컴퓨터공학 분야 개발자를 채용할 때 대다수의 기업에서 일반 면접과는 달리 전공 분야 역량 파악을 위한 컴퓨터공학 기술 면접을 함께 진행한다. 컴퓨터공학 면접자의 기술 면접을 지원하기 위하여 이 논문에서는 컴퓨터공학 핵심 개념에 대한 면접자 답변의 정확도를 코사인 유사도를 이용하여 평가 후 결과를 알려주는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템을 이용하면 개발자들의 컴퓨터공학 핵심 개념의 기술 면접 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, the frequency of computer engineering and technology interviews has increased in the process of hiring developers, and accordingly, the burden of technical interviews among interviewees has also increased. However, during computer engineering technical interview practice, it is difficult to judge whether one's answers are correct, and to measure the appropriate vocalization speed by oneself. In this paper, we propose a computer engineering technical interview support system using similarity measurement technology. The proposed system measures the technical accuracy of the interviewee's answers through a sentence similarity evaluation procedure using cosine similarity to measure the technical accuracy of the interviewee's answers. It also measures the speech rate and provides it to the interviewee.

본 논문에서는 가상무인면접 시스템을 개발함에 있어서 필요한 손동작 제어를 위한 관련 연구결과를 보였다. 대부분의 기존 면접시스템에서는 키보드와 마우스를 이용한 형태를 취하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 면접자의 손동작을 이용하여 자동으로 면접을 시작하고 끝낼 수 있도록 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 구현과정 및 성능을 결과로 제시하였다.

In this study, a prototype design model was proposed for developing an online recruitment system through multi-dimensional data crawling and social media analysis, and validates text information and video interview in job application process. This study includes a comparative analysis process through text mining to verify the authenticity of job application paperwork and to effectively hire and allocate workers based on the potential job capability. Based on the prototype system, we conducted performance tests and analyzed the result for key performance indicators such as text mining accuracy and interview STT(speech to text) function recognition rate. If commercialized based on design specifications and prototype development results derived from this study, it may be expected to be utilized as the intelligent online recruitment system technology required in the public and private recruitment markets in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 국내의 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도를 증가시키는 요소와 실제 시스템의 사용 만족도를 증가시키는 요소를 발견하여 이러한 요소들 사이의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적인 문헌조사와 심층 면접의 예비 조사를 통해 설문지를 구성하고 기업의사결정자를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 세가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 고객, 제품 경쟁자 등의 의사결정환경의 역동성으로 대표되는 환경요인, 조직규모, 최고경영자의 지원, 인센티브 도입정도 등으로 대표되는 조직요인, 마케팅부서의 독립성, 장기적 마케팅 전략수립정도, 마케팅 스탭수 등으로 대표되는 직무요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 하부시스템의 개발정도, 개발형태, 개발참여로 대표되는 실행요인과 사용정보의 양, 고려하는 차원의 수, 정보시스템의 관여도 등으로 대표되는 사용자 행위요인과 시스템의 정교함과 유연성으로 대표되는 시스템만족요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소와 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자들의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소는 본질적으로 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들 중에서 실행요인이나, 시스템만족요인, 사용자 행위요인의 매개적인 역할이 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 각각 다른 영향을 미치고 있기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Micro-teaching is one of instructional methods to improve teaching skills whereby teachers present short sessions and receive feedbacks on their performance. In this research, we developed the web based micro-teaching system for more efficient and effective teacher training by placing videotaped session and peer feedbacks near rather than far from each other on the screen. We analyzed previous studies related to the micro-teaching system, and interviewed pre-service teachers to find some suggestions. Based on this analysis, we drew design principles and developed web based micro-teaching system, which helps teachers to plan instructional strategies, to reflect teaching skills, and to participate in peer assessment. We hope that the system will be useful to not only teacher training but also other fields such as presentation or interview skills.

This article verifies the actual conditions of the Wonju area medical devices cluster for presentation of method for increasing promotion. It examines the general status of companies, reason for location, competitive power and supporting system with a questionnaire survey and in-depth research. The Wonju area has 79 medical device companies. It comprised 9% of total sales and 11% of export sales of korea medical devices in 2007. For enhancement of the Wonju area medical devices ability to accumulate and attract of medical device companies and front-line and back-line industries, the followings is needed, a supply of highly qualified man power, a support base for developing modem technology and information marketing, adequate infrastructure for housing and education system, methodologies for sustaining new business and innovation fund-raising programs and marketing, and provide the highest degree of education for CEO.

Although the concern about various welfare resources in the private sector is increasing, it has been less discussed on product donation in comparison with cash donation. This study is to explore effective product donation system by understanding the intermediary process experience of product philanthropy between corporations and non-profit organizations. In order to understand such process in details, data was collected by conducting interview in-depth with 4 corporate staff and 2 NPOs staff in charge for product donation. Based on the findings of study, suggestions are discussed for effective intermediary systems of product donation including the use of new technology such as the on-line system of Good 360(formerly Gift In Kind International) and for improving the partnership between corporations and NPOs to activate product philanthropy. Also, these show that it is necessary to reinforce institutional support on tax-incentive and fair market value of giving product.

This study aim to figure out the limitation of existing ICT SMEs technology support programs conducted by Government Funded Research Institute. To investigate the limitations of SMEs programs, we conducted Focus Group Interview(FGI) with staff in charge of R&D department of beneficiaries(ICT SMEs). The results of FGI show that SMEs have troubles with the lack of R&D manpower, R&D infrastructure and non-R&D activities. Then, we conducted Delphi survey(derived from FGI) with related field experts to ask the problems and limitations of SMEs programs. The Results of Delphi show that SMEs programs has limitations with avoiding of SMEs support staff, lack of public R&D infrastructure sharing center, incompleteness of policies. Based on the results of FGI and Delphi, we suggest the several ways to improving SMEs programs.

This paper aims to link the development strategy of a local government(Guri-si, Kyunggi-do) to a spatial decision support system that is in the early stages of implementation and testing. Spatial Decision for a local governmental authority typically involves multiple stakeholders. To any specific regional problem, stakeholders often have various levels of knowledge and experiences about it, that yield conflicting views. In this point of view, the enhanced access to information can bring the decision process to solve the problem throughout more public participation. Recently, Urban development study was required to improve the decision making of public participation form. This study aim to investigate an analysis local government of Guri-si, can be supported as the suggestion of decision making system. Guri-si has been argued that it would improve citizen's life quality intent theme 'by historical tourism in general dimension' promote region identity, environment friendly and transportational strength, by reflecting various plan of urban development and it executed strategy. There are increasing interest in citizen participation and practical using of policy decision making to respond to uncertain environment and systematic exploration of local government. Focused on the contents of public participation decision making, it is important to investigate how to analysis urban development strategy and geographic information relationship for useful. The paper concludes with a discussion of current issues encountered during development and implementation of spatial decision making(or support) system for the local administrative authority.
