The purpose of this study was to apply a teaching method that fits the characteristics of learners through the improvement and application of subjects for reinforcing SWP, and to seek ways to strengthen field practice. As a result of the study, first, as a method of applying learner motivation, it is necessary to conduct discussions by inviting practitioners in the field, and to watch the progress of projects by type of social welfare site. Second, as a way to participate in learners, it is necessary to analyze excellent proposals, participate in events held at welfare sites, present various dilemma cases in the field, and try to overcome ethical dilemmas by sharing cases overcoming dilemma, and to make efforts to list practical skills required in social welfare field practice. Third, it is necessary to apply such methods as phone calls, e-campus, Kakao Talk, Zoom, and counseling techniques that are conducted in the case management process as a way to apply interaction, and discuss issues that are important in the welfare field.

This study was conducted to diagnose the issues of AI ethics in global content and to discuss what kind of discourse is needed to strengthen human identity. To this end, the study selected Netflix original content "The Social Dilemma" for analysis and adopted narrative analysis as the research method. The analysis results confirmed that "Social Dilemma" showed the structure of a traditional current affairs documentary and mainly used experts and statistical data to develop the story. It also reinforced core content claims by enumerating domestic and foreign cases such as the 2021 Myanmar massacre and the spread of fake news. In addition, the relationship between the characters clearly revealed the binary opposition between developers and media companies as well as users and advertisers. For the solution to the problem, strong regulations on businesses and the suspension of social media use were reached. However, "The Social Dilemma" merely pointed out the misuse of AI technology and had a narrative that ignored human identity and social relationships. Such results raise the need for creating contents that emphasize the importance of human sociality, relationships, and learning ability in the age of AI.

This study was a drone-utilized case study motivated by that drones can obtain sophisticated video image data previously not feasible. The dilemma zones on selected intersection approaches were identified and locations of drivers' decision making to stop or go at the onset of yellow were determined by analyzing drone video images. The gap between the drivers' decision making location and invisible stop/go border line provided by the yellow time interval was defined as "risky passing zone". To improve the dilemma zone safety problems, re-optimization of yellow time intervals and introduction of new pavement marking that can help drivers decision making on yellow indication are suggested.

전기자동차는 2차전지가 발달함으로 가능해지는 차량의 흐름인데 또한 높은 배터리 가격 때문에 딜레마에 빠져 있다. 이런 틈새의 시장을 만들기 위하여 이동 목적에 따라 접근할 수 있는 차량이 근거리 전기자동차 (neighborhood electric vehicle, NEV)이다. 또한 운전 형태의 변화와 더블어 초기 순수전기자동차의 시장 진입을 위하여 전세계적으로 개발, 실증 및 보급을 활발히 추진하고 있다. 본 고에서는 개발중인 (주)지앤디윈텍의 NEV 개발 현황과 및 기술을 소개 하고자 한다.

이 논문의 주요 목적은 중국의 남중국해에 대한 정책을 평가하는 것이며, 해양갈등 및 위기 상황과 관련된 사건을 관리하기 위한 중국의 접근을 분석하는 것이다. 주된 핵심은 중국의 남중국해에 대한 영유권 주장, 중국과 남중국해 인접국과의 분쟁 그리고 중국과 베트남 간 사례를 통해 분석된 분쟁 관리에 있어 중국의 행태, 접근방식 그리고 시각이다. 중국과 베트남과 같은 양자간 분쟁에 있어 남중국해 통킹만에서의 분쟁해결 사례는 강조될 수 있는 사례이며, 이는 중국이 인접국과의 분쟁을 공식적으로 해결한 첫 번째 사례였다. 결국 이 논문은 이를 근간으로 향후 중국이 어떻게 남중국해 현황을 관리할 것인가에 대해 넓은 논쟁을 결론으로 제시하고 있다.

Purpose: This study was done to develop a realistic clinical case and investigate nurses' decision-making about nurses' ethical dilemmas with physicians in the fields of nursing practice. Methods: Case development and a hypothetical case study were used. Participants were 52 nurses. Data were collected in 2012 and 2013 using an open-ended questionnaire and interviews and analyzed using content analysis and descriptive statistics. Results: Various dilemma situations between nurses and physicians, such as violence, deathbed, medication prescription, and physicians' incapacity unfairness, were suggested. A clinical dilemma case about medication prescription was developed based on nurses' experiences. Nurses' responses to the developed case situation and responses were classified into five types. Various reasons were given for making the decisions and about 56% of the nurses decided to notify their supervisor without deleting nursing records. Conclusion: In this study, a realistic clinical dilemma case was developed, and nurses' ethical decision making was identified. These findings can be used in developing effective strategies for nurses to solve ethical dilemmas and to improve ethical decision-making abilities.

Purpose: This study was done to analyze the contents of nurses' ethical decision-making in four of hypothetical dilemma cases using the Cameron's Ethical Decision-Making Model of 'Value, Be, Do'. Method: Sixteen nurses who work at ICU at present or worked before, participated from April 10 to May 10 in 2002. The participants were interviewed three times each and for 40 minutes at once, with a structured questionnaire at their working places and locker rooms. The data was analyzed by a procedure of qualitative content analysis into three categories; what should I value, who should I be, what should I do. Result: 1) In consistency, most of subjects showed a unified voice in 'Value, Be, Do'. Exceptionally 8 subjects showed inconsistency such as 3 in active treatment to the incurable patients(case 1), 1 in treatment truth-telling to the terminally ill patients(case 2), 3 in conflict with uncooperative doctors(case 3), 3 in dying patients and euthanasia(case 4). Only one subject showed inconsistency in 3 dilemma cases. 2) Closing the interview procedure, the subjects evaluated Cameron's Model as it would help them build consistent value, carry right action, and cope to conflicts. Conclusion: On the basis of the results, it is recommended that nursing ethics should adopt the ethical decision-making model, and be applied to the curriculum of nursing colleges and continuing education program for clinical nurses.

This paper investigates the textile negotiations between Korea and the U.S. which Korea, as a weaker party in the bilateral trade negotiation, was recognized as making a good performance by Odell(1985). Using the documents of Korean governments at the time - Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry - telegrams and reports from various sources the paper picks a leveling factor during the negotiations. In the paper, we used a dynamic concept of power for describing the negotiating power, and showed Korea succeeded in making the negotiation symmetric using the Special Cooperative Relationship(SCR) as one of the most conspicuous leveling factors during the textile negotiations with the U.S. The paper contributes to finding the factors that can be used in the negotiations with power asymmetry as a leveling factor for weaker country. Also, based on the findings from the paper, future negotiators can get insights on which factors be used, and how to use those factors for leveling the negotiations with a stronger counterpart.

IT 기업과 같이 그들이 보유한 지식이 수익 창출의 근원이 되는 기업들은 개인의 경험들을 조직의 지식으로 변환하고, 보존하여 그들의 구성원들이 이러한 지식을 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 지식 경영의 중요성을 강조하는 많은 선행연구들은 이러한 활동이 조직 학습을 가속화시키며, 경쟁력을 강화시킴으로써 시장 변화에 대한 대응능력을 강화시킬 수 있음을 강조한다. 그러나 구성원들의 가용 시간이 곧 생산을 위한 투입 요소가 되는 IT기업에 있어서 지식관리활동은 조직 구성원들이 수익 창출을 위한 업무수행 시간을 할애해야 하고 동시에 비용을 발생시키는 딜레마를 안고 있다. 이러한 이유로 IT기업의 경우 시간과 재원의 배분은 전사 적 전략수립에 있어서 매우 중요한 정책 결정이 됨에도 불구하고 이제까지 이를 종합적인 시각에서 이해하고자 하는 연구는 그리 많지 않았다. 본 논문은 한 IT기업의 사례를 통해 비재무적 자산인 지식을 효과적으로 관리하고 이를 통하여 재무적 성과를 극대화하기 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델의 전략적 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 시도는 경영자를 비롯한 의사결정 자들이 지식의 동태성과 이에 영향을 미치는 여러 영향요인들에 대한 단선적인 이해를 벗어나 종합적인 견지에서 기업이 보유한 지식의 구조와 행태를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며 이를 통하여 기업의 지식관리 전략 수립의 기초를 제공해 줄 것이다.

To recover the capital market's confidence, interest in accounting ethics education has increased recently. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a simple classroom games for moral hazard problem and to analyze the results. This case study introduces the classroom games in which well-known experiment of principal-agent dilemma in experimental economics implemented accounting ethics education. This paper suggests that game lesson is effective and efficient way to understanding moral hazard problem. During the games, cause and effect of players' decision making react upon each other. This paper contributes to generating further discussion on accounting ethics education and providing practical implication.
