The present study is to investigate the elements of e-learning strategies affecting the levels of participation, achievement and satisfaction for learners who participated in the university blended learning environment. For this, 58 subjects were recruited who participated in the blended learning class at K university. E-learning strategies, achievement and satisfaction levels were measured for data collection, and the level of participation was measured by analyzing the LMS log-in database. For data analysis, first, means and standard deviation were computed to find the level of e-learning strategies of the subjects. Second, linear regression analysis was conducted to find the e-learning strategies that could estimate the levels of achievement, participation and satisfaction. As a result, variables to estimate the achievement level included time management strategy and overload management strategy. Variables to estimate the participation level included self-directed strategy, time management strategy and overload management strategy. Finally, variables to estimate the satisfaction level included multiple discussion management strategy, asynchronous management strategy and sociality. Based on these estimated variables, the author suggested some ideas to increase the educational effectiveness.

Deep learning has recently achieved remarkable results in the field of medical imaging. However, as a deep learning network becomes deeper to improve its performance, it becomes more difficult to interpret the processes within. This can especially be a critical problem in medical fields where diagnostic decisions are directly related to a patient's survival. In order to solve this, explainable artificial intelligence techniques are being widely studied, and an attention mechanism was developed as part of this approach. In this paper, attention techniques are divided into two types: post hoc attention, which aims to analyze a network that has already been trained, and trainable attention, which further improves network performance. Detailed comparisons of each method, examples of applications in medical imaging, and future perspectives will be covered.

The educational exchange through e-learning is working very well in such case as develop e-learning, development of various learning tools, cooperative practical use of e-learning contents, etc. However because there were no considerations of LMS(Learning Management System) interconnection when each systems were developed, the exchange through e-learning is starting to raise a problem. Especially the exchange through e-learning between university produced problem for a variety of reasons by absence of direct exchange in every case such as communication of students information, communication of lecture information, etc. Hence in this thesis, I will present designed model about efficient LMS interconnection through analysis case of exchange through e-learning and deduce problem. In the first place I define essential part for study such as lecture establishment data, lecture data, user data, class data, student learning tracking to interconnection data, then constituted data interconnection table used view by data interconnection prcess. By experiment result, the accessibility between students and professors was more convenience, and decreased work process by less data exchange. Henceforth there are researches in development of various essential parts for study, considered security of LMS interconnection.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of intrinsic motivation and e-learning strategies on nursing students' learning satisfaction in blended e-learning environment. Method: The survey was performed with 111 undergraduate nursing students who have taken community health nursing in 1 university. The data was collected by questionnaires and were analyzed with the IBM SPSS statistics 20.0, using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results: The mean score for intrinsic motivation was 3.25, for e-learning strategies, 3.56, and for learning satisfaction, 3.69. Significant positive correlation among intrinsic motivation, e-learning strategies, and learning satisfaction. The regression model explained 41.4% of learning satisfaction. Both intrinsic motivation and e-learning strategies were significant predictor of learning satisfaction. Conclusion: In order to improve the learners' learning achievement and learning satisfaction in blended e-learning environment, intrinsic motivation should be strengthen and e-learning strategies should be developed.

In this paper, we design an ontology which provides interoperability by integrating typical metadata specifications and defines concepts and semantic relations between concepts that are used to describe metadata for learning objects in university courses. And we organize a hierarchical structured e-Learning system for efficient retrieval of learning objects on many local storages that use different specifications to describe metadata and propose a query processing method based on inferences. The proposed e-Learning system can provide more accurate and satisfactory retrieval service by using the designed ontology because both learning objects that be directly connected to user queries and deduced learning objects that be semantically connected to them are retrieved.

The purpose of this research was to investigate factors influencing learning outcomes and effects of self-directed learning ability and motivation on learning satisfaction of nursing students in blended learning environment. A survey was used, and the subjects were 140 undergraduate students participated in Adult Nursing lesson at D University. Data collected from 9 to 14 June, 2014. There were no significant differences among general characteristics. Self-directed learning ability and learning satisfaction had significant correlations with each other (r=.25, p=.003). Self-directed learning ability was significantly associated with learning satisfaction, explaining 22.1% of the variance (F=20.74, p<.001). The results suggest that further research is needed to consider self-directed learning ability of students and to test the advantages of blended learning in developing contents in blended learning.

This study investigates strategies to increase learning efficiency for programming subjects to which flipped learning teaching method is applied targeting non-major students. Design a learner-centered flipped learning-based programming class and get strategies for effective application methods for field application. Also, the purpose is to explore the efficient application of the flipped learning teaching method to the computational thinking subject of liberal arts classes at this university. By applying the flipped learning teaching method, one of the innovative teaching methods, we consider ways to improve the quality of programming subject classes, the efficiency of practical education, and the improvement of learner achievement. The purpose of this study is to design an efficient learning model for software education targeting non-majors by applying various teaching methods and learning design models convergence away from the traditional teaching method.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of attachment across an individual's lifespan. The present study explored how mother attachment in childhood influences adult student's major satisfaction and examined the mediating effect of self-esteem between mother attachment and major satisfaction. Participants were 529 adult students enrolled in S Cyber University. They answered a questionnaire about their present self-esteem level, attachment to their mother in childhood, and major satisfaction. By using SEM analysis, this study found that adult students' self-esteem completely mediated between their childhood attachment to their mother and their major satisfaction in adulthood. This result indicates influences of a secure attachment and positive self-esteem on major satisfaction of e-learning adult students.

This study was conducted as an need analysis through close and open semi-structured surveys, in order to identify the adaptive elements of the adaptive e-learning system. The study was conducted on students majoring computer education in teacher's college. In terms of the process of the need analysis, Rossett Model was applied. For the research method, responses on the open questionnaire were analyzed. In terms of the analysis method, coding was used to extract the theme of the content, and through the constant comparison method, categorizing took place. As the element that offers adaption in the adaptive learning system, it escapes from the existing learning style, and recognized the importance of providing adaptability for different elements such as the learner's level, learning objectives, and learning contents. Especially, An instructional model was identified as an important element that helps reach rationality as well as efficiently conduct the learning objectives.

In this study, our purpose was to develop the metadata elements for archiving e-learning content being generated by universities. In order to achieve this goal, we first examined the current status of e-learning content providing services both domestically and overseas and then compared each standard for metadata for e-learning content built for educational purposes. We found that KEM (Korea Education Metadata) 3.0, a server being provided by KOCW (Korea Open CourseWare), does not currently accommodate the metadata elements for archiving. In this study, we extended and added the scope of metadata elements for archiving based on KEM 3.0. We also tried to build up metadata for archiving the e-learning content provided based on KEM 3.0+. As a result of this study, a basis for archiving elLearning content is expected to be founded.
