RFID/USN 환경에서 정보보호의 취약성에 대응하기 위해서는 정보를 관리하는 데이터 서버에 접근하는 개체에 대한 인증뿐만 아니라 정당한 RFID 리더와 USN 노드임을 인증한 수 있어야 하는 등 전반적인 디지털 인증체계로의 기술 및 개념 변화가 병행되어야 한다. 존, RFID/USN 환경에서는 정보화의 주체가 사람에서 사물 및 기기(이하 사물/기기)로까지 확대됨으로 인해서 정보를 다루는 주체의 정당성을 확인하는 인증 수단도 사람에서 사물/기기로 확대된다. 따라서 사물/기기 인증을 포함할 수 있도록 기존의 유무선 PKI 인증체계를 확장하고, 그 위에 실명보호 인증, 디지털 권한관리를 위한 속성인증, 그리고 디지털 문서의 증거 효력을 위한 관리 방법 등을 포함하는 디지털 통합인증서비스가 필요한 시전이다.

This study aims to examine the effect of leader' behavioral integrity on subordinate's change-oriented OCB via their team commitment along with the moderating effect of LMX. For this, 395 soldiers from military organizations where external factors were relatively well controlled besides their personal characteristics were selected and surveyed using hierarchical regression methods. First, the results showed that leader' behavioral integrity was positively related to subordinate's change-oriented OCB. Second, the positive relationship between leader' behavioral integrity and subordinate's change-oriented OCB was mediated by team commitment. Third, the aforementioned mediated relationship was moderated by LMX. Although this study targeted members of military organizations with more restrictions on behavior than private organizations, such as corporations, it could be meaningful in that it confirmed that the leader's behavioral integrity lead to subordinate's voluntary behavior of change-oriented OCB, which should be followed by efforts to make it more general by comparing a variety of public and business organizations.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of the Cakewalk SI-Drum for the screen reader users. An evaluation was performed by testing the accessibility of the [Virtual Instrument Editing] that is a part of MIDI Production of the NCS(National Competency Standards) by using the SI-Drum and the Sense Reader. The results of this study are as follows. The SI-Drum has almost no basic accessibility for the screen users to do an above task. But the screen reader users can perform the tasks by using Sense Reader's Mouse Pointer function and Position Memory function. To use SI-Drum more efficiently, SI-Drum's basic accessibility have to be provided fully. Several suggestions are proposed to develop a fully accessible SI-Drum for the screen users.

본 논문에서는 전자 도서관을 위한 저작권 보호 기능을 가진 전자책 교환 시스템 개발을 소개한다. 전자책은 암호화에 기반한 리더 시스템을 통해 저작권이 안전하게 보장되도록 하는 디지털 컨텐츠 유통을위한 기술 표준이다. 전자책의 안전한 유통과 사용을 위해서 전자 도서관은 보유한 디지털 컨텐츠에 대해 적법한 사용 권한을 이용하여 대출을 해 줄 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 EBX(E-Book Exchange) 프로토콜에서 정의한 대출 기능을 구현한 도서관 서버를 개발하였고 전자책 리더 클라이언트를 통해 이러한 권한을 보호하면서 사용자가 전자책을 이용할 수 있게 지원하는 기능을 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job-demands on social worker's organizational commitment. Espically this study focused on the moderating effect of LMX between job-demands and organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 189 social workers in 33 Senior Welfare Centers. The date was analyses using descriptive and multiple regression methods. The major findings of the study firstly were job-demands had negative effect on the social worker's organizational commitment and LMX had positive effect on the social worker's organizational commitment. Secondly, LMX had mederating effect between job-demands and organizational commitment. All these findings were discussed on Social Welfare Center and research.

To conduct research using small group learning with advanced technology in school, small group collaborative learning was conducted in virtual reality called Second Life for high school history class to verify the effects of the role of group members (leader, group member) in collaborative learning activities in this study. Two classes of the second grade of high school were selected randomly and 20 groups were also randomly assigned, and each group was consisted of three members (1 leader and two group members). Academic achievement and satisfaction with academic activities were used to verify the effect of the role as measurement tools, and collected quantitative data were tested by independent sample t. As a result, it was found that performing the role of leader in collaborative learning activities in virtual reality was effective in promoting enhancing students' academic achievement and increasing satisfaction level. Lastly, utilization and improvement of small group collaborative learning using virtual reality in the field of education were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on employees' behaviors (deviant behavior and personal initiative) and to explore the moderating roles of self-efficacy and trust in leader in the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' behaviors. This study developed four hypotheses and tested them using regression and hierarchical regression analyses. The results showed that the negative relationship between ethical leadership and deviant behavior and the positive relationship between ethical leadership and personal initiative were statistically supported. And this study found that self-efficacy and trust in leader played moderating roles in the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' behaviors. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

This study is a descriptive research to understand the leadership, communication ability, peer care behavior and relationship of nursing students. Data were collected from 192 nursing students in November 2021. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation ciefficients, using SPSS 28.0. As a result of the study, revealed positive correlations between leaderships and communication competence(r=.634, p<.001), communication competence and peer group caring interaction(r=.390, p<.001), leaderships and peer group caring interaction(r=.285, p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to develop educational environment and programs to improve leadership, communication ability, and peer care behavior of nursing college students in the future.

In order to improve readability, a leakage-signal canceller has been proposed in UHF-band RFID readers. The proposed canceller is composed of two blocks: an environment monitoring block for detection of Tx and RX power levels and a leakage cancellation block. The leakage canceller consists of directional-couplers, digital attenuators and phase shifters based on the feed-forward scheme. The leakage canceller is located between antenna and reader. An improved experimental characterization of the scheme is presented with results from the reader operating in the Korean RFID frequency band, conforming the validity of the approach with more than 29 dB of leakage cancellation.
