Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the simulation-based cooperation program on self-efficacy, social problem-solving ability and college life adjustment of health college students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design was used. Sixty-eight students were in the experimental group receiving the simulation-based cooperation program, and 68 were in the control group with no treatment. Results: There were significant increases in self-efficacy(z=-4.70, p<.001) and college life adjustment(t=2.03, p<.05) in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, there was no difference in the social problem-solving ability (z=-1.87, p=.061) between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the simulation-based cooperation program has a significant effect on improving self-efficacy and college life adjustment in health college students. Thus the simulation-based cooperation program to promote the social problem-solving ability needs to be more developed and research related with cooperation program is further needed.

The purpose of this study is to design smart learning based extracurricular program of the university and to analyze the effect of core competencies. This program was formed by 10 teams with S and K University in Seoul, and run a daily camp format to use smart devices and apps. As a result, the participating students, communication skill, self-directed and creativity increased significantly. In addition, the educational effects of this program was positive changes in the areas of 'communication', 'self-directed', 'cooperative learning', 'problem solving' in the focus group interview. And the students responded that the use of smart devices and apps help to immerse in the program and increase their interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest new models and implications for the extracurricular program. In the future, we hope to develop the various smart learning based extracurricular programs for enhancing the competencies.

In the recent changes in the museum industry, one trend that can be observed is museums' attempt to expand their role scope from the collection and preservation of historically valuable materials to utilization and recreation through the introduction of the concept of an archive for museum data management and utilization. Data generated by the experience program at the university museum is expected to grow in size and increase the value of use, but there has been no area where records management for the experience program has been systematically established and operated. Therefore, this study conducted a survey on the operation status of domestic and foreign university museum experience programs and the person in charge of them. Based on the analysis of the results, it proposed a method for handling the records of the university museum experience program to systematically collect related records and manage them efficiently.

The university bachelor's system is based on autonomy, but due to the rigid academic structure, it is not appropriate to respond to changes in social demand. Recently, universities are pursuing diversification of their bachelor's system. With the introduction of various majors (linkage major, convergence major, autonomic major, and self-design major), efforts are being made to nurture convergence talent based on mutual linkages between major and departments. This study introduces the design and operation process of 'Global Creative Convergence Major' which the four universities of Chungcheong region promoted as a union. In particular, it derives the key elements of each step and presents the operating model and implications based on the main features. Convergence major operation model constitutes educational system (talent award, educational goal, competency factor, curriculum) through linkage between specialization areas of universities. The competency elements contain creative competence, convergence competency, problem solving competency, and global competency.

최근 LNG 선박에 승무할 인력의 심각한 부족이 예상되고 있는 가운데, 국내는 물론 국외에서도 인력양성을 위한 교육훈련센터의 개설 등 활발한 움직임이 보이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 독자적으로 개발한 교육훈련 프로그램에 입각하여 교육생을 모집하고 있으며, 따라서 세계적으로 통일된 높은 수준의 교육훈련을 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이 발표에서는 국제해사대학연합의 LNG 활동의 일환으로 추진된 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터의 개요와 센터에서 개발된 표준 교육훈련 프로그램에 대하여 설명하고자 하며, 이러한 교육훈련과정이 향후 전세계 LNG 교육훈련의 표준을 정립하는데 초석이 되도록 노력하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to present a guide for the development of research data management education programs for researchers affiliated with domestic universities and research institutions. In order to present the relevant program guide, first, we investigated and analyzed educational programs for overseas research data management. The educational programs studied and analyzed are RDMRose, RDMLA, DataONE, Digital Research Alliance of Canada, NNLM, PARTHENOS and Coursera. In addition, in order to confirm the appropriateness of the education program, it was reviewed through the detailed competency of data literacy researched in Korea. As a result of the review, most of the detailed competencies for data literacy were satisfied. Finally, a program guide for researchers was presented by synthesizing the research data management education programs that were investigated and analyzed. The results of this study will help develop research data management education programs that can systematically support and activate researchers belonging to universities and institutions.

'건축실무에서의 전문성 국제기준권고안에 관한 협정' 즉, 건축사자격의 국가간 상호인정에 관한 국제표준안(세부내용은 본지 9903, 9904월호 참조)이 지난달 중국 베이징에서 개최된 국제건축사연맹(UIA) 대회 및 총회에서 정식 채택됐다. 특히 이번 UIA총회에서 주요 의제로 다루어진 '국제기준권고안' 가운데 '건축사의 기본요건'에 관한 부분은 지난 1985년 유럽공동체(EC, 현 유럽연합 EU)에서 채택된 내용을 토대로한 PPC(Professional Practice Committee)의 보고서 내용 그대로 채택됐고, 이러한 기본요건을 갖추는데 필요한 건축교육으로서, 최소 5년이상의 인가된 대학의 인증된 전일제 건축프로그램을 이수할 것을 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라도 교육기관의 교육과정에 대한 개편이 필요하게 된 것은 물론 지금껏 생소했던 교육인증프로그램 등을 서둘러 마련하지 않으면 안되게 되었다. UIA베이징대회를 다녀온 본협회 국제위원들의 참가보고를 통해 이번 제21차 총회의 주요 의결내용과 전반적인 대회 분위기 등을 살펴본다.

지난 수년동안 정부출연(연)의 연구개발활동의 효율화를 도모하기 위하여 정부와 과학기술계에서 논의되어 왔던 출연(연)의 석박사 교육과정 설립에 관하여 출연(연)관련자들의 의견을 모아 구체적인 설립모델을 제시하였다. 먼저 정부출연(연)에 석박사 교육과정 설치가 필요한 이유와 기대효과를 제시하고, 다음으로 단설대학원의 설립모델로는 크게 3가지 유형이 고려되었다. 가장 중요한 설립목적 및 기대효과로는 출연(연)의 목표지향적(mission-oriented) 연구에 파급지향적(diffusion-oriented) 메카니즘을 도입함으로써 출연(연)의 연구성과가 경제사회로 효과적으로 이전될 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. 단설대학원의 설립모델로서 첫째 유형은 각 출연(연)이 교육과정을 운영하는 개별대학원 모델이다. 이는 출연(연)의 연구기능과 교육기능을 현장에서 융합시켜 운영하는 것으로 설립이 비교적 용이하며 개별 출연(연)의 특수성을 살릴 수 있다. 출자형식으로 별도의 학교법인을 설립하는 방식과 내부규정으로 부설대학원을 설치운영하는 두 가지 방식 있을 수 있다. 둘째 유형은 출연(연) 연합대학원 모델이다. 출연(연)들이 연합으로 하나의 학교 법인을 설립하고 여기에 각 출연(연)들이 공동운영자로서 참여하는 방식이다 이때 연합대학원은 일종의 Virtual University 형태를 취하며 모든 교육은 참여 출연(연)에서 이루어지는 형태이다. 세 번째는 대학과 출연(연)이 연계대학원을 운영하는 모델이다. 대학의 대학원을 개방하여 출연(연) 측과 공동으로 운영하는 것으로 이는 별도의 학교법인 설립이 필요없다. 본 연구에서는 KAIST와의 연계대학원을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 이들 각각의 모델에 대한 의미와 장점, 단점을 비교분석하고, 각 모델로 설립시의 법적 고려사항, 그리고 학사운영체제 등에 관해 구체적으로 고려하였다. 추가적으로 단설대학원의 설립에 관한 그간의 반대 및 우려사항에 대한 검토도 첨부하였다.한다. 선진국의 경우에도 우선 지원분야에 대한 연구비 배분은 5-10%사이이다. (ⅴ) 성과관리를 통한 지원효과의 극대화 : 기초과학의 지원에 있어서 그 성과를 특정한다는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니지만 연구비 지원효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 프로그램 평가를 통해 성과관리를 하여야 한다. (ⅵ) 효율적인 혁신시스템의 구축 : 혁신시스템의 효율적인 운영이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, 연구부문과 산업부문을 연결시킬 수 있고, 새로운 분야를 담아낼 수 있는 유연한 분야분류체계를 정립하여야 하고, 둘째 연구결과의 효율적인 활용이 이루어져야 하며, 셋째 연구지원기관간 연계시스템의 구축을 구축하여야 한다.s of rats with alveolar organism. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of computer based cognitive rehabilitation program on the generative naming. Twenty - one patients were assigned to the CoTras program and eight were treated with traditional face - to - face language rehabilitation such as paper and table activities. The experimental group and the control group performed sequential language recall memory training, association memory recall training, language categorization memory training, and language integrated memory training for 12 weeks. The Welch's robust ANCOVA showed significant differences in mean fluency and MMSE-K changes (p<0.05). On the other hand, phonemic fluency increased significantly after 12 weeks of treatment compared to baseline in both experimental and control groups, but there was no statistically significant difference between treatment groups. The results of this study suggest that the computer based cognitive rehabilitation program may be more effective in improving the semantic fluency than the conventional cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation.
