Reinforcement Tasks for the Competitiveness of the Traditional Markets - A Case Study of the Jeju Province - (전통시장 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책적 과제- 제주지역을 중심으로 한 사례 연구 -)

  • Just as traditional markets nationwide, traditional markets in Jeju area also face a crisis due to expansion of new distribution channel and price competitiveness of large distribution companies. There are various support programs currently being carried out to prevent all risk factors of the traditional markets as government policies. But, these programs have failed to bring a positive change due to lack of specialized products of the traditional market, lack of systematic marketing and customer management, lack of market vendors' consciousness reformation. The purpose of this study is to prepare political measures to promote the revitalization of traditional markets in Jeju area and overcome these limits. To achieve this, this study analyzed the conditions of traditional markets in Jeju area and presented the specialization of items and service for each traditional market, establishment of growth strategies in connection with tourist industry and reinforcement of marketing competitiveness as measures to create a synergy effect.

The Chinese Characters Learning Contents Based on Gesture Recognition Using HMM Algorithm (HMM을 이용한 제스처 인식 기반 한자 학습 콘텐츠)

  • In this paper, we proposed a contents of Chinese characters learning based on gesture recognition using HMM(hidden markov model) algorithm. Input image of the system is obtained in 3-dimensional information from the TOF camera, and the method of gesture recognition is consisted of part of forecasting user's posture in two infrared images and part of recognizing gestures from continuous poses. In the communication between human and computer, this system provided convenience that user can manipulate it easily by not using any further equipment but action. Because this system raise immersion and interest by using two large display and various multimedia factor, it can maximize information transmission. The edutainment Chinese character contents proposed in this paper provide educational effect that use can master Chinese character naturally with interest, and it can be expected a synergy effect via content experience because it is based on gesture recognition.

  • Traffic risks in fairway and harbour area increase lately according to be a sharpe change of ship's size and speed. It becomes hot issue to design a fairway, which's width is important to lower traffic risk and ensure navigational safety. The current design making a fairway and width do not focus on maneuvering motion of a large ship, but traffic risks are clear on reflecting the design of fairway, specially on width. To contact with these problems, this research proposes how to determine fairway' width in consideration of traffic volume. it suggests several situations of marine traffic congestion as like narrow channel and harbour area. here uses 162 simulations in MTS Ver.1 developed. Acquired simulation's results, environmental stress dates, figure in a model that relates with required fairway' width and allowable traffic volume. In added, suggested model compares current design with an width.

  • 21세기에 들어 홍수의 규모가 대형화 되었고, 그 발생빈도 및 강도도 증가하고 있다. 최근에는 지구온난화가 지속화되면서 전 세계적으로 높은 강도의 기상이변들이 속출하고 있고, 이러한 이상기후에 따른 태풍, 집중호우 등의 대규모 호우로 인해 댐 및 제방 등의 수공구조물 붕괴와 같은 비상상황이 초래 될 수 있다. 이와 같은 피해들을 통해 홍수 침수 범위의 예측, 분석을 통한 홍수위험 및 다양한 홍수위험지도 작성의 필요성이 대두되었고, 실제로 국가 차원의 홍수위 험지도가 제작되고 있다. 특히, 홍수 위험도 분석에 있어서 홍수에 노출된 지역의 인구수, 홍수에 노출된 지역에서의 경제적 활동의 형태, 홍수가 발생했을 때 2차적 피해를 불러올 수 있는 설비 등을 나타내는 홍수 취약도(Flood Vulnerability)에 대한 정량적 평가는 홍수위험지표 및 홍수위험강도 등에 의한 Flood Risk 개념을 기반으로 한 홍수위험지도 제작을 위해 매우 중요한 사항이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 홍수취약도 산정방법은 방법론적인 면에 있어 다소 단순하고, 직관에 의한 위험도의 분류가 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 또한 취약도 지표의 산정과정이 전문가의 의견에 의존하는 경우가 많아 홍수 취약도 선정과정과 가중치 결정과정에 전문가들의 주관이 개입되는 등 홍수위험지표의 정량화에 어려움을 겪는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 문제를 극복하기 위해 Flood Risk Mapping 기술의 적용에 있어 중요한 요소인 홍수취약도를 다기준의사결정법에 의해 산정하고, 국내 낙동강 유역에 대해 행정구역별로 세분화된 홍수위험지도 제작을 위한 취약도 지표를 산정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다기준의사결정법중의 하나 인 PROMEETEE와 ELECTRE를 이용하여 민감도, 노출도, 저감성 지표를 낙동강 유역에 대해 정량화하여 도시하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 홍수위험지표 및 지수들의 결합에 대한새로운 방법론을 제시하고, 그에 따른 지도화 기법을 확립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Cloud storage system that cloud computing providers provides large amounts of data storage and processing of cloud computing is a key component. Large vendors (such as Facebook, YouTube, Google) in the mass sending of data through the network quickly and easily share photos, videos, documents, etc. from heterogeneous devices, such as tablets, smartphones, and the data that is stored in the cloud storage using was approached. At time, growth and development of the globally data, the cloud storage business model emerging is getting. Analysis new network storage cloud storage services concepts and technologies, including data manipulation, storage virtualization, data replication and duplication, security, cloud computing core.

  • The initial urban railway was only required to perform its role as means of transportation. As the time of staying in an underground platform was extended, it has been faced with the issues of environmental improvement as a living space. Therefore, the sliding automatic door, which is the basis of the screen door, is used widely for large distribution stores, hospitals, restaurants, and public offices for customers' convenience and as a convenient method to control access. Therefore, screen doors are required for the purpose of customers' convenience, securing safety, establishing pleasant station buildings, and energy savings. It would be also necessary to develop the optimal design technology for a screen door system through the design of element parts and to ensure reliability. Therefore, this paper calculated, interpreted, and verified the theoretical weight of the composition parts to verify the design drive hardness of the motor for screen doors necessary for the safety of subways.

Assessment on the Possibility of Increase of SB5-B Small Car Impact Velocity (SB5-B 소형차 충돌속도의 상향 가능성 평가)

  • Satisfying the large car impact condition of the high level SB5-B for "SMART Highway" longitudinal barriers, the possibility of increase of the small car impact velocity from 120km/h to 130km/h was investigated. Through computer simulation using input parameters calibrated to full-scale crash test results, various longitudinal semi-rigid barrier models were improved such that for the small car impact speed of 120km/h the change of longitudinal and transverse velocities of the impact vehicle can satisfy the THIV limit. The barrier model determined through this process satisfied the performance assessment criteria for SB5-B impact conditions. Varying the wing angle of slip block-outs of the passed barrier model, the possibility of increase of the small car impact velocity was investigated by FEA and a full-scale crash test was conducted. It has been shown that the possibility to increase the small car impact speed to 130km/h is high if the test facility condition for 130km/h impact velocity is better equipped.

The Quality Change and Storage Life of 'Fuyu' Persimmon Chill-injured in Tree (저온피해 단감의 대형포장 저장에 따른 품질 변화)

  • The quality changes of 'Fuyu' persimmon fruits chill-injured on tree with different time periods were evaluated during storage of 6 weeks at $0^{\circ}C$. There was no significant difference among treatments in the weight loss, which increased with storage time. Firmness was found to be very important factor determining the quality level of persimmon fruit during the storage. The increased chill-injured period decreased the firmness, indicating the rapid fruit softening. While the firmness of the persimmons not exposed to chill-injured condition was not changed significantly during the storage period, the firmness of persimmon fruits chill-injured for 1, 3, and 5 days decreased from 26.7, 16.1, 10.8 N to 18.2, 12.22, and 5.8 N for 6 weeks. The total solids content and total acidity did not significantly change during the storage period. The amount of ethylene production from the chill-injured fruits was almost 2 times higher than that without low temperature injury. The results indicated that persimmon fruit injured by low temperature exposure directly affected to the changes of its ethylene production and firmness during storage.

  • The LCM (Linear Cutting Machine) test is one of the most powerful and reliable methods for designing the disc cutter and for predicting the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) performance. It has an advantage to predict the actual load on disc cutter from the laboratory test on the real-size large rock samples, however, it also has a disadvantage to transport and/or prepare the large rock samples and to need an extra cost for experiment. In order to overcome this problem, lots of numerical studies have been performed. In this study, the PFC3D (Particle Flow Code in 3 Dimension) has been adopted for numerical analysis on optimum cutter spacing and failure aspects of Busan Tuff. The optimum cutting condition with s/p ratio of 16 and minimum specific energy of $14MJ/m^3$ was derived from numerical analyses. The cutter spacing for Busan Tuff had the good agreements with those of LCM test and numerical analysis by finite element method.

Girth Welding Procedure and Mechanical Properties of Gas Pipeline (가스배관 원주자동용접 공정 개발 및 기계적 특성 평가)

  • 파이프라인을 건설함에 있어 가장 중요한 기술이 배관 용접기술이다. 즉 파이프와 파이프를 연결하는 작업이 공사 진척도를 결정하기 때문에, 이를 얼마나 경제적으로 신속하게 수행해 나가느냐하는 것은 건설기간 및 건설비용을 결정하는 핵심 요소이다. 가스배관 시공 원주용접 방법은 여러 가지 있는데, 현재 국내에서는 전량 수동용접을 채택하고 있다. 이 방법은 국내 가스배관을 건설한 초기부터 적용해온 것으로 우수한 품질을 확보할 수 있으며, 취약한 국내 자동화기술과 열악한 도로 매설 시공여건에서 적용하기 용이한 방안이다. 그러나 우수한 용접기량을 보유한 용접사가 점차 부족해지고, 배관시공 시간을 단축하고 비용을 줄이기 위한 필요성이 점차 커지면서 이를 해결할 수 있는 기술로서 자동원주용접방안이 있다. 이 기술들은 해외 가스배관에 이미 오래전부터 적용되어 용접부위 신뢰성과 품질 우수성을 확보하고 시공비용절감을 달성하고 있다. 자동용접을 적용하기 위해서는 용접절차를 수립하여 절차인증시험을 수행하고, 기존방안과 동일이상의 품질이 확보되며 효율성을 겸비해야만 한다. 국가 기본에너지의 안정적인 공급을 위해 적기 시공이 필요하고, 1 km당 10 억원 이상이 소요되는 배관시공비용 중 약 1/3이 용접비파괴검사 비용인 점을 감안할 때 품질이 확보되면서 경제적인 시공방안이 있다면 이를 적용하는 것이 국가 산업 경제적 측면에서 필요한 일이다. 이와 관련된 연구에서는 국내 가스배관 원주용접에 적용 가능한 용접공정을 검토하고, 용접절차를 수립하여 절차인증시험을 수행하였으며, 추가로 배관 원주 자동용접부위에 대한 기계적 특성 평가를 실시하였다. 현재 국내 건설여건과 비파괴검사 기준을 만족시키고 안전성과 효율성을 겸비한 방법으로는 초층과 2층은 수동 GTAW를 적용하고 나머지 층은 반자동 FCAW를 적용하는 방안이 적절한 것으로 판단된다. 전 층을 자동 GTAW로 용접하는 방안은 품질은 확보되지만 효율성측면에서 대형배관에는 적용하기 어려울 것으로 보이며, 해외에서 많이 사용되는 자동 GMAW 방안은 국내 비파괴검사기준을 만족시키기 어려워 검토대상에서 제외하였다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지 용접방법에 대한 용접공정개발과정과 원주용접부위 기계적 특성을 검토하여 최적방안을 제시하고자 한다.
