  • 본 논문은, 24극 18슬롯을 갖는 1kW 풍력발전용 AFPM발전기의 코깅토크 저감과 특성향상에 관한 논문이다. 코깅토크 저감 방법에는 여러 가지가 있으나 본 논문에서 두 가지의 방법을 제안하였고, 제안된 방법 두 가지를 혼합하여 최적화를 진행하고 코깅토크는 최소가 되고, 기전력은 최대가 되는 최적점을 찾는 최적화를 진행하여 발전기의 특성을 향상시키는 논문이다.

두 가지 불완전수리모형의 최적화

  • Brown과 Proschan의 수리모형과 이를 일반화한 Lee와 Seoh의 시스템 수리모형이 고려된다. Brown과 Proschan의 수리모형은 시스템의 고장시 완전수리가 확률 p로, 불완전수리가 확률 1-p로 이루어지는 모형이고, Lee와 Seoh의 수리모형은 시스템 고장시 완전수리와 불완전수리의 선택이 마르코프 연쇄과정에 따라 결정되는 모형이다. 본 논문에서는, 완전수리비용과 불완전수리비용을 고려한 후, 시스템의 수명분포가 지수분포, 균일분포, Weibull분포인 경우로 나누어, 위 두 시스템 수리모형에서의 최적화가 연구된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 다중 엑세스 포인트 환경에서 전송전력, 수신필터, 엑세스 포인트 선정 최적화 알고리즘을 제안한다. 최종목적은 신호대간섭비를 유지하면서, 전송전력의 총합을 최소화하는 것이다. 증명을 통해서 제안하는 알고리즘은 최소전력에 수렴함을 보인다. 제안하는 알고리즘이 기존에 제안되었던 두 개의 알고리즘인 1)전송전력과 최소제곱평균오차(MMSE) 수신필터 최적화 알고리즘, 2) 전송전력 최적화 알고리즘보다 전송전력 소모량에서 성능이 우수함을 실험을 통해서 확인하였다.

Optimization to Control Buckling Temperature and Mode Shape through Continuous Thickness Variation of Composite Material (복합소재의 연속 두께 변화를 통한 좌굴온도 및 모드형상 최적화)

  • In this study, we presented a novel size optimization framework to control the linear buckling temperature and several buckling modes of plates, by optimizing thickness values of composite structures for practical engineering applications. Predicting the buckling temperature and mode shape of structures is a vital research topic in engineering to achieve structural stability. However, optimizing designs of engineering structures through engineering intuition is challenging. To address this limitation, we proposed a method that combines finite element simulation and size optimization. Based on the idea that the structural buckling temperature and mode shape of a plate are affected by the thickness of the structure, the thickness values of the nodes of the target structure were set as the design variables in this optimization method; and the buckling temperature values, and buckling mode shapes were set as the objective functions. This size optimization method enabled the determination of optimal thickness distributions, to induce the desired buckling temperature values and mode shapes. The validity of the proposed method was verified in terms of their buckling temperature values and buckling mode shapes, using several numerical examples of rectangular composite structures.

  • 비정질 Si박막 태양전지의 후면 반사층을 위한 ZnO:Al TCO박막을 RF Magnetron Sputtering 방법으로 증착하였으며 이의 전기적, 광학적 특성 및 구조를 최적화하였다. Sputtering의 공정변수인 증착 RF 파워, 기판온도, 타겟-기판 거리, 증착압력을 변화시켜 ZnO:Al 단일막의 전기적, 광학적 특성을 최적화 하였고,이를 소면적 태양전지 셀 및 모듈에 적용하였다.그 중 증착 RF파워 및 압력이 단일막의 전기적,광학적 특성에 타겟-기판거리는 박막의 균일도에 큰 영향을 주었다. 압력에 따른 박막의 치밀도를 SE EMA방법으로 정량화하였고, 광학적, 전기적 특성과 연관하여 해석하였다. ZnO:Al 박막의 물성을 최적화하여 태양전지 셀에 적용한 결과 두께 80nm에서 가장 큰 Jsc의 증가를 보였고, 적용 전에 비해 약 18%의 광변환효율의 증가를 얻었다. 최적화된 태양전지 셀의 광변환효율은 9.9%, 모듈 효율은 7.4%였다.

  • 3-Dimensional flow which is represented by horseshoe vortex is generated as a type of secondary flow about the main flow. As well, it causes the flow loss. The present study deals with the leading edge fence shape on a wing-body junction to decrease a horseshoe vortex, one of the main factors to generate the secondary flow losses. The shape of leading-edge fence was optimized with the design variables of the installed height, length, width, and thickness of the fence as the design variables. Approximate optimization design method is used as the optimization. The study was investigated using $FLUENT^{TM}$ and $iSIGHT^{TM}$. Total pressure coefficient of the optimized design case was decreased about 7.5 % compare to the baseline case.

  • 일반적으로 태양전지에서 anti-reflection layer는 조사되는 태양 광을 좀 더 많이 사용하기 위하여 nitride나 oxide와 같은 막을 표면에 형성한다. 본 연구는 이 anti-reflection으로 사용되는 nitride와 oxide의 각각의 두께와 굴절률 변화에 따른 특성변화를 SILVACO를 이용하여 전산모사하고 그 특성변화를 분석하였다. Anti-reflection layer가 없을 경우에는 조사된 빛에 따른 available photo current 활용이 낮았으며, 특히 그 경향은 단파장영역에서 두드러지게 나타났다. 따라서 anti-reflection layer의 최적화를 위해서 두께를 가변하여 available photo current를 분석하였으며, 각 물질의 굴절률 변화 및 이중층 구조의 anti-reflection layer를 형성하고 특성변화를 분석함으로써 최적화하였다.

  • In this study, to develop a light weight duo type aluminum LPG tank in stead of a conventional steel tank optimization technology is used. Two types of optimization method are carried out for internal compression test simulation of a LPG tank. The first is the thickness only optimization of LPG tank components. The second is the thickness and shape optimization. For the case of the thickness only optimization the weight reduction rate of an optimized tank compare to that of the initial design is 42%. Also 48% weight reduction was achieved for the case of the thickness and shape optimization.

  • Purpose : We present a method to reduce this gap and complete the treatment plan, to be made by the re-optimization is performed in the same conditions as the initial treatment plan different from Monaco treatment planning system. Materials and Methods : The optimization is carried in two steps when performing the inverse calculation for volumetric modulated radiation therapy or intensity modulated radiation therapy in Monaco treatment planning system. This study was the first plan with a complete optimization in two steps by performing all of the treatment plan, without changing the optimized condition from Step 1 to Step 2, a typical sequential optimization performed. At this time, the experiment was carried out with a pencil beam and Monte Carlo algorithm is applied In step 2. We compared initial plan and re-optimized plan with the same optimized conditions. And then evaluated the planning dose by measurement. When performing a re-optimization for the initial treatment plan, the second plan applied the step optimization. Results : When the common optimization again carried out in the same conditions in the initial treatment plan was completed, the result is not the same. From a comparison of the treatment planning system, similar to the dose-volume the histogram showed a similar trend, but exhibit different values that do not satisfy the conditions best optimized dose, dose homogeneity and dose limits. Also showed more than 20% different in comparison dosimetry. If different dose algorithms, this measure is not the same out. Conclusion : The process of performing a number of trial and error, and you get to the ultimate goal of treatment planning optimization process. If carried out to optimize the completion of the initial trust only the treatment plan, we could be made of another treatment plan. The similar treatment plan could not satisfy to optimization results. When you perform re-optimization process, you will need to apply the step optimized conditions, making sure the dose distribution through the optimization process.
