This study aims to propose the main learning contents, functions and activation plans for building an e-learning platform for libraries through a literature review, case analysis and expert survey. Through the literature review, it was found that libraries must play a role in providing high-quality online education for users in the e-learning ecosystem. Based on the previous studies, a learning function analysis tool was developed for the analysis of the library's e-learning platform. Based on this, the learning contents, learning functions and characteristics of library e-learning platforms were analyzed, and expert surveys and interviews were conducted. As a results, the construction of a platform for effectively applying learning processes and technology is essential for the library's sustainable e-learning services. The contents that should be provided for characteristics of library education, reading guidance, information literacy instruction, library usage instruction, and the latest IT technologies. And The main learning functions include the ability to conduct video lectures and real-time classes among learning types, and learning activity support functions, a cloud platform support function and a personalized environment support function. Additionally, suggested re-education for library staff to improve their technical skills and the formation of an e-learning team.

The purpose of this study is to propose a design model for school library based instruction under EduTech. EduTech-based education expands learning boundaries and requires new instructional environments and learning experiences for learner-centered deeper learning. Accordingly, this study modified the ADDIE model based on the system theory and presented a four-stage instructional design model (draft) consisting of 'analysis stage, preliminary learning and development stage, learning management stage, and team teaching evaluation stage.' This model reflects elements of flipped learning, the backward design model, and inquiry-based learning to develop of customized student materials and inquiry activities. In addition, the scope of learning was expanded to include prior learning, face-to-face learning, and additional learning to increase the diversity of collaboration and opportunities to utilize school library materials. Also, Several ways for school library based instruction within EduTec were proposed in terms of teacher librarians' expertise, school library space, budget, standard curriculum development, and comprehensive support system for reading education.

SENKs (Students who Emigrated from North Korea to South Korea) are exposed to the general problem of Su-Po-Ja(mathematics give-uppers) as well as their own difficulty in learning mathematics. In this study, we conducted the FGI (focus group interview) in order to examine the recognition on mathematics teaching and learning in South Korea with 6 SENKs and 3 teachers who teach the SENKs. As a result, it was found that SENKs' had difficulties in understanding math because of the differences in math terminology used in South and that in North Korea, the unfamiliar problem situation used in math lesson, and the shortage of time for solving math problem. And the teachers reported that they had difficulties in teaching great deal of basic math, SENKs' weak will to learn math, and SENKs' lack of understanding about problem situation because of the inexperience about culture and society in South Korea.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of EduTech, which is proposed as a way to build a flexible learning environment regardless of time and place according to the use of digital technology in mathematics subjects. The process of designing classes to use the EduTech platform, which is still in the development introduction stage, in public education is still difficult, and research to observe its effects and characteristics is also in its early stages. However, in the stage of preparing for future education, it is a meaningful process to grasp the current situation and point out the direction in preparation for the future in which EduTech will be actively applied to education. Accordingly, the current situation and utilization trends of EduTech at home and abroad were confirmed, and the functions and roles of EduTech platforms used in mathematics were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the EduTech platform was pursuing learners' self-directed learning by constructing its functions so that they could be useful for individual learning of learners in hierarchical mathematics education. In addition, we have confirmed that the platform is evolving to be useful for teachers' work reduction, suitable activities, and evaluations learning management. Therefore, it is necessary to implement instructional design and individual customized learning support measures for students that can efficiently utilize these platforms in the future.

The purpose of this study is to seek practical implementation of adult learner-targeted college. For this, it first of all pointed out expanding opportunities of adult learners to learn and limitation of current lifelong education system at higher education level as well as lifelong learning centered university project. Then it selected and examined 3 university cases abroad, such as Harvard university, the university of Chicago in US and Warwick university in UK in terms of their curriculum and operating method for adult learners. In addition to the literature and case studies, this study did interviews on 5 professors with major of lifelong education and 5 managerial experts of university to suggest practical operating approach of adult learner-targeted college, which is as following. University's philosophy should be geared to meet public responsibility, specialization and persistency of the system and proper measurement be followed such as various range of admission track, prior education courses, recognition of prior learning experience, major, teaching method, curriculum and extra adult learner tailored service including financial support. Based on the study result, practical implications were suggested.

This study examined community-centered informatization education support measures for empowerment of women with disabilities based on gender perspective.First, the 'Digital Information Gap Survey' conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT used the 2018 'Digital Information Gap Survey' to find out the current status of the digital information gap between male and female handicapped people. The law on information education support for women with disabilities is presented.Lastly, based on the current status of informatization education support available to women with disabilities, centered on local communities, such as establishing a comprehensive women's disability support center, visiting education considering disability types, developing and supporting customized informatization education considering learning ability, and discovering community resources related to informatization. In this paper, we propose a plan to support informatization education for women with disabilities based on capacity building.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of secondary school career education in a lifelong learning society. In that direction, first, it is necessary to strengthen teacher capacity and develop professionalism. Second, career education programs need to be improved and diversified. Third, it is necessary to strengthen collaboration and communication with career education experts as a way to strengthen cooperation and connection outside the school. Fourth, it is necessary to support online career education through improvement of career information network. Fifth, there are policy support and institutional improvement plans. Sixth, it is necessary to expand the subject of career education to the entire life. To this end, career education in secondary school is designed to flexibly cope with changes, overcome crises and turn them into opportunities, and provide experiences to solve problems. Comprehensive support for individually customized career education from a lifelong perspective that manages the degree is needed. Second, it is necessary to expand field-oriented career and job experience to provide sufficient job-related experience and support mentoring by field experts. Third, it is necessary to establish a career education network where schools, education offices, and local communities work together. Fourth, retraining of career counseling teachers is also necessary to support the strengthening of career education capacity of all teachers.

This study aims to systematically analyze the latest research trends on the educational applications of generative AI. The analysis focused on 107 domestic studies on the educational use of generative AI published between May 2023 and May 2024, examining research fields, methodologies, and subjects. The results show that generative AI has been actively studied in various fields, including digital literacy, educational support, subject education, and language education, with a particular emphasis on literacy and educational support. Methodologically, the majority of studies were empirical, applying generative AI in educational contexts, with university students being the primary research subjects. Based on these findings, this study proposes future research directions and discusses effective strategies for the educational use of generative AI. In particular, the study emphasizes the importance of prompt generation strategies within educational contexts, as well as the need for guidelines and educational programs to address ethical issues and the reliability of information generated by AI. Additionally, the study suggests the necessity of research on AI applications tailored to various educational stages and subjects, the redefinition of the roles of educators and learners, and the development of customized AI applications for specific learner groups, such as special education and gifted education.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the achievements of employment support by the government support specialization project. The data used in this study are based on the comparison of 5 - year employment support field and the operation results of the program until 2014-2018. The results of the study are as follows. First, the overall employment rate of the university has been continuously increased. Especially, the employment rate of the specialization department has been higher than the employment rate of the non - specialization department. Second, as a result of the analysis of the employment capacity strengthening index and the learning capacity strengthening index, it showed a steady increase in each year and contributed to the cultivation of customized talents required by the local society and the national industry. Third, as a result of analyzing the satisfaction of students who are business users, it was confirmed that the business reflecting the demands of the consumers was realized. Fourth, the continuous improvement of the business and the reflux have made the infrastructure of the employment support project more advanced and the system of supporting employment of the university systematically established. In conclusion, the result of the employment support project according to the specialization program showed excellent results and it is necessary to complement theses results when establishing related business plan in the future.

As job mismatch intensifies in the employment market, the work based learning has emerged as a solution to this social problem. The so called Korean dual education system is expected to raise jobseekers equipped with knowledge and skills demanded by industry. This study intends to recommend an effective operational model for contracted education programs at higher institutions in order to support soft landing of Korean dual education system. Students of contracted education programs are adults graduated from vocational high schools and working for companies during weekdays. In consideration of the difficulties experienced by employee students, more flexible operation of academic affairs is required. To address these challenges, the recommended contracted education model includes such beneficial features as S-OJT courses, standard curriculum based on National Competency Standard, recognition of prior learning, flipped classroom, and tutoring system. In the last part, several directions for implementing the new contracted education model are discussed.
