Effect of the Job Autonomy on Innovative Work Behaviors in China Logistics Industry: Focus on the Moderated Mediation Effect of Perceived Organizational Support (중국 물류산업에서 업무의 자율성이 혁신적 생산 활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 기업지원인식의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarity the effect of job autonomy, innovative work behaviors and perceived organizational support on organizational performance. To attain this goal, mediation analysis, moderation analysis and moderated mediation analysis were performed. 198 valid questionnaires from China Tianjin City's logistics enterprises were analyzed with SPSS Macro program. The results indicated that: (1) perceived organizational support's moderating effect existed in the relationship between job autonomy and innovative work behaviors, (2) innovative behaviors' mediated effect existed in the relationship between job autonomy and organizational performance, (3) perceived organizational support's moderated mediation effect is existing in the relationship between job autonomy, innovative behaviors and organizational performance. That is to say, the strength of the mediated effect decreased along with levels of perceived organizational support: stronger job autonomy relationship when perceived organizational support was weak.

  • 도시 유역의 강우-유출 모의에는 지표 투수율 및 하수관거 영향 등 인위적 배수계통의 영향을 고려할 수 있는 도시유출모형이 널리 이용되고 있으며, 모형 검증을 통해 모의 성능을 평가한다. 도시유출모형의 검증은 일반적인 강우-유출 모형과 같이 강우사상별 유량의 관측시계열과 모의시계열의 목적함수가 최소가 되는 최적 매개변수를 탐색하는 과정이다. 도시유출모형의 검증에서 발생하는 문제점은 크게 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대규모 도시 유역의 복잡하고 다양한 하수관거에 대한 최적매개변수를 관거별로 구하는 것은 물리적으로 불가능하다. 따라서 동일 배수분구내 하수관거의 매개변수 값은 동일하다고 가정하거나, 모형 단순화 과정을 통해 매개변수의 물리적 범위 내에서 최적해를 탐색해야 하는 단순화에서 기인한 불확실성이 있다. 둘째, 다양한 매개변수들의 물리적 범위를 고려하기 위해서는 전역최적화기법이 유효하다. 그러나 전역최적화 종류, 목적함수, 모의횟수, 목표성능별 최적 매개변수 결과가 각각 다르므로 추정된 최적 매개변수의 범위에 대한 불확실성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Bayesian 모형과 EPA SWMM(Storm Water Management Model)을 연계하여 도시유출모형의 매개변수 불확실성을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있는 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울 우이천 유역을 대상으로 SWMM 모형을 구축하고, 절단 정규분포(truncated Gaussian distribution)를 사전분포(prior)로 가정하여 매개변수의 물리적 범위를 고려하였다. 최종적으로 결합확률분포로 계산된 각 매개변수간 사후분포를 통해 모의된 유출량의 불확실성을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 모형은 대규모 도시 유역의 도시유출모형 구축 시 다양한 매개변수의 물리적 범위를 고려한 최적화와 동시에 내재된 불확실성을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있으므로, 침수예측 및 홍수예경보 등의 문제에서 상당한 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on Relationships between Youth Smart Phone Addiction and Mind Health, and Parameter Effect of School Life Adaptation (청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 마음건강과의 관계에서 학교생활적응의 매개효과)

  • This study aims to offer a wide range of practical implications for Smartphone addiction prevention by verifying the effect of mind health as a factor that is influenced by Smartphone addiction, and testing the relationships between Smartphone addiction and mind health with school life adaptation as a mediation effect. For this research, a survey was conducted of 250 elementary school students who use Smartphones. The relationships between Smartphone addiction, mind health and school life adaptation were set as the structural equation model, and they were verified by the mediation effect of school life adaptation. The results showed that school life adaptation turned out to be an entirely mediating variable on the relationship between mind health and Smartphone addiction. The statistical significance of the effect on school life adaptation was verified by the Sobel test. The mediation effect resulted in mind health reducing the occurrence of negative emotion of school life adaptation, and also reinforced decreased Smartphone use.

The Mediation Effect of Cognitive Self-Regulated Learning Strategy in the Relationships between Self-Efficacy and Achievement in Science (과학영역에서의 자기효능감과 학업성취의 관계에서 인지적 자기조절학습전략의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships among scientific self-efficacy, achievement in science and cognitive self-regulation learning strategy. The subjects were composed of 158 elementary school students. Data of students' self-efficacy related to science and cognitive self-regulation learning strategy measured by questionnaire were analyzed. Science achievement scores were also collected. The results indicated that self-efficacy and cognitive self-regulation learning strategy predicted science scores. The findings showed that cognitive selfregulation learning strategy mediated the relation between self-efficacy and achievement in science. Memory learning strategy, considered a cognitive self-regulation learning strategy, did not mediate the relation between self-efficacy and science scores. The implications of science education to develop students' science achievement in the classroom and the suggestions for future researchers are discussed.

  • The study was carried out by surveying 500 fostered teenagers at youth shelters in the Capital area via onsite visit over about three weeks from April 17 to May 10, 2018; 487 samples out of 500 questioned subjects were used for the final analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a partial mediating effect between all of self-leadership variables and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters. Second, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a partial mediating effect between the action-oriented strategy, which is one of the self-leadership variables, and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters. Third, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a partial mediating effect between the natural compensation strategy, which is one of the self-leadership variables, and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters. Fourth, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a full mediating effect between the constructive thinking strategy, which is one of the self-leadership variables, and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters.

  • This study was to identify the mediating effect of hope between stress coping and psychological wellbeing of women immigrants. The data for the study were collected from 592 women immigrants in 10 cities and provinces of Korea. First, it was found that the women immigrants used approach coping more than avoidance coping, and the level of hope and positive wellbeing scored above the middle point. Second, approach coping was positively correlated with hope and positive wellbeing, but avoidance coping was positively correlated with negative wellbeing. Third, the mediating effect of hope between approach coping and positive wellbeing was testified. Finally, the mediating effect of hope between approach coping and negative wellbeing was also testified.

Study on the Influences of Stress on Successful Aging: Evaluation of Moderating Effect Mediated on Positivity and Family Support (스트레스가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 낙관성과 가족지지의 매개된 조절효과 검증)

  • This study analyzes targeting 584 senior citizens aged 65 and over in Gyeongsangnam-do to verify a mediated control effect of optimism and family support in stress and successful aging of the aged. Using SPSS Macro Way suggested by Preacher and Hayes. A study model is verified through a route model, and the verification of the study model is conducted in three stages. The first stage analyzes whether a control variable has a control effect in a relationship between predictor variable and standard variable, and the second stage confirms a relationship between predictor variable and mediated variable. In addition, the third stage confirms a mediated control effect. An analytical result is summarized as follows. First, as a result to verify a mediated effect between stress and successful aging, and optimism, it is confirmed that it supports a partially-mediated model. Second, as a result to verify a control effect of optimism and family support of successful aging, it is confirmed that everything has a control effect. Third, as a result to verify a mediated control effect of stress, optimism, successful aging, and family support, there is a mediated control effect. Based on these study results, practical undertone and future task are suggested, and a way to improve family support is presented for successful aging in advanced age.

  • 본 연구에서는 증권사 정보시스템의 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업특성적 변인에 대해 파악하고자, 아웃소싱 수혜기업인 증권사의 조직 및 부문적 특성이 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 통해 아웃소싱 성과(업무효용성, 업무능률성, 업무생산성, 예산감소율)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 검증하였다. 증권사의 조직적 특성(경쟁전략, 재무능력)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 1과 증권사의 부문적 특성(업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 2를 실증분석한 결과, 경쟁전략, 재무능력, 업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량의 요인들이 아웃소싱 정도를 통해 업무효용성과 예산감소율에 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 재무능력, IT 역량 등이 업무효용성, 예산감소율과 같은 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성과에 상대적으로 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

The Mediation Effect of the Work-Family Spillover between Full-time Married Working Women's Inefficient Working Culture and Career Interruption Intention (비효율적 업무문화와 경력단절의도와의 관계에서 일-가정 전이의 매개효과: 전일제 기혼 여성근로자를 대상으로)

  • The current study examines the mediation effect of the work-family spillover between full-time married working women's inefficient working culture and career interruption intention. The mediation effect is tested by classifying the work-family spillover effect into two subfactors: the work-family conflict and the work-family facilitation. For this purpose, we sampled 281 full-time married working women aged between 30 and 50s and conducted a hierarchical regression analysis. The main results are as follows: both work-family conflict and work-family facilitation play the role of partial mediation. This finding implies that it is necessary to carefully examine the effects of subfactors for work-family spillover to married working women's career interruption.
