A Study on the Extraction of Security Check Lists for IT System Development Site (IT 시스템 개발현장 보안점검항목 추출에 관한 연구)

  • IT 시스템 평가과정은 시스템의 보안기능과 이에 적용된 보증수단이 요구사항들을 만족하는지에 대한 신뢰도를 확인하는 것이며, 평가결과는 소비자가 IT 제품이나 시스템이 주어진 환경에 적응하기에 충분히 안전한지, 사용상 내재하는 보안위험이 허용가능한지를 결정하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 공통평가기준(정보통신부 고시 제2002-40호)에 기반한 평가를 통하여 평가보증등급(EAL) 3 이상의 등급을 인증받기 위해서는 ALC_DVS 패밀리의 요구사항을 고려하여야 하며, 국가기관에서 요구하고 있는 EAL 3+ 등급을 획득하기 위해서는 ALC_DVS.1 컴포넌트의 요구사항을 만족하여야 한다. ALC_DVS.1 컴포넌트의 요구사항 만족 여부를 확인하기 위해서는 개발현장에 대한 실사가 필요할 수 있으나, 공통평가 기준에는 이에 관하여 세부적인 요구사항이 명시되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 평가자 및 개발자가 ALC_DVS.1 컴포넌트에서 요구하는 인적, 물리적, 절차적 보안 요소를 확인하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 점검항목들을 도출하였다.

  • 게임이 기획, 그래픽, 프로그램의 복합적 기능을 가진 콘텐츠이지만 특별히 수준 높은 그래픽 데이터는 이용자의 만족도, 몰입 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 영역이다. 그러나 아직 국내외에 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가를 위한 지표를 개발하는 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 프로세스는 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가 영역 추출을 위한 방법과 세부 평가 지표 마련을 위한 평가 항목 추출방법들로 구성된다. 본 연구 결과는 고품질 게임 개발을 위한 품질평가 지표 개발에 적용될 것이며 관련 분야의 품질평가 모델 개발의 참조 모델이 될 것이다. 향후 본 연구는 국내외 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질평가 표준안 설계 개발로 진행될 예정이다.

CampusQual: A Model of Measuring Foreign Students' Campus Adaptation Level in China - A case study of Korean Students in Tsinghua University - (CampusQual 평가모델을 활용한 외국유학생의 대학생활 적응도 조사 - 중국 청화대학교의 한국유학생들을 중심으로 -)

  • The study aims at constructing adaptation model, CampusQual, to evaluate the services which Tsinghua provides for Korean Students. The study is based on ServQual's "expectation-feeling difference" via conducting a survey on satisfaction on their campus life. We implement a survey including 30 questions in 5 sections: demographic statistics, study & information literacy, campus life, social & culture and regulations. Then through CampusQual model, we analyze the Korean students' adaptation level. CampusQual is a new service model that would enable Korean students to better live and study in universities in China. It also provides feasible suggestions and guidance for administrators on improving campus services for Korean Students.

Development and Application of Criteria for Evaluating Educational Web Sites (교육용 웹 사이트 평가를 위한 준거의 개발 및 적용)

  • Educational web sites are proliferating at an astonishing rate, however many of those web sites are of poor or unknown quality. Educators are in need of instruments to assist in evaluating educational web sites for authenticity, applicability, authorship, bias, and usability, etc. The ability to critically evaluate educational content form numerous web sites is an important skill in this information age. In this paper, indicators of educational web site quality have been identified from literature review and our own research, and classified within 8 categories. To test the relative contribution of each indicator to the satisfaction level from using educational web sites, a questionnaire survey was administered. Subjects were asked to visit the educational web site of his or her choice and rate the quality level of each indicator. 255 completed questionnaires were turned in for analysis. Cronbach's Alpha test and factor analysis were applied to test the reliability and validity of the data. Stepwise regression analysis was applied to test the relationship between the satisfaction level and 14 independent factors. Implications from the statistical analysis as well as the guidelines for evaluating educational web sites were provided.

  • As the use of Information Technology is increasing, various kinds of IT service vendor proliferate. And most executives are trying to expand their field to online world. As the emphasis on Information Technology is inevitable, executives want to evaluate the service level they receive from IT service vendor. But. there's not yet the proper evaluation system for IT service. The evaluation systems like CMM, SPICE are process-focused. They don't give a look on the final product delivered to customer. On the other hand, the one that evaluate the customer satisfaction like ACSI, NCSI are too over-focused that they can't express the specific characteristics on the subjects that are deemed to evaluate. The focus is blurred. To overcome these limitations of existing framework, and to increase the value of evaluation, this study presents the evaluation system of IT service (afterwards, named as 'The new evaluation system') that derives process factors from IT service CMM, and evaluate customer satisfaction of IT service. Finally, the model was applied to the actual case to examine the practicality of the framework.

  • Client satisfaction has been getting more attention in the field of social work in Korea. However, there have been very few standardized tools to measure the construct. The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean version of the Client Satisfaction Inventory developed by McMurtry and Hudson. This study was conducted with a total of 259 clients of 6 social service agencies in Seoul metropolitan areas. Based upon the results of factor analysis, the Korean version of the Client Satisfaction Inventory(CSI-K) is considered a two-factor measure. The alpha coefficients of the subscales of the CSI-K are .964 and .885 which are considered very high. The subscales are significantly correlated with convergent variables and very weakly correlated with discriminant variables. It is suggested that scales more suitable for social work settings in Korean be developed.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop the model of the customer's satisfaction score for web site providing science & technology contents. The most important issue for the customer's satisfaction score is providing more appropriate information service about science & technology. Internet questionnaire method was used to collect data of the satisfaction level of customers. Data was collected from December 15th though December 30th, 2002. There were 2, 092 respondents to questionnaire. Statistical analysis were used in this Study. The score of the customer's satisfaction for web site providing science & technology contents is 87.13 which is from our customer's satisfaction score model.

  • 화장품의 관능평가는 크게 분석형 관능평가와 기호형 관능평가로 나눌 수 있으며 본 보고에서는 메이컵 화장단계 중에 사용되는 파운데이션의 분석형 관능평가를 통해 파운데이션 사용 시 느껴지는 관능적 특성 용어의 도출과 정의를 내린 후 실제 소비자들을 통해 여러 가지의 파운데이션을 사용하면서 느껴지는 관능적 특성 강도 및 그에 따른 선호도 등을 기호형 관능평가로 수행하여 파운데이션 사용 시에 만족 및 불만족 요인으로 작용하는 관능속성 및 주요요인들을 분석하였다. 그 결과 파운데이션의 관능속성 평가의 주요인은 커버력 요인과 화장상태 요인으로 나타났으며 밀착감과 화장지속력, 화장상태의 자연스러움이 제품의 선호도와 가장 큰 상관관계를 보였다. 이와 같이 파운데이션에 대한 관능속성과 만족도를 결합하져 소비자가 선호하는 관능속성의 제품을 설계하고 평가할 수 있는 관능적 평가방법을 개발하여 제품개발에 활용하였다.

  • VE is used as a powerful tool to add value to facilities by improving functionality and reducing costs. By identifying the client's requirements in the VE process and reflecting them in the quality model, the developed alternatives meet the client's requirements. However, there is no process to verify how the developed alternatives reflect the needs of the client through functional analysis, idea generation and evaluation. The purpose of this study was to develop, verify, and prove the effectiveness of a methodology for evaluating client satisfaction with alternatives developed during the VE Job Plan. The KANO model, which can identify the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of requirements in product planning, was set as a methodology for alternative verification procedures of VE, and was improved and applied to the purpose of this study. As a result, the alternative evaluation method developed in this study was found to be useful. It is expected that the KANO model will be used to evaluate the satisfaction of VE alternatives in the VE Job Plan analysis.

Learning Motivations, Academic Self-Efficacy, and Problem Solving Processes after Practice Education Evaluation (실습교육 평가방법에 따른 학습동기, 학업적 자기효능감 및 문제해결과정)

  • This study was designed to clarify the learning motivations, academic self-efficacy, and problem-solving processes in the educational evaluative method in the fundamental nursing practice using moving pictures. The learning motivations and academic self-efficacy showed statistical differences based on the students' motivations of selecting, their satisfaction with the major and nursing practice, helpfulness of moving pictures, and the suitability of practical tests using a checklist. Problem-solving processes revealed statistical differences based on the students' motivations of selecting the nursing department, their satisfaction with the major and fundamental nursing their satisfaction with the major and nursing practice, the helpfulness of moving pictures, and the suitability of practical tests using a checklist. The learning motivations showed significant positive interrelations with the academic self-efficacy and problem-solving processes. In conclusion, the educational evaluative method in the fundamental nursing practice using moving pictures was related to the nursing students' learning motivations, academic self-efficacy, and problem-solving processes.
