지능형 홈 네트워크 서비스의 일반적 보급화로 사용자의 필요와 욕구에 밀착한 개인화 서비스를 위한 사용자의 프로파일 및 다양한 상태 정보, 센서 및 기타 환경정보를 통한 동적 상황인지가 가능토록 하는 상황인지(context-aware) 서비스에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어 시스템 구축에서 먼저 고려해야 할 사항은 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어에 대한 기준을 마련하는 것이다. 홈 네트워크 내의 정보가전기기들 환경에 대한 정보를 지속적으로 수집하고 학습 알고리즘을 통하여 분석하며, 분석되어진 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 성향을 파악하는 것을 주요인으로 간주해야 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 사용자 능동적 행위에 따른 지능형 홈 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 지속적인 모니터링을 통하여 사용자의 성향이 파악되면 상황에 따른 최적의 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 홈 네트워크 제어 시스템을 구축하는 것으로 목적으로 하였다. 사용자의 행동 패턴을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 지능적인 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자 중심의 능동적 서비스 효과들을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

154kV 변전소 건설시 표준규모로 조상설비 설치공간을 확보하고 있으나 표준용량대비 초과설치가 필요하거나 기설 구형변전소에 조상설비를 설치하기 위해서는 옥외설치를 위한 추가 부지 확보가 반드시 요구된다. 하지만 산림훼손 최소화, 부지매수비용과다 등 변전소부지 확보가 한층 더 어려워진 현 여건을 감안할 때 전력용 콘덴서 설치를 위한 추가부지 확보는 곤란한 상황이다. 더욱이 도심지나 주택가 인근 변전소에 조상설비를 설치할 경우 옥외설치에 따른 소음발생, 미관훼손 등으로 인해 각종 민원이 끊이지 않는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 설치면적을 최소화할 수 있는 조상설비를 개발하여 효율적으로 기기를 배치함으로써 건설예산을 절감하고 기술진보에 따른 변전설비의 소형화, 집적화, 자동화 추세에 부응하여 전력용 콘덴서 설비를 획기적으로 개선함으로써 도심지 및 주택가 인근 옥외 설치 시 발생되는 민원을 예방함과 동시에 설비운전의 안전성을 확보하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 설치면적 최소화, 미관 개선, 설비 신뢰도 및 안전성 향상을 목적으로 전력용 콘덴서 뱅크 구성에 필요한 각종 기기를 수납한 방재밀폐형 개폐장치부 전력용 콘덴서를 개발 추진하게 되었다.

진단기술은 기기의 열화 현상 및 이상 현상으로 진전되는 특성을 측정하여 향후 발생이 예상되는 이상을 조기에 발견하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기기를 정밀 진단, 분석하여 잔여 수명을 평가하고 적절한 대체계획을 수립함으로써 신뢰도 향상 및 경제적인 설비 운용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 수력 발전기 운전 중 부분방전 진단 시스템을 이용하여 수력 발전기의 운전 중에 발생하는 부분방전 신호를 실시간으로 측정, 분석하고 수력 발전기 권선의 절연 상태를 감시 진단하여 기기의 열화 및 이상 현상등을 조기에 발견하고 발전설비의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

50kg NSI PCT(Prestress Concrete Timber, sleeper) is developed for the purpose of low maintenance cost, Extend life cycle, Track stability, Friendly Environment, Good running quality. In this study, as a part of research which is to make renovated NSI turnout, the main objective of this study is the optimization of PC sleeper's section, the number of PS tension wire. For this purpose, the finite element analysis was conducted to evaluate the serviceability and the safety of NSI PC sleeper developed.

본 논문은 홈 네트워크 시스템에서 사용자의 편의를 고려한 홈 서버 구현 방안에 대해 제안한다. 홈 서버는 리눅스 기반의 임베디드 보드 또는 PC를 사용할 수 있고 시스템은 인터넷 망을 기반으로 하고 있으며 클라이언트, 서버, 시뮬레이터로 구성되어 있다. 사용자는 웹 브라우저를 내장한 모든 기기에서 서버에 접속할 수 있다. 클라이언트 프로그램은 모든 종류의 CPU와 OS를 지원하기 위하여 자바 애플릿을 사용하였다. 사용자는 별도의 프로그램 설치 없이 원격에서 서버의 웹 페이지를 통해 접속하고 각종 기기들을 제어할 수 있으며 손쉽게 데이터를 공유할 수 있다. 서버는 리눅스 기반으로 웹 서비스를 할 수 있도록 서버가 구축되어있고 클라이언트 프로그램과 동일한 이유로 자바언어를 사용하여 서버 프로그램을 작성하였다. PC 대신 사용할 수 있는 임베디드 리눅스 보드는 내장형 시스템을 구성하는데 유용하며 홈 네트워크 시스템뿐만 아니라 각종 분야 등에도 널리 이용되어 질 수 있다. 임베디드 보드는 많은 자원을 필요로 하지 않는 국한된 목적의 시스템에 적용하기에 적합하며 널리 사용되고 있다. 시스템 구성을 위해 임베디드 보드에 리눅스를 포팅하고, 웹서버를 사용 가능하게 만들어 준 후, 자바 프로그램을 실행하기 위한 JVM(Java Virtual Machine)과 서블릿 및 JSP등의 자바 코드를 이해할 수 있는 엔진을 포팅하였다. 이로써 웹 서버로서의 역할과 홈 네트워킹 서버로서의 역할을 동시에 수행하게 된다. 시뮬레이션 프로그램은 자바 어플리케이션 프로그램을 사용하였고 데이터의 정상적인 전달여부와 기기들의 상태를 모니터링 할 수 있다.

Signage can be defined as the media device that provides specific information to many unspecified users in public places. Recently applied context-aware technology, signage provides personal on-demand information services in a way that can continue to evolve. The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics of types which users identify signage on the perceptions and attitudes about consideration of the perspective of the experts in the fields. The research is carried out by applying Q methodology with in-depth interview. First, interviews are conducted to determine the perceptions and attitudes of experts and practitioners on signage. Thereafter users' perceptions and attitudes toward signage are classified by each types using Q methodology. The first type is named as 'signage as smart media', the second type is named as 'signage as passive media', and the third type is named as 'signage as interactive media' is named. The results of this study will be useful guidelines for conducting further academic researches and R&D.

Due to the high digital technology, various devices such as TV, PC, smartphone, and pad computer are connected to each other using internet and under the circumstance internet services of which the running platforms are mainly PC become "N-screenlized" by extending their service platform to non-PC devices. As a digital TV has outstanding features of being the most influential device in the living room and having the wide spectrum of users, several internet services has been ported on the digital TV platform (in the form of data services) in order to enhance their brand powers. Most of the services, however, failed to get a satisfactory results as the data services are defeated by the broadcasting contents in the competition for the viewer's interests. In the paper, the design guidelines that make data services not to compete with the broadcasting contents are proposed and a prototype of a data service that accommodates the guidelines is introduced. The prototype, called "TV ideal-type world-cup", does not disturb a viewer's watching broadcast contents and channel-changing behavior while it is running and its service flow is designed for a viewer to achieve the goal of service in a few minutes so that the viewer can enjoy the service in a commercial period.

It is very important to prevent the electromagnetic interference and to prevent malfunction of electronic equipments mounted on ships. To solve these problems, in this paper, the EMC filter was designed, fabricated, and tested. The Ni-Zn ferrite beads with high permeability were used to make large inductance as the inductor and the feed-through capacitors without any resonance points. As a result, excellent attenuation characteristics of 25~70 dB were obtained from the 0 kHz~1.5 GHz band. In addition, when the Electric Fast Transient (EFT) of 4 kV in the level 4 of IEC 61000-4-4 was induced the EFT reduced to 600 V. Therefore, it was clearly shown that the developed EMC felter can be used for suppressing the electromagnetic interference on-board electronic devices and equipments.

In this paper, the efficient prevention of cross talk technique for basically avoiding the confusion problem between the overlapped ubiquitous network of the other object is developed within the same area. The intelligent unified wireless network remote meter reading system of the ubiquitous ZigBee base is developed based on this technology. Therefore, in this paper, each meter reading equipments managed the information of its own adjacent ZigBee channel. The intelligent network system steadily transmitting data a relay was developed based upon this information in each region through the flexible channel conversion technique.

외과수술용 핸드피스는 현재 국내 외 병원에서 사용되고 있는 수술 장비 중 필수 보유 장비이다. 선진 수술 기법인 인공관절 대체 수술 시 뼈(Bone)절단, 다듬질 구멍 등, 초 섬세 가공을 목적으로 하는 기기이다. 기존의 공압식(Air Type)은 수술 시 많은 양의 질소(N2 Gas)가 소모됨으로써 질소탱크 보관에 많은 공간이 필요하고 잦은 교체를 필요로 한다. 또한 기계소음과 공압식 호스의 이동으로 시술자와 환자사이에 불편함이 발생하고 감염의 위험성이 있으므로 최근에는 충전식을 선호하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 기존의 공압식을 대체할 배터리형 외과수술용 핸드피스를 연구하게 되었다.
