The purpose of study was to introduce the method of systemic reviews and the meta-analysis as the statistical method of the systemic reviews. The resource of study was mainly the Cocharane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions. The first and most important decision in preparing a review is to determine its focus by asking clearly framed questions. Then searching for databases, quality assessment of the studies, collecting data, analysing and presenting results, and interpreting results fellow. The necessity and principle of meta-analysis were described and the methods of meta-analysis by the data types were summarised.

국가연구개발사업은 과학기술기본법 제12조 및 "국가연구개발사업 등의 성과평가 및 성과관리에 관한 법률"에 의거하여 조사 분석 평가를 받게 된다. 정부출연연구기관은 소속된 연구회 체제 안에서 연구개발 활동에 대한 성과를 평가받게 된다. 본 연구는 사례 분석을 통해 국가연구개발 프로그램에 대한 메타평가를 수행함으로써 기존에 제기되고 있는 평가의 문제점을 해결하고 보다 효율적이고 객관적인 평가시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This study was designed to test the convergence effectiveness of virtual reality programs for patients with stroke by using meta-analysis. Based on the PICOS criteria, we searched domestic literature and selected the final 9 studies in relation to 'stroke' and 'virtual reality programs'. Evaluation of the risk of bias in individual studies was conducted using evaluation tools according to the design of each study. The effect size of the meta-analysis was calculated using CMA program. The mediating effect analysis was conducted by sub-group analysis and meta-regression analysis. The overall effect size of the virtual reality program on the activities of daily living ability was Hedges's g=0.302(95% CI: 0.064~0.540), Therefore, virtual reality programs can increase the activities of daily living in stroke patients and have a positive impact on the medical industry that the convergence of virtual reality industry and healthcare industry.

메타버스 개발을 위한 세계 각국의 행보가 빨라지고 있다. 미국의 <세컨드라이프>를 시작으로 MS와 구글이 차세대 메타버스 개발을 서두르고 있고, 일본에서도 , , 등이 이미 출시되었거나 출시를 앞두고 있다. 이에 발맞춰 메타버스에 관한 연구도 한창인데, 2006년 5월 미국 캘리포니아에서 열린 제1회 메타버스 로드맵 서alt(Metaverse Roadmap Summit)이 대표적이다. 미국미래학협회(ASF)주최로 열린 이 행사에는 미국의 저명한 IT전문가, 게임제작자들이 대거 참가했고, 조직위측은 이날 햇사에서 진행된 수십 시간 분량의 토론을 인터넷에 고시해서 1년동안 각계각층의 의견을 수렴했다. 그리고 1년 후인 2007년 6월 <메타버스 로드맵 3D웹으로 가는길>을 발표됐다. 뿐만 아니라 비슷한 시기에 일본의 <노무라연구소>에서도 IT로드맵을 발표하고 메타버스의 발전전망을 제시했다. 이에 반해 세계최고의 IT기술력을 자랑하는 국내에서는 메타버스에 관한 개발과 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 고에서는 미국의 <메타버스 로드맵>과 일본의 을 중심으로 메타버스의 개념과 발전전망을 살펴보고, 현존하는 가상세계 중 메타버스 개념에 가장 근접했다고 평가받는 린든랩의 <세컨드라이프>의 의의와 한계를 짚어보았다. 또한 제2, 제3의 <세컨드라이프>를 노리고 있는 세계 각 국의 메타버스 개발동향을 분석하고 이를 통해서 차세대 메타버스 개발의 성공조건으로서 풍부한 콘텐츠 제공과 SNS기능의 강화, 미러월드의 발전가능성등에 주목해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 90년대 온라인게임의 성공 이후 장기간 침체 현상을 보이고 있는 우리의 가상세계 개발연구에 유의미한 시사점을 지닌다고 하겠다.

많은 인터넷 상점들이 다양한 사용자 편의 기능을 제공하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 그러한 편의 기능을 평가하기 위한 새로운 분석 기법을 제시하다. 제시된 기법은 에이전트 기반 모형과 메타 휴리스틱인 evolution strategy를 이용하여 고개들의 행태를 모형화하고 최적화한 후 여러가지 다양한 사용자 편의 기능을 평가해 본다. 이때 평가의 초점은 개인화된 추천 페이지에 두고 이를 인기상품 추천, 카테고리 정렬 등 여러 가지 다른 기능들과 비교해 본다. 이를 위해 가상 인터넷 상점이 구현 되며 데이터셋을 활용하여 시뮬레이션 실험 및 분석이 수행된다. 분석 결과 개인화된 서비스 기능들이 항상 고객들의 쇼핑 효율 및 효과를 항상 높여주지는 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The Government is putting efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity of performances of National R&D Programs by enacting 'Law on Evaluation and Management of Performances of National R&D Program'. This study is the result of development of evaluation model and indices for analysis of efficiency through meta evaluation method for the specific evaluation among evaluation systems for National R&D Program that are being carried out at government-wide level. Meta evaluation model for analysis of efficiency of evaluation system for National R&D Program designed evaluation indices by categorizing compositional factors into 5 categories, namely, evaluation context factor, evaluation resources factor, evaluation process factor, evaluation result factor and evaluation utilization factor. Furthermore, the result of verification of reliability on evaluation composition factors and evaluation indices analyzed to select evaluation items displayed Cronbach' $\alpha$ coefficient of 0.933, thereby illustrating that there is no major problem in the evaluation index system. In addition, computation of weight for each evaluation composition factor and evaluation index was analyzed by using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) technique. The result of analysis displayed overall consistency index of less than 0.1 for the investigators, thereby enabling analysis that there is consistency in investigators.

In this study, the user experience was analyzed from the learner's point of view, focusing on the metaverse platform 'Spatial'. SUS(System Usability Scale) was used to evaluate the usability of the metaverse platform 'Spatial' in a college class, and the Magnitude estimation technique was used to evaluate the immersion and satisfaction with the class. In addition, a questionnaire survey was used to collect user experience opinions on the use of 'Spatial' as a teaching tool. Looking at the usability evaluation results of the 'Spatial' system, the students evaluated the usability, immersion, and satisfaction quite positively. Looking at the user experience of metaverse platform 'Spatial', it was found that students highly valued Metaverse as an educational tool that can provide a place for many people to gather and communicate even in a non-face-to-face space. Compared to other online platforms, metaverse has advantages in ease of use, interaction, immersion, and interest. In particular, in addition to keyboard, touch, and display, interaction using the five senses such as voice, motion, and gaze was recognized as a great advantage. On the other hand, it was found that high openness, freedom, and interest factors can both promote learning and inhibit learning. Nevertheless, it is judged that the metaverse platform 'Spatial' can be effectively applied in college classes because it enables various interactions between instructor and learner or between learner and learner.

우리나라는 정보기술에 대한 투자 확대와 과학기술성과확대를 위한 노력을 지속적으로 해오고 있다. 하지만 아직도 수요자중심의 중장기적이고 기초 원천적인 국가연구개발사업의 실질적 설계 및 실행이 미흡한 실정 속에서 각각 개별 기관의 연구정보관리로 인해 원활한 연구관리가 이루어지는데 어려움이 크기에 중앙관리 및 정보공유를 위한 메타데이터 센터의 필요성이 가중되고 있으나 그에 따른 보안의 중요성도 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보통신연구진흥원, 한국과학기술평가원, 한국산업기술평가원, 한국과학재단 등 주요 정부기관별 종합연구관리시스템의 메타데이터들을 비교 분석을 통해 그 관리에 필요한 보안 요소들에 대해 연구하고 향후 종합연구관리 시스템 구축은 물론 국가 메타데이터 표준안 제정시에도 고려되어야 할 보안 방안에 대해 영역별로 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to build a model for the meta - evaluation of the national infrastructure system and to improve the evaluation system of the national infrastructure system using the model. Method: For the study, the disaster-related laws and regulations, the evaluation report of the national infrastructure system published by the government, the guideline for the establishment of the national infrastructure protection plan, the meta-evaluation previous research data, To analyze the actual state of the evaluation. Results: Among the indices of evaluation of the current national infrastructure system, the supplementary requirements were derived from seven indicators such as appropriateness of education and training plan and implementation of disaster response, evaluation and communication with stakeholders, and evaluation committee training time. Conclusion: It is expected that the improvement plan derived from this study can be used to improve the evaluation index of the national infrastructure system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of music intervention programs for children with ADHD in Korea through systematic review and meta-analysis. For this, nine researches of 1,856 articles published from 2000 to 2019 were reviewed which are experimental studies with the control groups in accordance with selection criteria. As the result of systematic review on four criteria, two or more in each of musical activities, intervention goals, and evaluation tools were employed in most of the nine studies, and there were frequently found studies on sociality and attentiveness. As the result of meta-analysis, there were shown that the overall effect scored medium effect size, and attention deficit and sociality marked low, while problem behavior did medium effect size. It is meaningful that this study showed the importance of using standardized evaluation tools in music intervention for children with ADHD, and it could be used as basic data to develop music intervention programs for them,
