  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of faculty-student interaction, Career commitment on Self-Directed Learning Ability in Later Learner's Students. The subjects of this study were 162 nursing students between the ages of 25 and 64 from 4 universities located in G metropolitan city and J province. The collected data were subjected to t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression using SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the study, the factors influencing self-directed learning ability were in the order of career commitment, faculty-student interaction, and motivation for university entrance among, and it was found that the variables explained 29.5% of the self-directed learning ability of older nursing students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an intervention plan that can promote self-directed learning ability by improving the level of career commitment and faculty-student interaction of older nursing students.

  • This study examined the perceived fit between the characteristics of immersive technology and the type of media art affects commitment, satisfaction, and revisit intention. The results showed that the quality of projection mapping and the reputation of original art had a positive effect on the perceived fit whereas the accessibility of original art had a negative effect on the perceived fit. In addition, the reputation of original art and the perception of fit increased the commitment of the media art exhibition, which positively affected the satisfaction and revisit intention. This study provides theoretical and practical implications regarding the effect of immersive technology and media art type of digital media art.

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the significant predictors of subjective happiness for nursing students. The subjects consisted of 385 nursing students. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, which were constructed to include positive emotion, gratitude disposition, flow, self-esteem, and subjective happiness. The data were analyzed by the PASW. 18.0 program. The significant predictors of subjective happiness for nursing students were gratitude disposition, self-esteem, flow, physical health status, positive emotion, and economic status, explaining 49.4% of the variance in subjective happiness. The most important predictors of subjective happiness for nursing students were gratitude disposition, self-esteem, and flow. The findings of this study suggest that the approach to effective happiness promotion program for nursing students should consider gratitude disposition, self-esteem, and flow.

  • This study purpose to empirically investigated the effects of Learning Presence perceived by university students at general universities who took Remote Classification in the first semester of 2020 on Learning Outcomes and the mediating effects of Learning Immersion. A total of 293 students were surveyed by conducting an online survey for about a month from Sep. 15, 2020, targeting college students attending general universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results of the study are as follows: First, Learning Presence had an effect on Learning Immersion and Learning Outcomes, and Learning Immersion had an effect on Learning Outcomes. Second, Learning Immersion had a mediating effect on the relationship between Learning Presence and Learning Outcomes. This study is meaningful in that it verified the relationship between Learning Presence, Learning Outcomes, and Learning Immersion perceived by college students who took Remote Classification in COVID19 response dimension.

  • This study is a descriptive research study to analyze the relationship between learning motivation, learning immersion, and self-directed learning. For this study, data were collected from August 1 to 30, 2021. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The learning motivation was positively correlated with learning immersion and self-directed learning. In analysis results, the factors affecting learning immersion are learning motivation and self-directed learning. And it was confirmed that self-direction was a partial mediating factor in the relationship between learning motivation and learning immersion. Learning motivation is an important factor for nursing students' learning immersion and self-directed learning. Therefore, specific measures to improve self-directed learning should be prepared for learning immersion. Therefore, nursing students' self-directed learning is an important factor for learning motivation and learning immersion, and specific measures to improve that should be prepared.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing learning flow of nursing student. Design of this study was a descriptive research. The participants for this study were 283 nursing college students with four-years curriculum in D city from June 14th to June 24th, 2013. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0 Program. There were significant correlations among self-leadership, academic self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and the learning flow. As a multiple regression analysis, factors that have an effect on learning flow were self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy. These factors explain 58.2% of the variance in learning flow. Self-leadership, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow relationship were positive relevant. To enhance learning flow ability for nursing students, it is necessary to develop training program and academic environment for increasing self-leadership and academic self-efficacy.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the variables and the influence of premenstrual syndrome and stress response on the learning flow of nursing students. Method : The participants were 162 nursing students in K city, who were surveyed between June 1 and June 10, 2018, using self-report questionnaire. Result: There were positive correlation between premenstrual syndrome of participants and stress response(r=.389, p<.001). There were negative correlation between premenstrual syndrome and learning flow(r=-1.93, p<.014), between stress response and learning flow(r=-.216 p<.001). The variables for learning flow where stress response(${\beta}=-.314$, p<.001) and Psychological change of menstruation(${\beta}=-.358$, p<.001), with a coefficient of determination($R^2$) of 30.3%. The result of this study will be useful in preparing basic date for improvement of the learning flow of the nursing students and it will be necessary to develop educational programs and strategies related with the premenstrual syndrome and stress response disposition.

  • This study conducted qualitative research to investigate the librarians' organizational commitment and relations between the commitment and their goal recognition in the university library context with several open-ended, deep interviews with university librarians in order to understand the relations from diverse perspectives. As a result, many participants showed low level of organizational commitment because of their hygiene factors, such as payment, incentives, relations with colleagues, and job conditions as well as motivators including characteristics of the work, sense of accomplishment, responsibility, promotion, and self-improvement. The two factors are considered to have direct impacts on their organizational commitment. Also, the research revealed that positive goal perception was related to motivators and, at the same time, hygiene factors. Accordingly, we concluded that librarians' perception of goals are closely related to both hygiene factors and motivators. We also identify that a need of a statistical study with a questionnaire survey to confirm the relations between the organizational commitment and goal perception for developing managerial measures for the organizational commitment, and further;for better library performance.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine moderating effect of academic self-efficacy and learning flow between social presence and academic achievement of cyber university students. For this purpose, the 371 students of W cyber university were participated in the web-survey system for two weeks at the end of second semester in 2011. The results of this study through hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that social presence significantly predicted on academic achievement. Academic self-efficacy was not significant moderating variable between social presence and academic achievement. And Learning flow was used as a significant moderated variable in the relationships among social presence and academic achievement. Based on these study results, effective management strategies for improving cyber university students' academic achievement were proposed.
