For the safety of train operation, monitoring & supervisory systems for train, signal, power, communication and facilities is operating independently in another place, so, its sensors are interdependently connected from each other to transfer gathering datas of sensing to control center. A Goal of Real-time railway safety supervision system is to improve the safety oversight efficiency and to prevent accidents by means of hazard prediction based on big data by integrating all of safety sensing data in wayside of railway, and the System is requested acquisition of all of sensing data of safety. So, we need special method of protocol converting for the purpose of integrating all of detecting data concerning safety without any changing application. In this paper we investigate the existing converting method in communication field, and propose a new progress to converting protocol adding function of transfer using XML file, and implemented this algorithm, and tested with example packets, finally.

In existing internet, e-mail protocols including POP3 and IMAP4, provide e-mail services fir exchanging messages with texts, hypertext and images as well. For the e-mail services in wireless mobile network, mobile e-mail service providers have to install a mobile exclusive e-mail server or have to convert e-mail to mobile exclusive e-mail with wireless application format in case of POP3 protocol. In the e-mail service of IMAP4 case known as web-mail, it is difficult to view e-mail directly from server without IMAP4 mobile client because e-mail is stored in mail server side with remote file server. In either case, it also has the problems of viewing the e-mail of hypertext and image information at mobile. This paper provides e-mail extraction engine with image and hypertext conversion facilities that can be applied in wireless mobile internet and it is optimized in mobile communication environments such as a small display, small size of memory with web-mail protocol based on IMAP4 as well as POP3 mail protocol.

The Internet had been taken properties which were both a slow speed and low-bandwidth of the first time. It was impossible to transmit large multimedia data because of a Internet properties. After tens of Year Passed, many people began to transmit multimedia data in the Internet which had fast-speed and high-bandwidth. Some people want to team classes to be taught in school through the Internet. And, educators wish to use multimedia data in the educational field. Due to previous reasons, many parts in the educational field had tried to join real-time objects to multimedia objects. But, real-time data didn’t appear easily due to many faults like network errors and system bugs if we want to control data in order to teach and learn classes. Then, this paper separates real-time and unreal-time data and controls these data that aye made a time scheduler to have time information in the extended SMIL-file for deceasing these faults.

According to the recent advancement of mobile computing technology and the hardware technology, the mobile device has rapidly come into wide use.'rho data in the central management server needs to confirm to that in mobile devices in order for the mobile device users to access the needed data regardless of time and place. This is called Data Synchronization. Currently, major mobile device manufacturing companies provide the data synchronization solutions, but these solutions are not compatible with other mobile devices/other applied services. In order to solve this problem, OMA(Open Mobile Alliance), mainly composed of mobile telecommunication companies, has suggested using the SyncML(Synchronization Markup Language) data synchronization method. This is an attempt to make a public standard. In this paper, the data synchronization client that synchronizes the PIMS (Personal Information Management System) data in mobile devices like PDA is developed, complying with the SyncML standard requirements.

As use of internet gets increased, the efficiency of applying the chart which is expressing and providing information through web is increased. The chart has the high delivering ability of information because it expresses data visually. But there are problems such as compatibility between the chart composing programs, difficulty of sharing the chart data, and displaying the chart on the web. In this paper, we propose the chart markup language, which expresses the chart information by using the XML in order to solve problems of compatibility of the chart expression and sharing the chart information. The CML is possible not only to provide compatibility between platforms and programs but also to share the chart data as it is based on the XML.

The construction of the students knowledge in e-Learning systems, namely the student modeling, is a core component used to develop e-Learning systems. However, existing e-Learning systems have many problems to share the knowledge in a heterogeneous student model and a distributed knowledge base. Because the methods of the knowledge representation are different in each e-Learning systems, the accumulated knowledge cannot be used or shared without a great deal of difficulty. In order to share this knowledge, existing systems must reconstruct the knowledge bases. Consequently, we propose a new a Case Markup Language based on XML in order to overcome these problems. A distributed e-Learning systems fan have the advantage of easily sharing and managing the heterogeneous knowledge base proposed by CaseML. Moreover students can generate and share a case knowledge to use the communication protocol of agents. In this paper, we have designed and developed a CaseML by using a knowledge markup language. Furthermore, in order to construct an intelligent e-Learning systems, we have done our research based on the design and development of the intelligent agent system by using CaseML.

The KML verification tool supports people who want to produce the highest quality KML file. In other words, it validate that a given KML document is well-formed with respect to XML standard meaning, and conform not only to the KML schema and the specification. Then it's only to notify error code line. People who want to use the KML file written by others would like to know both whether the validity of that file and general summary of feature's location, shape, and number. In this study, we recommended the user-friendly KML validator using OpenLayers and reporting geometries and images of the KML file.

As XML has been used as a markup language for standard documents in various areas, it requires an XML editing tool which writes XML documents easily and presents the style of documents. Therefore, many companies have developed XML editing tools and have released the products. However, it is hard for beginners to write XML documents using such tools. In this paper, we design and implement an XML editor based on WYSIWYG(What You See Is What You Get) that beginners as well as exports can use easily. Our XML editor allows beginners to write easily XML documents and style documents. We also integrate our XML editor with the XML repository system developed in our laboratory.

VoiceXML is a standard dialog mark-up language for the neat generation voice applications. The current VoiceXML 1.0 specification is silent on who place outbound calls for push-based voice applications. The push-barred voice applications become very important in modern information systems such as CRM. In this paper, we design and implement an extended VoiceXML platform that supports both inbound and outbound voice information services. We also extend the VoiceXML DTD so as to be able to inbound/outbound fax based on Call Control Requirements of W3C.

XML is a standard markup language for exchange and storage of formed or well-formed information in World Wide Web, Because the source data of XML message for exchange of information in World Woo Web Is stored in legacy database systems. it is necessary the easier connection between XML application and database systems, In Oracle8i. 9i. informix and SQL2000. DBMS vendors extend their DBMSs for XML. This approach for the connection between XML application and database system is Platform-dependent and DBMS-dependent. Therefore it is necessary the platform- and DBMS-independent approach for the connection between XML application and database system, In this paper. we modeled a set of middleware components for relational database design based on XML DTD is modeled, Those components are modeled on object-based algorithm for connection between XML application and database system.
