This study aims to emphasize the necessity of strengthening the information subject through the introduction of a new concept of rights called 'digital environmental rights' and proposes an improvement in the educational composition model of the information culture section in the information subject. Through the introduction of the concept of digital environmental rights, we intend to provide a logical basis for making the information subject a required subject. In addition, we intend to enhance the competencies required for living in a digital environment by improving the structure of the information culture section in the information subject. As a study on this, the logic of the concept of rights required in the digital environment is analyzed and the concept of digital environmental rights applied to it is established. Furthermore, by analyzing relevant curricula in major countries, including the United States, Australia, and Japan, which provide the main basis for digital environmental rights, an improvement plan for the educational composition in the information and culture education sector is formulated. The results of the study are as follows: First, digital environment rights are 'rights to enjoy a pleasant and safe digital environment'. Second, the components of digital environmental rights include rights for the environment (cyberethics), rights of the environment (cybersafety), and rights about the environment (cybersecurity). Third, in the major countries studied various educational structures are being implemented with regard to information-related education contents on the digital citizenship, code ethics, and new technology security.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between global citizenship, self leadership and global health competencies in nursing students and utilize the basic data for development of educational program to increase of global health competence. A convenience sample of 207 subjects were invited from three university. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation with SPSS PC 18.0 program. Global health competencies showed that there were differences according to religion, taking education related to global health competency, exposure to mass media about global health. There were a significant positive correlation of global citizenship(r=.364, p<.01), self leadership(r=.372, p<.01) and the global citizenship of nursing students showed a significantly positive correlation of self leadership(r=.463, p<.01). Therefore, on the result of this study, when we develop the educational programs to increase the global health competencies for nursing students, we have to include global citizenship and self leadership.

This paper examines the necessity and direction of digital literacy education as university education in the AI era. Digital literacy can be considered universal education about everyday culture in a digital environment, and its scope is expanding to cultivate the competencies necessary for citizens of a digital society, rather than simply the ability to use digital devices. In this paper, the university liberal arts curriculum has strengthened the information literacy area to reflect the changes of the times, but it is presented as a problem that it is still focused on the technical aspects of learning how to use digital devices and specific programs. It was suggested that the direction of digital literacy education in universities should not be limited to the technical and instrumental aspects of using digital devices, but that it would be desirable to focus on digital ethics considering the social impacts that may arise from the use of digital devices.

This study utilized one of Hofstede's cultural dimension, collective dimension and validated its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior(COCB hereafter) with mediation of emotional regulation. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were mostly conducted at national levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE was used to analyze collectivistic tendencies at individual levels and its influence on emotional regulation and COCB were measured. The study distributed 200 paper based self administered surveys to employees of Fortune 500 electronic company in Korea for two weeks period. Findings indicated individual's collectivistic dimension positively influenced COCB and emotional regulation mediated between collectivism and COCB. In conclusion and application, the significance of this research lies in indicating collectivistic culture's positive influence on COCB and emotional regulation as possible antecedents of Change oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

The purpose of this study is to develop a media literacy education model that helps public librarians plan and operate media literacy education programs in South Korea. To develop the model, a mixed methods study consisting of a literature review, a survey of librarians, and interviews with professors, public librarians, and media literacy instructors was conducted, Additionally, an expert advisory committee was formed and consulted to obtain opinions on the developed model. As a result of survey and interviews, public libraries and librarians are perceived to have a responsibility to improve citizens' media literacy, and public libraries are recognized as the best educational institution to achieve that goal. By reflecting on the literature review and analysis of the research findings, the research team developed, and presents herein, a media literacy education model that includes educational objectives, core competencies, educational targets, media types, and roles and functions for each educational subject.

In modern society, efforts to improve quality of life and happiness are emphasized compared to the past when economic growth was emphasized. The government has been implementing various policies to realize the happiness of the people through culture. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Cultural Arts on the improvement of the happiness index of Seoul citizens by dividing them into demand (enjoyment) and supply side by setting Cultural Arts as independent variable, unlike existing limited surveys or literature surveys, under the control of change, the temporal range was set for more than 10 years and then analyzed quantitatively by panel analysis. The results showed that the demand for cultural arts affects positively on the improvement of happiness index of Seoul citizens, but the supply of cultural arts had a meaningless effect. In order to improve the happiness index of the citizens of Seoul through supply, it is necessary to supplement the existing space and to promote cultural demand through differentiated cultural arts programs aimed at diverse classes but also the policy implication that cultural indifference groups and active participation of cultural underprivileged groups should be increased.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications for the domestic media education policy which is still in a state of pace by document research of the case in France which has a long history of media education. France has consistently maintained the tradition of the philosophical value of media education, such as 'the cultivation of consciousness and qualities as a democratic citizen' through legal, policy and educational improvement. At the same time, in the digital era, conceptual expansion was carried out that embraced the concept of 'information' rather than resting on classical media education. This was complemented by education legislation, enforcing information education programs in school, and the manage of CLEMI, the media and information education training organization. It will be necessary to construct software system for media education of Korea through the manage of governmental organization and the cooperation system with related institutes under the constant philosophic direction.

This study examined the relationship between organizational justice, intragroup trust, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Hospital Administrative Staff(OCB of HAS) and investigated convergence effects of these factors on OCB. The subjects were randomly selected 274 HAS from 22 hospitals randomly selected in J area. The data were collected from July 1 to July 31, 2019 for about a month, and the structured self-administered questionaries was used for the data survey. OCB was positively correlated with organizational justice, intragroup trust and organizational commitment. As a result of covariance structure analysis, it was found that the higher organizational justice, intragroup trust, and organizational commitment, the higher OCB. The results of the analysis showed that in order to increase the OCB of HAS, it was necessary to increase organizational justice, intragroup trust, and organizational commitment. The results of the survey are expected to be used as basic data for hospital human resource management, which enhances OCB of HAS, and health education in the emotional and psychological aspects of HAS. In the future study, it is necessary to investigate various factors affecting OCB of HAS.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior in relation between incivility and professional quality of life. The data collected from June 8, 2018 to June 29, 2018, and the questionnaire from 250 nurses at 3 general hospital in D city. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation, hierarchical analysis and Sobel test. Organizational citizenship behavior showed perfect mediating effect in the relationship between incivility experienced by nurses and compassion satisfaction, and partial mediating effect in the relationship between incivility experienced by nurses and burnout. The results indicate that it is necessary to develop strategies and applications to enhance organizational citizenship behavior for improved professional quality of life of a nurses who experience incivility.
