As the rapid develoment of internet and information technology, the traditional library has been altered to the digital content service based on the world wide web. This paper proposes a design and implementation of an Artcle Union Catalog System(AUCS) based on metadata. The metadata set for the AUCS consists of twelve Dublin Core elements and one holdings element. The qualifiers of the proposed metadata elements are also represented. The AUCS system has an online cooperated cataloging system using the web interface or the 239.50 protocol, an union cataloging management system, and an integrated information retrieved system service. The integrated search and retrieval service of the AUCS displays not only the summary and detailed bibliographic information, but also the abstract, the table of contents, the digital content, and the copylfax service.

메타분석은 evidence-based medicine의 한가지 수단으로서 현재까지 알려진 모든 지식을 체계적으로 종합하고 평가하는 분석법을 의미한다. 인의학에서는 80년대 이후 메타분석이 보편화되어 있으나 수의학에서는 거의 찾아보기 어렵다. 본 원고에서는 메타분석법에 대한 수의학 관련 연구자들의 이해를 돕기 위하여 젖소의 요네병 (Johne's disease)을 진단하는데 사용되는 ELISA검사의 정확도에 대한 메타분석기법의 적용사례를 중심으로 설명한다.

바람직한 해상교통안전진단제도 정립을 위해 보다 종합적이고 체계적인 검토가 필요한 바, 본 연구에서는 메타평가에 관한 이론을 적용하여 설계된 메타평가 모형을 그동안 실시된 우리나라 해상교통안전진단에 적용, 종합적으로 분석 평가하여 해상교통 안전진단제도의 개선방안을 도출하였다. 메타평가는 평가의 질적 개선을 통한 평가결과의 활용도를 제고하기 위하여 평가수행뿐만 아니라 전반적인 평가시스템을 포함한 평가로 그 타당성을 규명하는 일련의 작업으로서 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 전문가검토, 설문조사 등의 방법을 활용하여 진단활동에 대한 전반적인 평가를 실시하여 개선방안을 마련하였다. 특히, 개선의 시급성을 정량화함으로써 개선 우선순위에 대한 정책적 시사점이 클 것으로 기대한다.

우리나라는 정보기술에 대한 투자 확대와 과학기술성과확대를 위한 노력을 지속적으로 해오고 있다. 하지만 아직도 수요자중심의 중장기적이고 기초 원천적인 국가연구개발사업의 실질적 설계 및 실행이 미흡한 실정 속에서 각각 개별 기관의 연구정보관리로 인해 원활한 연구관리가 이루어지는데 어려움이 크기에 중앙관리 및 정보공유를 위한 메타데이터 센터의 필요성이 가중되고 있으나 그에 따른 보안의 중요성도 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보통신연구진흥원, 한국과학기술평가원, 한국산업기술평가원, 한국과학재단 등 주요 정부기관별 종합연구관리시스템의 메타데이터들을 비교 분석을 통해 그 관리에 필요한 보안 요소들에 대해 연구하고 향후 종합연구관리 시스템 구축은 물론 국가 메타데이터 표준안 제정시에도 고려되어야 할 보안 방안에 대해 영역별로 제시하였다.

본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육 연구의 역사와 흐름을 파악하고 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 문헌분석을 통해 교육의 성과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 국내의 앙트러프러너십 교육은 일반적으로 '기업가정신 교육'이나 '창업교육'과 같은 의미로 사용되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 보다 정확한 의미전달을 위해 앙트러프러너십 교육으로 표기하였다. 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육에 대한 메타분석을 위해 2010년부터 가장 최근 논문인 2020년 5월까지의 논문을 수집하여 선별하고 분석하였으며, 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 공식적으로 등재된 학술지 1,662편중에서 최종적으로 27편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 국내 학술지 논문을 수집하기 위해 KCI(한국학술지인용색인), DBpia(누리미디어), KISTI(NDSL), eArticle(학술교육원), KISS(한국학술정보), 교보문고(스콜라), RISS(한국교육학술정보원), 코리아스콜라의 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 주요 검색어로는 앙트러프러너십 교육, 창업교육, 창업의지, 커리큘럼, 창업교육 성과, 기업가정신, 메타분석, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship intention, entrepreneurship curriculum, meta 등의 키워드를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 본 연구는 메타분석을 사용하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과를 어떠한 조건에서 관계가 더 효과적이거나 덜 효과적인지에 대해 증거기반으로 다양한 변인을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육과 관련된 실증연구들을 종합적으로 분석하여 앙트러프러너십 교육의 성과에 대하여 유일하게 진행하는 연구로서 의의를 가진다. 최근 들어 더 증가하고 있는 국내 앙트러프러너십 교육의 필요성을 재고하고 더 실제적인 효과와 교육 프로그램 개선에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The efforts for improving 'Maritime Traffic Safety Assessment Scheme(MTSA scheme)' have continued to the present. At this point, it needs to establish sound MTSA scheme to proceed acceleration step through the comprehensive review and systematic approach. In this study, it aimed to design of Metaevaluation Model for the comprehensive analysis of MTSA scheme with applying theory of the Metaevaluation, that is the evaluation of evaluation. To put it concretely, This research draw a basic model by using Metaevaluation methods like as literature studies, expert reviews, surveys and etc. and proposed a available 'PIP'OU' Metaevaluation Model through verified validity and reliability. This PIP'OU Model is the first proposed Metaevaluation Model in maritime field and it is expected to be used as framework to draw up improvement measure with deriving problem for the MTSA scheme.

The purpose of this study was using a meta-analysis to estimate effect size ACT intervention program. Using a statistical method, meta-analysis has advantages that prove intervention's amount and direction. Meta-analysis facilitates comprehensive analysis. Through the data collection, 43studies were selected and 183 effect size were calculated as analysis objects. Using a 183 effect size, the overall effect size, Effect Size of categorical Factor, meta-regression result were suggested. The overall effect size of ACT program was 0.704. In the effect area of ACT, the affective domain had the largest effect size. Next were the cognitive domain, the behavioral domain. Analysis on gender of participant, mixed group had the largest effect size. Next were the female grouop, male group. Analysis on age of participant, adult group had the largest effect size. Next were the undergraduate grouop, adolescent group. Based on the findings, implications for future study were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to identify the main issues of international STEM education by synthesizing the findings in the field of global STEM education. The data in this study are the results of meta-analysis or systematic literature studies that reflect key issues of STEM education through the review of selection criteria and groups of experts. The following issues of STEM education were selected by conducting a qualitative meta-analysis of a total of 23 studies. First, STEM education is a global educational trend and has been studied in many countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Republic of Korea, and Turkey. Second, STEM education contributes positively to the improvement of students' cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and career domains. Third, STEM education has been studied with the use of various instructional tools and technologies. Furthermore, the growth of teachers' expertise in STEM education is one of the main factors for the implementation of successful STEM education. In addition, issues such as diversity, equity, and valid and reliable research design were discussed for the successful practice of STEM education. This study provides implications for the direction of convergence education and practical strategies in South Korea and gives suggestions for future research.

유선과 무선으로 구분되어 있는 망, 기술, 사업, 서비스 등의 통합, 방송과 통신, 정보통신의 융합이 함께 복합적으로 일어나는 것이 산업계 현상의 하나이다. 현재 유무선 통합에 따른 인터넷 환경이 계속 발전되고 있다. 하지만 유무선 컨텐츠에 대한 일관된 분류체계의 부재로 인하여, 기업간, 나라간, 유무선 통합 컨텐츠 비즈니스의 수행에 대한 종합적인 분석이 불가능하다. 이러한 이유로, 유무선 통합 서비스에서 제공되는 다양한 컨텐츠에 대하여 종합적인 분석을 할 수 있는 자료가 필요하다. 이러한 자료를 도출하기 위해서 본 논문은 유무선 컨텐츠를 통합 관리하는 방안으로 분류체계, 식별체계, 속성체계 및 관리 프로세스를 정립 설계하는 방법으로 유무선 컨텐츠 각각에 대한 적시적이고 폭넓은 분석수행이 가능하고, 고객과 사업자에게 일관된 가치를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 유무선 통합 컨텐츠 메타테이터를 설계하는 것으로 유무선 컨텐츠 관리가 곧 메타데이터 관리가 되게끔 하는 것이다.

기업가정신의 중요성이 전 세계적으로 확산하며, 국내에서도 기업가정신 함양을 위한 다양한 형태의 교육들이 '창업교육', '기업가정신 교육', '앙트러프러너십 교육' 등 저마다의 이름과 형태로 실시되고 있다. 기업가정신 교육이 확산됨에 따라 관련 연구 또한 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 개별적인 연구결과가 일관된 결론을 도출하고 있는지는 확인되지 않았다. 아직까지 관련 연구들을 종합하여 교육 성과에 대한 통일된 결과를 제시하는 연구는 미비한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 10년 동안 국내 학술지에 게재된 다수의 논문을 대상으로 메타분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 기업가정신 교육 프로그램의 성과를 체계적이고 종합적으로 제시하고 관련 연구 동향을 검토하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 기업가정신 교육의 효과성에 대한 타당하고 통일된 결론이 제시되어 기업가정신 교육 프로그램의 개선과 발전을 위한 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다.
