As the ubiquitous paradigm that allows users to access the Internet anytime and anywhere is expanding, the expectation and interest of the Internet is increasing. As interest in the Internet has increased, interest in open source hardware has also increased. As a result, the maker, who is a creator who actually uses the digital production tools to create a product that he thought, is emerging as a new trend. As these makers shared how to make products, the 'maker movement', an open source manufacturing movement, spread. In the case of the domestic market, the government's policy support is also stimulating the maker movement. However, compared to developed countries, there is not enough awareness and environment of maker culture, and only open platform hardware and software are used without special education / development equipment or kit for maker.

The government categorized the 5 essential technologies to secure competitiveness in designing system semiconductors as smart motor vehicle info-tainment platform, smart TV multimedia system, smart phone analog interface technique, smart convergence digital communication and RF techniques, and advanced power management for smart devices. Also, it designated smart phone, smart TV, smart motor vehicle, and smart pad as the key industries. Such core techniques will become the key technologies of semiconductor design to secure the competitiveness of the next generation smart devices and the techniques can be transferred to fab-less design companies. In this contribution, we analyze the issues and the problems of the SoC design trends for smart motor vehicle info-tainment platforms.

IPTV는 기술적으로 TV에 PC적 기능이 더해지고 인터넷 프로토콜(IP)을 통해 인터넷과 연결되는 서비스로, 국내 초고속인터넷의 속도가 VDSL, 광랜과 같은 서비스의 등장으로 최대 100Mbps에 이르러 동영상 콘텐츠의 실시간 스트리밍 서비스가 가능한 환경이 구현되었다. IPTV 도입을 통해 산사건 방송, VOD 등의 기본적인 서비스뿐만 아니라, 양방향 광고, IPTV 민원발급 및 IPTV 공공서비스 제공 등 다양한 응용서비스의 개발 및 활성화를 기대하였다. 또한 IPTV를 통해 유료방송의 경쟁을 촉진시키고 케이블TV의 디지털 전환을 촉진시킴으로써 시청자들의 복지를 향상시킨다는 취지도 함께 있었다. 정량적으로는 IPTV가입자가 2012년에 이르러 보수적으로 290만가구, 낙관적으로는 450만 가구에 이를 것으로 예상하였으며, 관련 시장규모도 동년도에 약 7,515억원에 이를 것으로 전망하였다. 하지만, 2011년 말이 이미 450만 가입자를 돌파하고 2012년 8월 500만 가입자를 유치하면서 IPTV 서비스는 본격적인 mass market을 형성해 나가고 있다. IPTV 시장이 확대해 나가면서 유료방송 가입가구 수도 증가하였는데, 도입당시인 2008년 말 1,740만 가구가 유료방송에 가입하여 104%의 보급률을 보였으나 2011년 6월말 현재 가구수 대비 유료방송 가입자구수는 127%로 증가하였다. 이렇게 IPTV서비스 시장이 확대되고는 있으나, 정부의 신규 서비스에 대한 과도한 요금규제, IPTV와 경쟁하는 케이블방송사(SO) 계열의 콘텐츠 사업자(CP)들의 방송채널 공급거절 및 지상파 방송사의 과도한 재전송 대가, 전국 권역사업자인 IPTV에 대한 권역별 가입자점유율 규제, IPTV의 차별성으로 내세웠던 T-Commerce 및 양방향 광고에 대한 규제는 앞으로 개선해 내가야할 과제이다. 이에 본고는 IPTV의 시장성과를 조망하고, 시장의 지속성장을 위해 필요한 제도개선 방향을 살펴보았다.

Cheongpungho and riversides are located in the center of South Korea Jecheon Peninsula, cheongpungho be formed by a chungju hydroelectric dam built in 1984 has now been changed as a freshwater lake created by the center of the South Han River upstream over the past 30 years. Recent Jecheon-sigovernment is developing the entertainment and natural healing resorts for the future, this research is using remote sensing techniques and field survey plan in comparison to the feasibility study of the cultural festival of the area was conducted in geographic research and analysis very effective to conduct the natural environment and terrain analysis by aerial photography and remote sensing techniques that can be proven integration and cultural content, in the riverside area of future business creation and tourism resources of the facilities and events in the new brand through research It was envisioned. As a result, we propose a new direction for the future of cultural tourism to participate in the new state-of-the-art digital imaging technology to traditional cultural content in fusion experiments to be more multi-cultural festival is formed.

This research studied how idol music popularity influences on equilibrium of ecosystem in Korean popular music market. Because most of media & press reported that idol music caused unbalance of whole market so this research issued it. Research method is borrowed production of cultural perspective of Peterson and subject of analysis is selected idol music from Melon weekly music chart(2000-2014), which is No. 1 digital music distributor. The result showed idol music did not bring unbalance of ecosystem structure in Korean polular music market and found it contributed diversity of music genre in music market by introducing various musical style all the more. This kind of untested information should not cause idol music production leading new Korean Wave to shrink. Government related organization has to do policy making based on verified fact in future and it should be handled as important matter for sustainable and expansive reproduction of Korean wave.

Ulaanbaatar city, the capital of Mongolia and the center of Mongolian economy, increasingly needs to have a long-term urban planning and a system to impose a tax on land effectively as insufficient development of land and the moving of nomad into urban areas increases during its rapid growth. Therefore, Mongolian government has to prepare a land management system which provides the infrastructure to improve work efficiency and service quality by integrating digitalized data about land and main facilities and sharing data between related departments. This research analyzed the environment to operate the existing land management system and working environment and redesigned database. Furthermore, it integrated all the existing systems, configured service network, and made working environment for land registration, land permission, land payment management to be processed online. With this, it provides the foundation to improve quality of people's life through the preparation of long term urban planning, clean tax administration of real estate, and reconsideration of efficiency about urban infrastructure investment.

The aim of this study was to find out and confirm the project formulation, feasibility, scale and locations on the farmland development projects such as planned and ongoing tideland reclamation and irrigation facilities along the western coast of North Korea using satellite image data, Landsat TM, JERS OPS and SPOT PAN and aged maps. In order to apply to the study, remote sensing technologies such as geometric correction. digital mosaicking, image merging, linear extraction and land cover classification were studied. As the results of the study, the reclaimable tidal flats are recognized at about 178, 000 ha equivalent to 59% of announced 300, 000ha. and 16, 000 ha of completed, 17, 000 ha of ongoing project areas although 27, 000 ha were revealed to be completed during 1987-1993. Almost planned projects are appeared to be shortage of water supply due to their small watersheds, however, most projects are connected with 2000 mile canal system.

The regulation of the game industry by the Korean government is closely related to the specific regulatory behavior from their parents' generation regarding gaming behavior of their children. This is because there exists a gap in terms of digital culture experience between parents and children. This study examined the differences in how moral values affect the awareness or perceptions of the game users. In the results, the norm conformity was found to have a negative influence on the fondness for game users. Age was also shown to have a negative influence on the fondness for the game users. Based on these findings, we also found the mediating effect of age existed specifically with regard to the relation of norm conformity and the fondness for the game users. The results suggest that the game industry promotion policies of Korea should change their existing targets from focusing on everyone to just the elderly.

Recent statistics revealed that with the crisis of humanities, the unemployment rate of the students majoring in this field of study is very high. Considering the seriousness of current situations, the government announced 'Plan to Help Students Majoring in Humanities Find Job.' This study confirmed that the government's policy for those from the department of humanities is valid and reasonable. However, the convergence of humanistic imagination and engineering thoughts could generate some side effects. Therefore, this study suggested a direction for humanistic convergence education to help these students get the career they want. In this study was investigated methodology which can maximize the efficiency of digital storytelling through microscopic convergence instead of macroscopic convergence. In addition, this study proposed that an inter-disciplinary convergence system-based project would be the best solution to nurture convergence-oriented talents in humanities.
