경쟁불안 및 무용몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose is to identify the impact of perfectionism among middle and high school students majoring in dance on competition anxiety and dance immersion. 279 people were collected by means of a significant collection and survey tools were used in questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted for t-test, one-way random analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. There was a significant difference between perfectionist tendencies and competitive anxiety. There was a significant difference in perfectionism in dance immersion. There is a causal relationship between perfectionist tendencies and competitive anxiety and dance immersion. In order to increase dance immersion among middle and high school students, it is important to identify factors that can increase dance immersion by exploring various psychological factors.

Dance Attitude Differences between Gender, Majors, and Grades (무용전공 대학생들의 무용 태도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the dance attitude differences between gender, majors, and grades. Attitudes-towards-dance inventory(Jadranka et al., 2004) which covered affective, cognitive, and action aspects of attitudes, as well as to reflect, in a similar number of items, both the positive and negative attitude towards dance was used to investigate dance attitude for 483 dancers who are collegian. Male students were more positive attitude in the affective area among dance attitudes than female students(p<.05). Dancers who major practical dances revealed more positive attitude in the affective area than dancers majoring ballet and Korean treditional dance(p<.05). In addition, freshmen have a more positive dance attitude in the affective area compared with seniors. It was suggested that more subjects should be studied from considering major, local university as future study.

  • I would like to trace back periodic social trend by searching if regular performance might have reflected on social trend on its theme by analyzing theme trend of The National Dance Company of Korea, Dance Company of Seoul city, Dance Company of KyungKi-Do and to provide the meaningful results for further study by checking if the theme of dancing performance is in relation with social structure. To perform this research, I had studied on previous thesis and reference books. For example, I selected three groups, of The National Dance Company of Korea, Dance Company of Seoul city, Dance Company of KyungKi-Do, to research their theme of regular performance through checking previous thesis related to, performance material, news articles, pamphlets from beginning to present. How to analyze is being proceeded from foundation of dancing company to present according to Kim Byungseok's classification method, which was consistently used for searching theme trend from previous study as below; 1) Theme based on traditional conscious,2) Theme based on Literature, 3) Theme based on Historic issues, 4) Theme based on abstract, 5) Theme based on reality, 6)Theme based on social issues.

정지궤도 복합위성 주파수 및 궤도 확보를 위한 국제등록 현황 분석

  • 정지궤도 복합위성은 기상관측용 기상위성과 해양 및 환경관측용 해양/환경위성으로 계획되어있다. 기상위성은 2017년 발사, 해양/환경위성은 2018년 발사를 목표로 연구개발이 수행되고 있다. 정지궤도위성은 주파수 및 궤도 자원을 확보하기 위하여 국제전기통신연합(ITU)에 국제등록 절차를 수행하는 것이 요구되며, 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 위성의 궤도위치와 주파수 자원에 대한 선행연구가 필수적이며, 이러한 연구는 기상위성업무용 및 지구탐사위성 업무용 주파수 자원에 대한 관련 전파규칙 분석 작업 등의 업무가 함께 수행되어야 한다. 정지궤도 복합위성은 관제용 주파수 대역으로 L 대역 또는 S 대역이 가용 주파수 대역이고, 기상, 해양 및 환경 원시 데이터 전송용 주파수 대역은 X 또는 Ka 대역이 가용 주파수 대역이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 기상위성업무용 및 지구탐사위성업무용으로 가용한 L, S, X 및 Ka 주파수 대역을 검토하였고, 동 대역을 이용하여 국제등록 중인 위성망과 주요 위성망들의 전송제원 등에 대한 국제등록 현황을 분석하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 작성된 자료들은 향후 우리나라 정지궤도 위성망 궤도 및 주파수 자원 확보를 위한 국제등록에 활용될 수 있도록 분석하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 심신훈련법이 무용에 어떻게 흡수되고 있는지 알아보고, 이 심신훈련법들을 수행하고 있는 국내 무용가들의 현황을 조사한 연구이다. 심신훈련법으로는 요가, 알렉산더 테크닉, 펠든크라이스로 제한하였다. 국내 무용가들은 요가, 알렉산더 테크닉, 펠든크라이스 가운데 펠든크라이스에 많은 수의 무용가들이 치중되어 있었다. 추후, 일상적으로 행해지는 국내 무용가들의 심신훈련법들과 그들에 춤에 대한 양적 질적 연구가 확대되어야 한다.

Influence of Arts High School Dance Teacher's Servant Leadership Affects Dance, involvement and the Performance Result (예술고등학교 무용교사의 서번트리더십이 무용전공 고등학생의 전공몰입 및 공연성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study has been performed to investigate what influences affect dance, involvement and the performance result of the arts high school students majoring in dance, purposed to confirm the result of the subject by inputting servant leadership as an independent variable. To achieve such purpose the hypothesis was verified on the basis of the data of 219 students majoring in dance of the arts high schools located in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do and Jeollabuk-do. The statistical method to verify the hypothesis was based on regression analysis, particularly significance level was placed at ${\alpha}$=.05 to verify the hypothesis. The results are as follows. First, dance teacher's servant leadership positively affects dance and involvement of arts high school students majoring in dance, particularly devotion and service were verified to be useful variables. Second, dance teacher's servant leadership positively affects the performance result of arts high school students majoring in dance, particularly vision offer, devotion and service were verified to be useful variables. Third, the study proves the performance result could get greater as the arts high school students majoring in dance takes bigger attention in dance and involvement.
