  • 본 논문에서는 시간 및 공간 마이닝 기술을 적용한 다이렉트 마케팅 지원 시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 개발한 프로토타입은 서울시를 대상으로 약 인구 500명 크기의 블록단위 e-Commerce 구매 패턴과 유사블록 그룹핑 및 기타 마케팅에 유용한 외부 공개 자료의 검색 기능을 포함한다. 또한, 마케팅 캠페인에 프로토타입의 활용도를 높이기 위해서 상품선호도 기반 검색, 라이프스타일 기반 검색 및 복합정보 기반 검색 모듈 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공한다.

  • 지구를 지키는 미국 슈퍼 히어로 영화 '어벤져스'가 있다면 대한민국 오리산업을 지키기 위해 '오벤져스'가 뭉쳤다. 지난 9월 14일 서울 서초동에 위치한 제2축산회관에서 한국오리협회와 오리자조금관리위원회 주최로 '착한소비증진 공동마케팅 상호협약식'이 열렸다. 오리고기 중량단위 판매정착 캠페인과 병행한 이번 행사는 오리고기 외식산업 판매확대와 외식업 프랜차이즈와의 동반성장을 견인하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 오리산업을 위해 뭉친 김만섭 오리협회장과 최문길 미트더석셰스 대표, 이재훈 셰프를 비롯해 소비자대표로 참석한 김연화 소비자공익네트워크 회장까지 한 자리에 모인 것. 이날 행사를 중심으로 오리중량단위 판매 등 오리고기 소비확대를 위한 미래 방향을 가늠해 본다.

Factors Affecting the Attitude of femvertising : focusing on the differences according to 'Gender', 'Age', 'Attitude to Feminism' (펨버타이징(femvertising)에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 : 소비자 성별, 연령, 페미니즘에 대한 태도의 차이를 중심으로)

  • Femvertising is an advertising campaign for women's rights, and has recently been used as a marketing strategy for various brands along with feminism, an important social discussion. This study analyzed the effect of consumer's factors such as gender, age, and attitude to feminism on advertising attitudes. As a result, the factor of 'gender' showed statistically significant differences about attitudes toward femvertising. but 'gender' factor was not. And 'attitudes to feminism' factors have proven to have a significant influence on attitudes toward femvertising. This study will serve as a platform for femvertising to be discussed as an important social agenda, not just a marketing tool.

A Study on the Convergence Marketing of Pursuing Value and Beauty Service in Accordance with Men's Acceptance of Information about Beauty Care (남성들의 외모관리 정보수용도에 따른 추구가치와 뷰티서비스 융합마케팅 연구)

  • With much changes in men's appearance style to pursue, beauty care activities, and pursuing value, it has been required to have researches on it. This study analyzed men's acceptance of information about beauty care and also the characteristics of each pursuing value. An online survey was conducted targeting about 500 male office workers in Seoul. In the results of the study, the pursuit of the practical value of five beauty care activities was the highest while the aesthetic value was very differently shown in accordance with the types of beauty care activities, compared to two other values. Contrary to other styles, especially, the acceptance of the skin care style was influenced by the sociocultural value, practical value, and aesthetic value. Especially, the passivity of the aesthetic value and the emphasis on the practical and sociocultural values were shown. The hair care was influenced by the practical value while the plastic surgery was influenced by the aesthetic value. In the care style area, the acceptance of skin care was only influenced by the pursuit of complex values. Regarding the marketing of each care style, the large-scale marketing campaign would be effective for the hair care while it would be necessary to seek for more aesthetic campaigns for the plastic surgery business.

  • Lower Prices are offered through sales by telemarketing. This is to serve our customers by the fastest and most appropriate referral product that is most important to attract insurance. Therefore, Considering the time the customer's preferred products and preferred customer for screening and targeting, depending on what is the difference between the premiums. This study of the logistic regression model using datamining techniques, the life insurance companies in outbound telemarketing to support sales of the effect you want to validate. To join existing life insurance companies for the customer response and sales strategy based on the L segment and by age group, family-love insurance, accident insurance, and cancer insurance were in progress for the modeling. Set model based on the progress of the campaign to existing customers marketing methods and how to extract and run the model results has proven the superiority of the model. In addition, over time, depending on the aging model is set to a decline in operating profit to maximize the profits th update the model which was derived.

  • As the mobile telecommunications industry in Korea boasts record-high revenue from its businesses, consumers and other industries are looking for new business applications and opportunities using mobile technologies. Many firms are seeking guidelines or business models for an effective use of this new mobile technology in their operations. This paper reviews the characteristics that distinguish mobile marketing, and analyzes marketing approaches which utilize the potential of the new mobile technologies. This paper shows that the new mobile advertising channel is not only complementary to traditional marketing channels, but also delivers benefits for multiple parties involved in mobile marketing. The key success factors in the new OB (Oriental Brewery) marketing campaign include a shortening of the stages in the AIDMA model and a broadening of customer contact points by exposing the brand through well-coordinated marketing efforts. The OB case shows that a mutually beneficial relationship between co-marketing participants can lead to a win-win marketing strategy. It also highlights that collaborative channel management in mobile marketing methodology is critical for successful mobile marketing.

  • Cause-Related Marketing is the process of formulating and implementing marketing activities that are characterized by an offer from the firm to contribute a specified amount to a designated cause when customers engage in revenue-providing exchanges that satisfy organizational and individual objectives. Many companies obtain benefits such as increasing sales profits and fulfilling social responsibility activities from Cause-Related Marketing as a strategic marketing activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of message of Cause-Related Marketing on consumer attitude, and to examine the moderating effects of ethical consumption propensity, social trust and types of product(utilitarian vs. hedonic) on consumer's product attitude. The research results show that consumers tend to adopt a positive attitude towards those advertisements with Cause-Related Marketing message. In the meanwhile, the ethical consumption propensity and social trust also have moderating effects on Cause-Related Marketing message's influence, but the types of product have no moderating effect. Based on the findings, the theoretical and managerial implication are discussed. In addition, some limitations of this study and future research directions are discussed.

  • VIP marketing has recently become the main concern in the field of marketing, which could increase customer loyalty and sales through providing customers in the top 20% with customized services. In this study, some cases of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology based VIP channel management are introduced and analyzed in the technology point of view. As a result of case studies, it has been shown what the companies may consider when applying RFID technology in customer relationship management (CRM) and its general scenario. As one of the AIDC(Automatic Identification and Data Capture) technologies, RFID can enable to identify humans or objects with radio frequency and is being widely used to many industrial areas such as logistics, delivery, inventory management, and so on. If this technology is applied to CRM as a new channel for customer management, it will be possible to provide an individual customer with various types of intelligent services customized to his or her spending habits. RFID for CRM channel management is still in its early stages, but it is sure that RFID technology will be an useful tool to manage customers including especially VIP in many businesses and capture important information applicable to marketing campaign in the near future.

  • Web 3.0 is also called the "next-generation Internet" and is a new concept that started in 2018 and is attracting attention as the beginning of the "distributed Internet era". As Web 3.0 became mainstream, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) serving as content as services were distributed, and companies started to introduce NFTs in their marketing campaigns. This is because NFTs can be used to promote brands to new consumers. In this study, using Japan's 「HARTi」 NFT Art as an example, we investigate a new method using urban infrastructure and spaces, not NFTs that exist only in the Japanese art market and online. By analyzing social issues following the introduction of a new digital marketing method based on NFT Art, we will discuss issues and countermeasures in the domestic NFT Art market and present a positive outlook.
