EMTDC Modeling of Cheju-Haenam HVDC System (제주-해남 HVDC 시스템의 EMTDC 모델링)

  • This paper deals with HVDC simulation. And the purpose of this paper is to reproduce measurements recorded at HVDC site and to verify the control gains and control actions. In this paper, the target of simulation study is Cheju-Haenam HVDC system. Because Cheju-Haenam HVDC system include analogue controller and digital controller, the detailed digital model considered nonlinear characteristics of analogue controllers is development for high accurate firing and control action. Finally the simulation results which is simulated by PSCAD/EMTDC is compared with measurement signals.

  • This paper addresses an intelligent digital redesign (IDR) technique for observer-based output-feedback control systems, in order to efficiently convert a pre-designed Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model-based analog controller into a sampled-data one in the sense of state matching. A delta operator is used to get an asymptotic relation between the analog and the sampled-data control systems. The IDR problem is viewed as a minimization problem of the norm distances between linear operator to be matched. The condition is represented as linear matrix inequalities, and the separation principle on the IDR is shown.

  • This paper concerns a design methodology of observer-based output-feedback digital controller for Takagi-Sugeno(TS) fuzzy systems using intelligent digital redesign (IDR). The term of IDR involves converting an analog fuzzy-mode-based controller into an equivalent digital one in the sense of state-matching. The considered IDR problem is viewed as convex minimization problems of the norm distances between linear operators to be matched. The stability condition is easily embedded and the separations principle is explicitly shown.

  • This paper introduces the design of high-speed analog-to-digital converter for hard disk drive (HDD) read channel. This is based on autozero technique for low-error rate, and Double Speed Dual ADC(DSDA) technique lot efficiently increasing the conversion speed of A/D converter. This An is designed by 6bit resolution, 800M sample/s maximum conversion rate, 390㎽ power dissipation, one clock cycle latency in 0.65 $\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS technology.

  • This paper describes a 12-bit high speed pipeline CMOS A/D converter. The A/D converter simulated the 0.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ n-well CMOS technology. The results show DNL and INL of $\pm$0.5LSB and $\pm$1.0LSB, conversion rate of 100Msamples/s, and power dissipation of 500㎽ with a power supply of 3.3V

  • In this paper, one channel oscilloscope was implemented using arduino uno board and 1.8 inch TFT LCD. The oscilloscope is designed using the built-in analog to digital converter(ADC) inside arduino uno board as data acquisition unit and can handle up to about 1 KHz signal.

Many years ago an analog loop was used for store of radio frequency signal, and the digital radio frequency memory was made to the development of wideband amplifier and high speed sampler. We present a design of wide-band DRFM using Johnson code and the simulation results with respect to the sampling speed. in this paper.

Many years ago, an analog frequency memory loop(FML) was used for store of radio frequency signal and the digital radio frequency memory was made according to the development of wideband amplifier and high speed sampler. We present a design of wideband digital radio frequency reproduction device using ladder circuit and the simulation results with respect to the sampling speed in this paper.

  • 본 논문에서는 수중 초음파 통신용 QPSK 버스트 수신기를 DSP시스템을 이용하여 구현하기위한 시스템 설계에 대하여 논한다. 본 논문에서 고려하는 시스템은 25kHz의 반송주파수를 사용하고, 심벌율은 5kHz이며, 데이터 전송율은 10,000bps이다. 송신기에서 심벌정보를 전송하기 위해 펄스성형필터를 거친 신호를 디지털 믹서기를 이용하여 디지털 영역에서 반송주파수 대역으로 신호를 변조한 후 200kHz로 샘플링하는 D/A변환기를 이용하여 전송 아날로그 신호를 생성한다. 수신기에서는 수신 신호를 디지털로 처리하기 위하여 100kHz로 free running하는 A/D 변환기를 이용하여 수신 데이터를 얻는다. 수신기에서는 32심벌 길이의 프리앰블을 이용하여 프레임 동기를 찾음과 동시에 개략적인 심벌시간 동기와 위상편이를 추정한다. 추정한 위상편이값은 2차 PLL (phase-looked loop)의 초기값으로 사용하여 위상 추적을 수행하는 전송 시스템이다. 또한, 된 논문에서는 실해역 전송 시험 테이터를 통하여 조류의 변화에 의해 발생하는 Doppler 편이를 보상하기 위하여 PLL이 필수적으로 필요함을 보인다.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of a robot's gripper control system. In order to safely grasp an unknown object using the robot's gripper, the gripper should detect the force of gripping direction and the force of gravity direction, and should perform the force control using the detected forces and the robot's gripper control system. In this paper, the robot's gripper control system is designed and manufactured using DSP(Digital Signal Processor), and the gripper is composed of two 6-axis force/moment sensors which measures the Fx force(force of x-direction), Fy force, Fz force, and the Mx moment(moment of x-direction), My moment, Mz moment at the same time. The response characteristic test of the system is performed to determine the proportional gain Kp and the integral gain Ki of PI controller. As a result, it is shown that the developed robot's gripper control system grasps an unknown object safely.
