This study seeks to verify the effect size of the variables relating to job satisfaction through a meta-analysis focusing on previous papers over the last 20 years that have examined the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers and verified the trend by publication year through a meta-regression analysis. The study results are as follows. First, the results demonstrated that the total effect size of the variables relating to kindergarten teachers was large. Second, the organization's internal variable and organization's external variable groups, except for the individual characteristics variable group, showed a large effect size at similar levels. Third, the status of teachers in the individual characteristics variable group showed a meaningfully large effect size and the interpersonal relationship variable in organization's internal variable group showed a relatively larger effect size than the organizational climate variable did. Finally, the results of the verification of the trend by publication year showed that job satisfaction increased for all variables, except for the individual characteristics variable in more recent publications. This study highlights the imperative of making every effort to improve the organization's internal and external environment. In particular, measures to reduce job stress and work load are required. Furthermore, the atmosphere that is devoted to the teaching profession and teacher efficacy is important.

It was appeared that the culture welfare programs promoted creative competence and the sense of self-respect, and strengthened the sense of solidarity of the participants by using the approaching strategies of offering various opportunities of creational experience, atypical operating programs centered on the process, establishing of the participants' subjecthood, and communal activities. That is, it was proved that actually the social weaks experienced the change of life with feeling emotional satisfaction, promoting family and human relationship, establishing positive identity, empowerment, participating communal activities, and so on, through the culture welfare programs. From these results we can know that if we provide the programs mixing the culture welfare programs with social welfare services which traditionally reinforced social exclusion about the social vulnerable classes by stigma, the social exclusion about them can be dissolved.

Of the 25 subjects, 10 subjects in the experimental group, 10 subjects in the control group, and 5 subjects in the preliminary group were randomly assigned and analyzed as final study subjects. The experimental group performed 10 sessions of music psychotherapy applying IFS twice a week for 90 minutes, and the control group did not receive any treatment. This study aims to investigate the impact of job stress on the job satisfaction and life satisfaction of local government officials who participated in the reading academy from January 2023 to March 2023. The research involved collecting 300 questionnaires and conducting multiple regression analysis to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study are presented below. Impact of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction: The analysis revealed that among the sub-factors of job stress, inappropriate compensation significantly increases job stress among local government officials in the reading academy. Moreover, the study found that turnover intention was particularly high when compensation was not recognized as appropriate, indicating it as the most significant source of job stress. Impact of Job Stress on Life Satisfaction: The findings demonstrate that several factors negatively influence job stress, leading to reduced life satisfaction among local government officials in the reading academy. These factors include undesirable changes in working conditions or situations, anxiety about reorganization, inconsistent work orders, gender discrimination, and an authoritative organizational atmosphere. Effect of Job Satisfaction on Life Satisfaction: The analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction indicated that turnover intention and remuneration level in job satisfaction positively influenced emotional satisfaction. Conversely, the job itself and interpersonal relationships had a significant negative effect on emotional satisfaction. Furthermore, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction showed a significant positive effect on physical satisfaction. Similarly, the job itself and the level of remuneration in job satisfaction positively affected social satisfaction, while the intention to change jobs had a significant negative impact.

This case study aimed to investigate changes in self-expression following participation in a rap making program with adolescent survivors of childhood cancer. The rap making program was constructed based on the contextual support music therapy model. Three adolescent survivors of childhood cancer participated in six 80-minute individual sessions. During the sessions, each participant engaged in the following tasks: song discussion, lyric creation, and rapping over a selected beat. At pre and posttest, the Self-Expression Scale was completed by participants. Their verbal expressions lyrics were observed during the sessions, and individual interviews with the participants were conducted at the completion of the program. The results demonstrated that the mean rating of the Self-Expression Scale increased after the rap making intervention. Analysis of the participants' verbal expressions and lyrics demonstrated that participants were experiencing difficulties adjusting to school that they wanted to resolve. Furthermore, the analysis of the interviews at posttest found that participants experienced positive changes in self-perception, self-expression, and expectations for their future, compared to the pretest when the participants expressed negative self-perceptions due to difficulties in interpersonal relationships at school and physical limitations. This indicates that rap making can be an effective resource for providing this population with the means to recognize positive attributes about themselves and improve self-expression.
Objectives : The object of this study was to make a comparison regarding perceived stressor, perceived stress responses, and coping strategies between patients with gastric ulcer and patients with chronic gastritis. Subject and Methods : Subjects consisted of 40 patients with gastric ulcer and 100 patients with chronic superficial gastritis. Global assessment of recent stress(GARS) scale and perceived stress response inventory(PSRI) were used to measure perception for stressors and stress responses. Coping scale was used to measure coping strategies. Results : Scores of perceived stress related to work or job, changes in relationship on GARS scale were significantly higher in patients with gastric ulcer than those with chronic gastritis. Scores of perceived stress responses related to general somatic symptom, specific somatic symptom, passive-responsive and careless behavior on PSRI were significantly higher in patients with chronic gastritis than those with gastric ulcer. Scores of seeking social support, escape-avoidance on coping scale were significantly higher in patients with gastric ulcer than those with chronic gastritis. Conclusion : The above results suggest that perception for stressors were likely to be higher in patients with gastric ulcer than those with gastritis, whereas perception for stress responses were likely to be higher in the latter than the former. It is also suggested that patients with gastric ulcer were likely to use more dependent and passive coping strategies than patients with gastritis.

This study examined the effectiveness of 'Forest Therapy (FT)' from the biological, neurocognitive and psychosocial perspectives. Adolescents who were classified as potential internet addicts took part in a FT program for two (once or twice) or three days. Before and after participating the program, Serum Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), Comprehensive Attention Test (CAT), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), and State Anxiety Inventory (STAI) were measured. It was found that FT led to positive consequences, indicated by increased serum BDNF, improved CAT performance, reduced internet use desire, greater resilience, and better social relationship. In addition, FT was partially effective in alleviating state anxiety level, when the participants were classified in accordance with FT exposure lengths. Overall, this study provides evidence that FT reduces symptoms related to internet addiction and promotes various qualities required for well-being.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of forest therapy on neuro-cognitive, psychosocial, and physiological aspect of adolescent internet addiction risk group. We have classified potential and high risk user group as internet addiction risk group according to the criteria of Korean Internet Addiction Proneness Scale(K Scale). Based on the results of k-scale from the adolescents in metropolitan area from May to July 2013, 25 people were selected as Internet addiction risk group. We have randomized 13 participants joining forest therapy camp and 12 participants not joining one, and analyzed the change of the two groups with Continuous Performance, Kimberly S. Young, Connor-Davidson Resilience, Relationship Change Scale, heart rate variability and cortisol. Statistically significant changes were observedd in neuro-cognitive, psychosocial, and physiological variables, Through this study, we can consider that the therapy healing may relieve the level of internet addiction and can be an alternative to control emotional stability and impulsive behavior.
