To realize the healthy life of human, mental, physical, and environmental factors must be managed continuously and stably. In order to manage human health, the 21st century healthcare field is essential ongoing interactions and convergence with ICT technologies. Such demands have created a convergence of technologies (fusion technology) in combination with the heterogeneous technologies. And, with the convergence of medical technology and ICT technologies, the development of personalized therapy environments is created. Advances in ICT-converged healthcare services are progressing due to the development of diverse wearable devices. Such ICT fusion system is exponentially increasing the complexity of the ICT convergence healthcare system and is resulting in various technical, institutional, environmental, and cultural issues. This study explores the status of developments in ICT healthcare technologies from the past to date, identifies major technology and policy issues to address these challenges. Finally it will recommend healthcare policies and a future road-map.

최근, 임상연구는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스를 이용한 환자 개인의 맞춤형 의료 서비스에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 시스템은 원격의 환자를 유무선 네트워킹 기술을 활용하여 "언제 어디서나" 이용 가능한 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 기술들 덕택에, 의료 서비스가 의료기관 내에서 실-생활 영역으로 공간적인 확대와 특정 질병치료에서 평생 건강관리로 시간적인 확대가 가능해졌다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 환자와 전문의가 실시간으로 상호작용을 통해 최적의 의료서비스 제공할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 기반의 과민성 방광 환자 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of home modification in the community care project on the fall risk environment and the health condition in elderly people aged 65 and over. HOME FAST and WHODAS-K 2.0 were used to evaluate, and it was conducted as a group pre-post experimental study. As a result of implementing the home modification service based on the assessment, the fall risk level showed a statistically significant decrease (p<.01), and in the case of health condition, mobility (p<.01) and social participation (p<.05) was confirmed that it was statistically significantly improved in the domain, showing a positive change in the overall health condition (p<.05). In the future, research using a comprehensive home assessment is needed for more subjects. and a process of selecting subjects prior, expansion of professional manpower infrastructure to providing a quality service is required.

This paper introduces a customized pet care and training system based on information technology. A specific animal is recognized by nose-print recognition. Pet robot induces the animal to move to trainer device. Trainer device trains the animal by snack, play, and clicker, and it can be easily extended for specific training using add-on devices. Pet band performs vital sign monitoring, prevention of home escape, and measurement of exercise amount. By changing configuration, this system can perform various training programs such as mitigation of separation anxiety, induction to defecation place, and prohibition of tresspassing specific place. It also provides customized training by analyzing individual behavior of animal. It can exercise and play the animal when owner is out, and it can immediately notice to the owner when the animal has health trouble.

Due to the improvement of quality of life, health care is a main concern of modern people, and the demand for healthcare system is increasing naturally. However, it is difficult to provide customized wellness information suitable for a specific user because there are various medical information on the Internet and it is difficult to estimate the reliability of the information. In this study, we propose a user - centered service that can provide customized service suitable for users rather than simple search function by classifying big data as text mining and providing personalized medical information. We built a big data system and measured the data processing time while increasing the Hadoop slave node for efficient big data analysis. It is confirmed that it is efficient to build big data system than existing system.

The purpose of the study is to know that the medical skin care improves the quality of middle-aged women's life and happiness improves their confidence by analyzing the medical skin care visit intention, experience satisfaction, and happiness according to their beauty interest. This study analyzed 242 copies of the data through the SPSS v.22 Statistical Package Program. According to the analysis, middle-aged women's interest in beauty is important to experience satisfaction(F=201.821, p<.001). Experience satisfaction is statistically significant to happiness factors(F=384.625, p<.001). Based on this study, differentiated marketing that identifies the intention to visit is needed. Also, the higher the satisfaction of medical skin care experience, the more helpful it is to lead a positive life by improving their confidence.

Ubiquitous technology influences on various firms of contents needed for self-healthcare, as it fuses into medical services. Particularly, rapid changes in the web and mobile environment, requiring various sorts of healthcare and its related contents, make efficiency of search more important. Personalized contents needs to be more refined as well as the existing simple keyword-centered searching method needs to be more effective in order to meet both requirements and characteristics of each patient or each user. A precise semantic searching method is required for a system to understand promptly the meaning of a contents. In this respect, to build a healthcare ontology has its own significance. This study builds up a system model that can be utilized practically in existing systems by setting up the Food Class and its sub-class among the healthcare contents with Protege tool and then materializing constraints and its relationships between each class. The healthcare contents ontology provides patients or users with a platform which can search the needed information promptly and precisely.

The emergence of new diseases such as the Covid 19 pandemic that occurs in the 21st century and the occurrence of health abnormalities according to the busy daily life of modern people are increasing. Accordingly, the importance of health care management and data-based health management is being highlighted, and in particular, interest in personal health management data based on personal health care data of patients is rapidly increasing. In this study, to solve the difficult problems of personal health management, we developed a personal health care platform incorporating IT for self-diagnosis and solution and developed an application that measures bio-signals generated in the human body and transmits them to the platform. A health management system was established. Through this, not only the health care of modern people, but also the psychological and emotional care support needs through psychological and emotional monitoring of the developmentally disabled and the vulnerable who have difficulty in expressing their opinions are to be addressed. In addition, the overall health and living environment data of the individual was integrated to develop an optimized medical and health management service for the individual.

This study was designed to develop an online education program of elderly care service for the senior caregivers. Online survey was conducted senior caregivers who attended K cyber university from November 28, to December 15, 2019. Data were analyzed using chi-square, ANOVA and post test by scheffe method. The results showed that needs of the online education program for senior caregivers were significantly higher than nursing assistants. Social workers were significantly higher than the nursing assistants in the elderly care service online education demand. In terms of performance, 'understanding and counseling for the elderly' and 'practice of the elderly play program' were social workers, senior caregivers and nursing assistants. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop a specialized online education contents for each group according to the necessity of elderly professional care and the demand of online education for elderly care service.

Customized medical care and services timely providing effective prevention and treatment by collecting and using individuals' biomedical data are recently possible and utilized for users' health care. They are developed as the real-time health care services and information is provided to individuals by using smart phones, PC, tablet, etc. Interactive communication is supported by informing managers of analysis data and results, through collected data. It is therefore the time for constructing health care. This study attempts to prepare for patent applications of technical development at this time, by analyzing the tendency of smart wearable health care technologies, including biological signal-based health care devices and real-time health care system. Patents regarding smart wearable health care technologies were reported to have the relatively higher concentration of research development. Korea focuses on patent activities for real-time health care systems across the intervals of analysis, while U.S and European countries actively make efforts for patent activities regarding health care devices Japan conduct patent activities across health care devices and systems, based on bio-technologies. Korea has recently dominated the market of patents for bio-technologies-based health care devices and real-time health care devices and also appears to secure patents for the technologies and the market, so entry barriers to the market of smart wearable health care technologies are determined to be higher in Korea. It is important to establish the portfolios of patents, by securing patent rights for the figures of products, manufacturing methods and other related technical systems, if technologies are planned to be commercialized.
