정부의 창업 인프라 구축 및 창업 정책이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 실제적으로 창업기업의 성과를 높이기 위하여 기업가 정신과 동적역량이 중요하다. 동적역량은 창업기업의 기회탐색, 자원획득, 자원재구성 능력이며 기업이 성장함에 있어 매우 필요한 역량이다. 본 연구는 창업기업의 기업가정신, 동적역량, 경영성과의 효과와 관계를 검증하는데 중요한 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 창업기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 최종 361개 표본으로 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 기업가정신의 혁신성, 위험감수성, 진취성은 동적역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신의 혁신성과 위험감수성은 경영성과에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 진취성은 유의미하지 않은 결과가 도출되었다. 셋째, 동적역량은 경영성과에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study has examined the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation(EO), dynamic capability(DC) and export performance of international new ventures(INVs). Also, the moderating effect of external environment factors(the hostility at domestic markets and the industrial dynamics) were analysed. Empirical analysis was performed on 101 INVs. It was conducted using the PLS(Partial Least Square). The result of empirical analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between EO, DC and export performance. The result of moderating effect showed that two external environment factors have positive moderating effect on the relationship between EO and DC. However, there was not moderating effect of external environment factors on the relationship between DC and export performance.

This study empirically verified the effect of environmental dynamism on changes in the dynamic and operational capabilities of an enterprise and its innovation performance. With the aim of quantification, the concept and definition of each capability were defined as a hierarchical structure of dynamic and operational capabilities. Five research hypotheses were established through prior research on dynamic capabilities, operational capabilities, innovation performance, and environmental dynamism. For empirical analysis, the hypotheses were verified based on surveys from 300 Korean manufacturing companies. It was shown that Dynamic capabilities had a positive relationship with operational capabilities and operational capabilities had a positive relationship with innovation performance. And it was shown that operational capabilities had a positive relationship with radical innovation in business groups with high environmental dynamism while operating capabilities had a positive relationship with gradual innovation in business groups with low environmental dynamism. Also, the moderating effect of environmental dynamism was not significant in the relationship with dynamic capabilities on operational capabilities. This study is meaningful in that it lays the groundwork for empirically verifying the dynamic capabilities of an enterprise by embodying its dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities into processes, and verifies the effect of environmental change on its capabilities and innovation performance. And it has implications to suggest how an enterprise should transform its capabilities to sustain its competitive advantage in a rapidly changing environment.

The objective of this study is to find out the direction and strategies of dynamic capacity utilization for the strategic supply chain management (SCM), which is an innovative means for enhancing the efficiency of the firm, and to create an optimal management environment for the competitiveness of firms. The market and technology will be able to generate higher business performance when adapting the strategic direction and culture to the formal dynamic capacities possessed by the firm and reflecting the technology related to the dynamic capacities for the strategic SCM in the process. In this study, we empirically analyze the effect of market and technology orientations on the firm performance and how dynamic capacities affects firm performance. The results of this study show that market and technology orientations have positive effects on dynamic capacities and dynamic capacities have positive effect on firm performance. In addition, it is proved that dynamic capacities mediated the relationship between market orientation, technology orientation, and firm performance.

A purpose of this study is to learn about the impact on organizational effectiveness by analyzing the relationship between entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities. Investigation was based on the theory of dynamic capabilities of Teece (2002), and established a research model to study the details accordingly. The research hypothesis is as follows. First, entrepreneurship will have a significant impact on dynamic capability. Second, dynamic capabilities will have a significant impact on organizational effectiveness. Survey was conducted for employees in IT ventures, which was used to analyze 412 additional. The results are as follows. Has had a significant impact on organizational effectiveness is the relationship between entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities. In particular, this shows that a high impact on the organizational effectiveness of the organization's dynamic capabilities are assimilation exploitation capabilities, not the absorptive transformation capability of dynamic capabilities. CEO should actively consider whether the employees of the organization are developing the assimilation exploitation capabilities to make an impact on their organization's effectiveness.

This study analyze whether the organizational learning culture affects the firm's dynamic capacity and whether the dynamic capacity mediates the relationship between organizational learning culture and management performance. Respectively. First, "The more organizational structure is organic, the higher the integrated relocation capacity and learning capacity. Organizations with organic organizational structures were found to have the ability to successfully adapt to external changes because there is a practice that is not tied to formal processing or procedures. Second, it can be seen that there is a positive (+) influence on the relocation capacity among the dynamic competence of the learning culture of the corporate organization. Third, both sub-factors of dynamic competence have positive (+) influence on business performance. Also, there was no mediating effect of dynamic competence related to learning culture.

In a rapidly changing environment, dynamic resources have become important factors for companies, the use of Big Data come into focus new core value of business but researches on the major resources and capabilities of companies are insufficient. In this study, the effect of dynamic capability and entrepreneurial orientation in the SMEs on the intention of Big Data utilization are explored. For the purpose of empirical analysis, the survey condusted of 364 domestic SMEs to analyze the effect of dynamic capability on the intention of Big Data utilization through entrepreneurial orientation, performed a parallel multi-parameter analysis of using SPSS Win Ver.22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.0. The results of hypothesis testing showing that dynamic resources and entrepreneurial orientation had positive influence intention of big data utilization. For the determinants of Big Data utilization related to AI it provide suggestions thereby improving the understanding of dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation and helping to improve the management of SMEs.

This study examined the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance and the mediating effect of exploration/exploitation operational capabilities as well as the moderating effect of exploration/exploitation IT capabilities. The results are as follows: seizing capability and reconfiguration capability had positive effects on incremental and radical innovation performance. Exploration and exploitation operational capability had positive effects on incremental innovation performance. Furthermore, exploration operation capability had a positive effect on radical innovation performance. 'Exploration operational capability-exploration IT capability' had moderating effects on 'exploration operational capability-exploitation IT capability', and 'exploitation operational capability-exploitation IT capability' on incremental innovation performance. Lastly, 'exploration operational capability-exploration IT capability' had a significant mediating effect on radical innovation performance. This study is the first empirical research that divides the effects of dynamic capabilities into direct and indirect effects, and the operational/IT capabilities into exploration and exploitation.. Dynamic and operational capabilities play a complementary role in adapting and evolving companies.

The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of fitness among entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities and innovation activities on business performance. A survey was conducted and analyzed on small & medium manufacturing companies in Korea with the following result of the study. First, the fitness of entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities, the fitness of dynamic capabilities and innovation activities, the fitness of entrepreneurship and innovation activities have a significant effect on business performance respectively. Second, the fitness of all the three variables also has a significant positive effect on the performance. Additional path analysis shows that dynamic capabilities and innovation activities have mediating roles between entrepreneurship and business performance. The results imply that not only each of the entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, and innovation activities has a positive effect on business performance but also the three factors in harmony have a synergic positive effect on the business performance.

In this study, the performance of the technological innovation of small and medium enterprises is divided into short-term aspects of technological innovation and long-term aspects of ambidextrous innovation, and the effects of dynamic capabilities affecting these achievements are explored. For the purpose of conducting empirical analysis, the survey conducted a survey of 219 small businesses belonging to various industries, and dynamic capabilities performed a parallel multi-parameter analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of technological innovation performance, including exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. Through this study, it aims to understand the dynamic capabilities of the small and midsize enterprises and provide suggestions on how to manage of the company, thereby improving the understanding of dynamic capabilities and helping to improve the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
