Satellite imagery information have not been fully utilized due to the low R&D investment in remote sensing application though Korea had succeeded in developing series of earth observing satellites during the last decades. However, another series of earth observing satellites such as KOMPSAT 3, 3-A, 5 are going to be launched in the near future. And recent global warming issues stimulate both private and public sectors to make the most of satellite imagery information. Therefore, it is inevitable to promote the utilization of Korean satellite imagery information. In this study, we analyzed the demand and restrictions in exploitation of satellite imagery information in Korea through the online survey and interview. The results showed that the standardization of pre-processing, service of detailed technical information, fast and reliable image data delivery system are mostly required.

방재마을만들기는 지역방재개념을 도입하여 마을단위에서 자치단체와 주민들의 참여를 통해 지역자율 방재의식을 고취시키고, 마을에 조성되어 있는 환경적 영향을 고려하여 재해로 인한 취약요인을 조사하고 취약요인이 유사/인접되어 있는 마을을 대상으로 취약요인을 종합적으로 검토한 재해예방사업의 추진이 필요하다. 방재시범마을만들기 구축사업의 계획범위는 동/리 행정구역 단위로 실질적인 생활권 단위로, 생활권 단위에서의 방재관련 사업의 패키지화를 통하여 지역의 자주적 방재역량이 향상되도록 하는 사업으로 현재 방재시범마을은 조성/운영중에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지역방재 실무 담당자, 대학교수, 연구원 등 전문가를 대상으로 의식조사를 실시하여 현 실태조사를 토대로 한국형 방재마을 구축 방안에 대해 도출하고자 한다. 전문가 설문결과 현 지역의 방재대책은 전반적으로 미미하며, 구조적인 부분과 비구조적인 부분 모두 보강되어야함을 알 수 있었다. 그 중에서도 지역주민의 방재에 대한 관심부분은 상당히 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 방재마을이라는 사업의 이미지는 대부분의 응답자가 재해위험지구의 정비사업 혹은 지역단위의 종합적 방재대책이라는 의견이 다수였으며, 방재마을 전반에 대한 의견으로는 지자체의 추진의지, 방재마을관련 법 제도 정비, 사업예산의 지속적인 확보, 방재마을 홍보 및 주민참여 등의 중요성을 강조하는 의견이 있었다. 이러한 설문결과를 바탕으로 지자체의 추진의지가 어느 정도냐에 따라 사업의 형태를 갖추고 성공할 수 있으며, 지속적으로 사업이 추진될 수 있는 방안 및 사업의 안정적 확보방안이 중요하다는 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 한국형 방재마을 조성을 위해서는 주민참여가 바탕이 되어야 하며, 이를 위해 방재마을 사업을 시민들의 풀뿌리 방재활동과 연계하여 추진하는 것도 요구된다.

Museum Records is both a resource for the administration and for researchers. And It is necessary for the day-to-day operation of the museum's activity and it serves researchers of all kinds. This study is aimed to grasp the present condition of museum records management in a National Museum of Korea and 11 local national museums in Korea as a case study. To this end, two methods were used to collect the essential data. First, a comprehensive literature survey was conducted to investigate foreign successful museum records management system. Second, interview and questionnaire survey were conducted to collect the data of actual state of National Museum. The results show that National Museum should be a wholly responsible for the department and disposition of professional staffs and set up the comprehensive registration system, the standard of classification considering the museum's feature and the regular estimation system. And also National Museum should expand and improve the facilities according to "Archives and Records Management of Public Agencies Act".

This research is an attempt to investigate cultural identity at the international level. Asia is one of the weakest communities in the world due to discrepancies in terms of political, economic, social and cultural aspects. Additionally, Asia has never been independent in communication flows since imperialist history until the Korean wave emerged at the turn of this century. The Korean wave reflects complex power embedded in postcolonial world in addition to cultural commonality among Asian audiences. I have conducted audience researches on Korean drama fandom in Japan and China. I adopt Lacanian psychoanalysis in order to interpret identity issues of Asian media audiences. Particularly, Deleuze and Guattari's theories are useful to scrutinize group identity of Asian community. Additionally, I refer to theories of nationalism.

With the explosion of SNS(social network services) users, the social commerce market has emerged as a new consumer market, and will continue to grow in recent years. Despite the market environment, however, studies are lacking as to the causes of frustration that are hurting social commerce activation. This study is based on the 'Hezbollah' 2 Factor Theory and is a study of social commerce users' satisfaction and frustration factors. For this purpose, social commerce site characteristics and user characteristics were first derived from interviews and literature reviews to confirm their relationship to satisfaction and dissatisfied products. The results showed that the price discount rate, diversity, regional infrastructure, and e-commerce familiarity resulted in the impact on the definition of satisfaction, while the price discount rate, interoperability and innovation resulted in the definition of unsatisfactory goods. It also showed that satisfaction affects the definition of intended use. In particular, the price discount rate was found to be the only factor affecting the definition of unsatisfactory as well as affecting the definition of satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to comprehend the retired elderly person's experience of library using the narrative inquiry method proposed by Clandinin and Cornelly. I intended to grasp the details of the several changes that library use brings to the lives. It was also to examine the meanings of the experiences for their lives. For this purpose, three elderly retirees using public libraries in Seoul were selected as research participants. I interviewed their experiences and constructed field text from interview. Based on the field text, the story of the participants was reconstructed into research text which is form of novels, essays, and letters. Their experience in using libraries was interpreted as a source of regular life, fun and vitality, a treasure house for dreaming new life, a source of consolation to endure old age. And I found some common points within their narrative that they seek for a healthy life through reading books. The results of this study are expected to be useful for expanding the understanding of the public library's elderly users and to be used as basic data for service improvement.

This study decided that it was necessary to present a strategy for survival in the new normal era and securing competitive advantage, and tried to suggest a management strategic alternative. To this end, this study derives the new normal caused by Corona 19 and the business environment change trend and response strategy type caused by this through literature research and intensive interviews of 10 corporate CEOs. This study limited the scope of the study to the digital-based management and business-level strategic alternatives among strategic alternatives that can be deployed in various fields and areas. Business structure redesign strategy, resilience reinforcement strategy, ESG management strategy, and digital transformation strategy were suggested as alternatives to corporate-level digital-based strategies. As an alternative to business-level digital-based strategies, a digital strategy for industrial structure leading, a competitive strategy for digital innovation, an open innovation platform strategy, and a customer value-oriented strategy were suggested. It contributed in that it was an attempt to systematize a digital-based strategy more and it contributed in that it can support companies who have to deal with difficult situations wisely to implement strategic responses more systematically.

This study was attempted to predict the direction for ward nursing work through robotic systemization. Robot systems have not been universalized due to difficulties in operation, space constraints, and high prices. The robotic systemization should be focused on the robotic systemization of simple and repetitive tasks. The idea of a robot system for measuring vital signs and a robot system that helps bed sheet exchange is worth discussing with the engineering field. In addition, for successful nursing and interdisciplinary convergence, a detailed analysis of nursing work is required, and in order to overcome the trial and error of convergence, it is necessary to establish a converging society between nursing and interdisciplinary systems. Robotic systemization of successful ward nursing work will not only generate profits for hospitals, but also raise the status of nurses and will be the starting point for innovation in nursing work.

The purpose of the study is to investigate how females in the 2nd vaccination group(that is, women between the ages of 14-26) perceive cervical cancer, HPV vaccine, and the current campaign on HPV vaccine. In-depth interviews with 19 female college students between the ages of 20-26 revealed that the participants perceive the cervical cancer and vaccine as unimportant due to limited information; they were exposed to related information at random and there were lack of important information; and information provided were viewed as gender-biased. Moreover, social taboo-ness, cost and fear of its side-effects were found to influence women from getting vaccinated. Results show that participants want more fact-based and practical information, information that includes peers and men, as well as a campaign that has more frequent contact and accessibility. Findings of the study can be used for HPV prevention education in the future targeting women between the ages of 13-35. The study provides suggestion for future research and changes needed in HPV vaccine campaigns.

In order to achieve this purpose, president security service and the seoul police agency personnel working in the field for 45 people who were interviewed, recently developed by utilizing Nvivo 8 program to improve working conditions in the analysis of organizational culture 51(78.46%), Image 7(10.93%), physical and mental 6(9.37%) were categorized, educational institutions in the direction of a police constable 56(76.71%), educational psychology 12(16.43%), theory of education 5(6.84%) were categorized as high. We look at the research results suggest that the authority of the president security service president security service officials in tissue culture officials were struggling to belong to an organization, you need to induce a change in culture has been raised, the current president of the Security Service, as well as specialized police constable training within the organization establish the necessary institutions respectively.
