This study examines the university students majoring in culinary arts to survey the recognition levels of culinary arts education for the purpose of searching for a development plan for culinary education. A survey was conducted to 407 students in a cooking and food service program. To achieve the purpose of this study, SPSS 17.0, a statistics program, was used for a descriptive analysis, a frequency analysis, and a factor analysis. In this study, we have developed a device to measure educational service quality which can be applied to the place of higher education, and factors that determine educational service quality are dragged through this device. In addition, this research identifies which statistically significant factors play a part in overall satisfaction and interprets 26 quality attributes using importance-satisfaction transformed index. The interest and necessity of culinary arts education was very high while the performance degree was considered insufficient. In conclusion, if chances are given to display achievement of desire self-directly through increasing practical training, development and application of various programs, operation of open practice classes and curriculum organization reflecting social changes in the education courses, the culinary arts education will be considered to be more vitalized.

A variety of Web Services are being existences based on the development of the Internet. Especially, e-Learning services in the Universities make the temporal and spatial constraints overcome, and e-Learning services have gained great popularity to the students who use because those provide various convenience and usefulness. e-Learning studies have been actively performed based on the spread of e-Learning in the various industries. A number of studies suggest the diffusion plan of e-Learning applying the Technology Acceptance Model studies. Those studies focused on the ease of use and usefulness of e-Learning. The explanation about educational contents perspectives, which is the key factor in e-Learning, is very weak. Therefore, this study suggested the strategy for spreading the e-Learning adoption through in terms of e-Learning educational contents and trust perspectives. This research results would provide the strategic implications to boost the e-Learning adoption in the various universities in terms of e-Learning educational contents and trust perspectives.

As a result of the this exploratory study the main results show that the factors affecting the satisfaction of non-face-to-face class learning of graduate students in Education were social presence, perceived easy to use, and information service quality. Secondly, the factors affecting the learning persistence were perceived usefulness and social presence, but perceived usefulness's influence was relatively small. Next, it was found that the subjective satisfaction of graduate students of education did not significantly affect their intention to continue learning persistence. Lastly, learning satisfaction and learning persistence had a positive effect on the intention to recommend to others. Through the this empirical analysitics study it demonstrate the factors such as attitudes, feelings, and friendliness toward non-face-to-face online classes perceived by graduate students in Education.

Purpose: This study is on the priority for improving students satisfaction in university educational service. It explores the dimension of service quality and analyzes the relationship among quality elements, service satisfaction, and loyalty. Methods: This paper performs empirical studies by questionnaire survey. The Timko model is used for finding the degree of possible improvement of quality elements, and structural equation and regression models are used to analyze the effect of them on service satisfaction and loyalty. Also, explanatory factor analysis is used to investigate the quality determinants. Results: The quality dimension is composed of curriculum, employment support, interaction with outsiders, start-up support, learning support, counselling, and administration service. Curriculum, learning support, and administration service are positively correlated with service satisfaction, and service satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Counselling service is an attractive element, and curriculum, start-up support, and learning support are indifferent elements. Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis shows that curriculum, academic advisor, and administration service have high priorities for improving educational service satisfaction.

Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the values and meanings of university libraries and library catalog in the learning activities of Korean college students. Discussed in details are unique features in their library use behavior and catalog search behavior, and critical factors influencing their behavioral characteristics. A qualitative approach was employed for data collection and analysis. Intensive interviews were conducted with 30 students, also utilized was tight and close observation of their library search behavior. The result of this study is on identifying the underlying reasons why Korean students use their libraries and catalogs in a passive and limited manner.

Nowadays, first objectives of business activity is to develop competitive power by means of satisfying customer's needs. So, it is necessary to educate and train personnel in call-center in order to develop their job ability and latent ability. Especially departments of call-marketing or tele-marketing in domestic university have established for support of professionals had systematic and professional abilities In this paper, we analyze curricula in university for training call-center. Also, we analyze important subjects in similar departments of university and course descriptions based on educational objectives in college and university.

최근 대용량 모바일 트래픽을 효율적으로 처리하고 다양한 5세대 지식 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 차세대 이동통신 기술개발을 목표로 중추 네트워크라는 개념이 고려되고 있다. 중추 네트워크에서는 시스템 용량을 기존 이동통신 시스템 대비 크게 증대시키기 위하여 밀리미터파 대역에서 넓은 대역폭을 사용하고 빔형성 기술을 통하여 무선자원을 재사용한다. 그러나 밀리미터파 대역은 직진성이 매우 강하기 때문에 비가시거리 통신영역에서 통신 품질이 급격히 저하되는 문제점이 발생하며, 이를 해결하기 위해 중추 네트워크에서는 적절한 위치에 중계기를 설치하여 비가시거리 통신영역을 최소화하는 것을 고려한다. 본 연구에서는 기지국 및 중계기 위치에 따른 중추 네트워크의 성능을 분석하기 위해 개발된 시스템 레벨 시뮬레이터를 소개한다. 본 시뮬레이터는 중추 네트워크의 통신영역과 채널용량을 분석 및 연구하는데 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Improving lecture quality is very necessary for the service quality of education in universities, enterprises and education institutes. The student lecture evaluation survey data is a good tool for measuring lecture quality and have been often analyzed by simple statistical methods. This study presents an intelligent lecture quality improvement method that can improve student's overall satisfaction and performance by analyzing student lecture evaluation survey data. The method uses SOFM (Self-Organizing Feature Map) neural network and C4.5 to find the patterns in student's satisfaction and performance more correctly and then decide what to change in the lecture for the improvement of student's satisfaction and performance. We apply the proposed method to an enterprise lecture in Korea. We can find that it can improve the quality of an enterprise lecture by changing total lecture time, lecture material and organization of lecture schedule to be necessary improvements.

Recently, broadcasting technologies have evolved as high-quality AV services such as domestic terrestrial UHD(Ultra-High Definition) broadcasting have been increasing, and broadcasting standards have been newly defined. Also, as network technology develops, contents are consumed not only in the country but also the world. Accordingly, content insertion technology, which is a method of providing suitable contents in accordance with the national and local environments, will be needed. This paper proposes a content insertion service system model and synchronization scheme using ATSC(Advanced Television Systems Committee) 3.0 Event Signaling standard under heterogeneous network environment of broadcasting network and internet network based on transmission standard DASH(Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP)/ROUTE(Real time Object delivery Over Unidirectional Transport) and MMT(MPEG Media Transport) of terrestrial UHD broadcasting. It also verifies that the service operates in an environment that meets the broadcast standard.
