  • 본 연구의 목적은 급변하고 있는 대학교육의 발전 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 교육을 서비스품질 관점에서 바라볼 때, 대학은 고객중심적인(학생중심적인) 서비스 품질 제공 노력이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 대학교육서비스 품질개념의 틀을 기존의 이론을 통해서 도출하였다. 이를 통해서 대학발전방향의 요인들을 제시하고 고객(학생)이 자발적으로 행동하는 유발 서비스 차원을 제시하기로 한다. 이를 위해 동기부여의 이론에 대하여 고찰하기로 한다.

  • 캠퍼스 중심의 정규 대학 연구가 급격히 감소될 것으로 예상되면서 대학도 매우 치열한 경쟁 체계를 벗어 날 수 없게 되었다. 이에 다양한 매체를 적용하는 학습방법과 학생의 개념을 다양화하려는 대학들의 노력이 강화됨에 따라 대학 서비스의 핵심인 교육서비스와 행정서비스에 대한 품질 향상은 매우 중요한 과제가 되었다. 본 연구는 대학 서비스의 핵심 중 하나인 행정 서비스를 중심으로 서비스 제공자가 인식한 서비스 품질과 서비스 이용자가 인식한 서비스 품질의 수준이 직무 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 분석하였다 또한 서비스 제공자가 인식하는 서비스 제공 품질과 서비스 이용자가 인식한 서비스 사용 품질에 관한 두 인식의 차이를 고찰하였다.

An Evaluation of Service Quality in University Library Using Structural Equation Modeling (구조방정식 모형을 이용한 대학도서관 서비스 품질 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate service quality of university library using structural equation modeling. The case study was selected from the library of a local university. The result of the study shows that the factors that effected a lot on service quality of university library are information control, a location of library and a degree of service influence. In conclusion of the results, university libraries should put an effort on strengthening the service quality.

  • The purpose of this study was to study the quality of service, student satisfaction, and university image of the university sports center as part of the university education service in order to find necessary marketing measures to secure university competitiveness. To this end, we used the convenience sampling method for sports centers of three universities in the Seoul metropolitan area. and analyzed the final 326 copies, excluding 24 questionnaires out of a total of 350 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that the geographical, human and convenience factors of the university's sports center affect student satisfaction. Second, it was found that the facility and convenience factors of the university sports center affect the university image. Third, it was revealed that the university sports center's satisfaction with the quality of its service affected the university image.

  • 본 연구는 교육시장 환경의 변화로 경쟁적 상황에 처한 대학의 운영방향을 제시하기 위해서 주로 일반 서비스산업에서 서비스 품질 측정에 적용되어 오던 SERVPERF를 기초로 교육 서비스 품질을 확장하여 측정하였다. 또한 대학교육서비스 마케팅모형 구축의 결정요인을 교육서비스 품질, 학생만족, 재입학의도 및 구전효과 등으로 보고 이들 간의 구조적 인과관계를 통합적으로 분석 검토함으로써 대학에게 급변하는 교육환경에 능동적으로 대응하고 경쟁력 있는 양질의 교육 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 대학교육서비스 마케팅 모형을 검증하려는데 그 목적을 두었다. 분석결과 SERVPERF에 기초한 기본모형에 결과 질이 추가된 26개 항목의 교육 서비스 품질 항목확장모형이 우수성이 입증되어 본 연구에서 제시된 SERVPERF의 확장 척도가 일반 서비스 산업 뿐만 아니라 교육 서비스 품질의 측정에도 사용이 가능하다는 것을 입증하였으며 더불어 결과의 질의 중요성을 확인하였다. 또한 전반적 교육 서비스 품질이 학생만족 및 재입학의도와 구전효과 간의 인과관계를 통합적으로 분석한 결과, 전반적 교육서비스 품질은 현대 마케팅의 지향점인 학생만족의 선행변수로서 학생만족, 재입학의도, 구전효과에 직접적인 영향력을 미치고 학생만족은 재입학의도 및 긍정적인 구전효과에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 재입학의도 또한 구전효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 인과관계를 확인 할 수 있었다.

Impact of University Service Quality and Familiarity on Recommendation Intention : Focusing on Chinese Foreign Students (대학 서비스품질과 친숙성이 추천의도에 미치는 영향: 중국인 유학생을 대상으로)

  • This study empirically analyzed impacts of interaction quality and physical environmental quality on university recommendation intention of Chinese international students in Korea. In addition this study analyzed a direct impact of familiarity toward Korea on university recommendation intention, and a moderating impact of familiarity toward Korea on the relationship among interaction quality, physical environmental quality, and university recommendation intentions of Chinese international students in Korea. For empirical analysis, this study collected 204 questionnaires in final from Chinese international students currently living in the KyungBuk province. The analysis result was that all three antecedents interaction quality, physical environmental quality, and familiarity toward Korea positively affect university recommendation intention. And the familiarity to Korea positively moderated the relationship between physical environmental quality and university recommendation intentions. Finally, this study suggested academic and practical implications.

A Study on the Evaluation Factors on Korean University Education for Promoting Educational Service Export from the Perspective of Chinese Student in Korea (교육서비스수출 촉진을 위한 한국 대학교육 평가요인에 관한 연구: 중국인 유학생 관점에서)

  • The survey was conducted by Chinese students who currently attend universities for the purpose of evaluating factors that determine the quality of educational services of universities in Korea. Three public universities and five private universities in Kyungsang province were surveyed for the purpose of this study with standardized questionnaires. The study raised questions on four different fronts: 1) Is there a difference in the importance of evaluation factors by Chinese student's on the quality of educational services between public universities and private ones? 2) Is there a difference in the degree of satisfaction felt by Chinese students who attend public universities or private ones? 3) Are there any significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services? 4) How different the relative influence of evaluation factors has on satisfaction with the quality of educational services for overall Korean university system? The results of this study showed that there was no statistical difference in signification in the importance of evaluation factors on the quality of educational services between public universities and private universities. Only the relationship factor in criteria four had an effect on satisfaction with quality of educational services between public and private universities. There were significant differences in the importance of evaluation factors and satisfaction with the quality of educational services. Chinese students determined that professor's lectureship as the most important factor, and is the ultimate deciding factor whether they attend a public or private university. It should be noted that studying and knowledge are primary concerns to them. Improvements in the quality of educational services in area of lectureship, physical education facilities, relationship, and administrative services are essential and crucially important for Korean universities in order to attract foreign students and to enhance their competitiveness in the global setting.

A Quality Control Model for Shared University in Service Era (서비스시대 공유대학 품질관리모델 연구)

  • This study suggests a way to implement shared economic model of educational service in service era. As most shared economic models are innovating high-cost, low-quality structures in existing economies, there is a need for innovation models that improve high-cost low-quality structures to high-quality, low-cost structures in education services. Especially, since higher education and lifelong education are in urgent need of innovation, this study studied shared university model focused on higher education and lifelong education. In order to provide educational services at low cost and high quality, it is necessary to use idle resources, so it is necessary to introduce a shared economic model. Shared universities require a more efficient and effective supplier quality control, as the existing limited supplier group become widespread. Normative quality control is also needed to cultivate students as competent talent. In addition, in order to provide high-quality higher education services at a low cost, it is necessary to base the process quality management using advanced science and technology. Therefore, educational service quality management is a process of quality control that is well-balanced in terms of suppliers, customers, and processes.

  • 기업환경변화와 고객의 욕구증대로 인해 품질의 중요성이 강조되는 상창에서 종합적 품질경영(TQM)의 개념을 도입하고자 하는 노력이 제조업 뿐 아니라 서비스 부문, 공공부문, 의료부문 등으로 확대되는 상황이다. 특히 교육품질에 연구가 선진국을 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있는데 무형적인 특성을 가진 교육의 품질특성들을 측정하고 이를 개선하기 위한 전략적 방안 등을 강구하고 있다. 따라서 TQM의 기본 개념을 알아보고 우리나라 대학교육에 대한 적용가능성을 타진해보기 위한 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육의 서비스 품질에 대한 구체적인 측정요인을 개발하는 것이다. 문헌조사를 통해 기존의 대학교육품질 측정문항들을 벤치마킹 하였으며 대학생 집단과 문항들을 검토하여 32개 문항을 확정하고 이를 224명의 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 요인분석을 실시하여 대학의 서비스 품질측정요인을 도출하였다.

A Study on Influences of Academic Library Service Quality on the Satisfaction and the Loyalty of Users (대학도서관의 서비스 품질이 이용자 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the casual relationships of the service qualify, the satisfaction of the users, and the loyalty of the users on the academic libraries. The study develops a model and a hypothesis based on the previous researches, and testifies through multiple regressions and path analysis using questionnaires from 266 academic library users(undergraduate students and graduate students) in the C University. The result of this study is summarized as the following: the service qualifies of e-service, contents, and librarians significantly influences the satisfaction of the users-undergraduate students on the qualifies of library space/environment and contents, and graduate students on the qualities of e-service and librarian. The satisfaction of the users and the quality of e-service are the variables that influence the loyalty of the users. The quality of e-service is an important variable that influence both the satisfaction and the loyalty of the users in academic libraries.
