A lien is the right to possession the thing until receiving repayment of its bonds in some cases that the property of other person or the occupant for marketable securities receive the bond that has occurred on that property or marketable securities. This has own purpose to break 'principle of creditor equality' to protect especially the bond of the subject occupant in terms of justice. These lien on our civil law come according to the law in prepared certain requirements. However, an incomplete real rights granted by way of security that does not have a preferential performance right or seniority on the exchange value of the object suffer from the problems a lot in the real estate auction process because of the feature that is not announced in the register unlike the mortgage. In addition, the lien of real estate is not lapsed in an auction process. There is no preferential performance righ in a positive law as providing that can oppose to the buyer(a successful bidder) until received repayment the secured bond price to be compliant with the lien(Civil Case Execution Law the 91st clause of Article 5). However, as asserted the super preferential performance righ to a buyer in real terms, acts as primary cause of breaking unexpected loss and according unfair law relation to a senior mortgagee and seizor, etc. and the principles of the creditors equality to the persons concerned in other words, the principles of justice. All of these issues are the establishment of the lien and theory conflict on the effects. In spite of the fluctuations of a real right about real estate is announced as a registration by the current law, only the lien come into unclear announcement means for possession. In addition, Civil Case Execution Law argument is caused by the adoption abernahmeprinzip about the lien (Civil Case Execution Law the 91st clause of Article 5). Therefore, this paper was examined briefly the significance and purpose, history and law-making examples of each country and the valid requirements and effect of the lien that is basic principle of law about the lien system above all. And then, it will be reviewed the improvement plan for de lege ferenda to improve the issues about this after reviewing the objection, theory and judicial precedent about opposing power and preferential performance right of the lien in the real estaKey Words : Lien, Oppose Power, Mortgage right, Preferential Performance right, Seizure, Real Estate Auction, Lien who can not Opposing against Successful Bidder, Lien who can Oppose against Successful Bidder, Possessionte auction that is a fundamental problem on requirement and effect of the lien.

This study examined the concept-forming process of Design-Art and based on it, drew the significance of Design-Art. Design-Art is generated by the policy cultivating star artists and star designers so as to pioneer new art-market in 1990s in the foundation of anti-area formed by Postmodernism in 1960s. It started to be vitalized while designers were born as author. At the same time, because of the information's popularity by internet's propagation, users started to manufacture and propagate contents volunteerly. Meanwhile, designers accepted artistic value so as to guarantee independent position, so the area of Design-Art became more strengthened. Therefore, Design-Art means 'design as an art' and Design-Artist obtained general meaning, 'designer as an author'. In 2000s, it secured variety because of the acceptance of existing art galleries' Design-Art works and forming of new Design-Art market such as Design-Art fair, and vitalization of the market played its own roles with the movement to create new-concept of design in design ecology. Based on the contents, this paper analyzed Design-Art works by Design-Artists working actively in actual field and examined the possibility of future development of Design-Art.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is expected to provide new business opportunities by connecting devices, persons, and their data. However, the value proposed by IoT cannot be realized without trust. As IoT premises on the seamless connections, it should guarantee trust among the connected persons and things. However, there is lack of relevant discussion on how to achieve trustworthy connections and interactions because most of academic studies have mainly focused on the development of IoT platforms and applications. To fill the gaps, recent EU-funded projects such as uTRUSTit, ABC4Trust, Inter-Trust, COMPOSE, and SMARTIE have been conducted under the FP7-ICT Framework Programme. This paper presents and discusses each project's purpose and approach. Although their approaches are somewhat different from each other, all of them dedicate to achieving both privacy and security by providing the trustworthy connections. It seems to be clear that Korea also needs more academic and practical contribution in terms of researches, to implement "trust"among connected things, which will eventually satisfy what really IoT is expected for.

In this study, the theoretical principle and structural practice of Estill Voice Training model that enables independent control of voice organs in the actor's acting art using voice as a medium of artistic expression. Its purpose is to explore the positive utility that can be applied to operation. The research on the speech science methodology that controls the differences in speech output due to the principle of the generation organ is a reality that has not been actively introduced in Korea compared to the existing actor's speech training that encompasses both the mind and the body. Voice can guarantee the accuracy and stability of operation when an understanding of our body is preceded based on anatomical physiology as well as contribute to the characterization of the character's phonetic character an element of character creation. Considering the training model through proprioception in actor voice training has practical value and alternative significance that the actor can be sought as a principle and practical methodology in the process of generating a series of target sounds.

This study discusses the research trends in Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) which recently emerged as the central concept among international innovation policy circles. In particular, we attend to the conceptual diversity of RRI, showing that each trend emphasizes different elements of RRI and reflects the context in which the concept has emerged. The first trend centers on research on governing emerging technologies which has been developed from the tradition of technology assessment and ELSI. The second trend has been closely related to the innovation policy efforts to take up the social challenge driven innovation as a new driving force for innovations. The third involves the attempts to operationalize the concept of RRI to evaluate whether the vision of RRI has been successfully incorporated in the actual innovation practices. We also insist that recent Korean R&D policies which emphasize social responsibility of science and technology include essential elements of RRI, although they do not use the term RRI. Finally, we discuss policy implications of discourse over RRI on such innovation policies.

Copyright law has functioned to certify the authorship and artistic identity of an artist as well as to remunerate the artist's labor in monetary terms. However, the legal stability of copyright law may be questioned and even challenged because it shares the ground with unfixed notions of the concept of art. This study is an attempt to find theoretical argument where such instability of copyright law stems from, by looking into the theories of Aesthetics and history of arts. The first argument builds up on the ambiguity of discriminating between the Aesthetic concept of expression and idea. The second argument illuminates how new conventions of creating art work and emerging ideals of making art prevents to accommodate copyright law in the fields of art. New art forms such as conceptual art and place specific art are such examples. Increasing role of public arts projects also questions the conventional adoptions of copyright law. Arts management is closely related with this phenomena since their job is to administer the complex situation of introducing artists to the knowledge of copyright law.

China will replace the global governance of the 21st century in 2050. The rise of China provide the Chinese development model to other developing countries. There are positive element and disability element in China's 'peaceful rise' strategy at the same time. Success of the reform and opening up, market liberalization, economic interdependency, economic globalization, stability of ruling power, consolidation of one-party rule and soft power increase are the promotions of peaceful rise. China's rise as a power nation begins by regaining the superpower status in East Asia. East Asia is a lebensraum assuring a continuing growth to China. For this lebensraum, China shows an interest in institutionalization of regional economic cooperation. The core values of ASEAN, namely the mutual respect, harmonious coexistence, co-prosperity, egalitarianism and pluralism are in conform to China's policy of harmonious world and peaceful coexistence. Through this common value the tension in East Asia will be alleviated. By the regional hegemony strategy based on soft power and economic success, China will try to regain the past glorious position. Attaining status as a coordinator of the world rule will be based on the success of the East Asian strategy. Korea and other neighboring countries will be the best beneficiary countries of the China's rise strategy. China's rising strategy will have a profound effect on neighboring countries especially, Korea. The scale of the movement of goods, labor, and capital between the two countries will become much larger than present. Through regional trade agreements, economic interdependency between Korea and China will increase.

This contribution studied knowledges, informations and main project issues for systematic conservation management utilize of Joseon Royal Tombs guaranteeing their Outstanding Universal Value, Authenticity and Integrity, and the outcomes are as follows. The first, regarding the tomb's system, it should be planned to enhance authenticity and integrity of Joseon Royal Tombs through historical facts, measurement, diagnosis and intervention according to international and national charters, statements and general standards. The second, regarding prevention against disasters, the anti-fire system including construction of GIS materials and the Risk Map following investigation the present condition, premising improvement of relevant laws and regulations, should be planned. The third, we should consider, regarding utilize, educational application by the each tomb's story and royal ancestral rite, tourism by the local area of each tomb and industrial application by science and IT technologies.

This study aims to estimate the payment of farmland reverse mortgage(FRM) and to explore policy considerations about the restructuring of rural area after the initiation of farmland reverse mortgage. Farmland reverse mortgage provides stable monthly income basement for the welfare of rural elderly by liquidating fixed asset such as farmlands which the elderly in rural area owns. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, FRM model based on Housing Equity Conversion Model, which is suggested by Rodda et al (2003), was built. Then, critical factors like farmland value rising rates and interest rates were elaborated, and affordable and proper monthly payment were estimated. 246,982 won, 419,374 won and 757,379 won is given to the borrower at age 65, 75 and 85 respectively with 100,000,000 won value farmland. Second, policy considerations which are necessary for the successful launch of FRM, and restructuring of rural area after launching FRM were discussed. Three policy considerations were proposed. First is about the integrated asset management system for rural elderly people. Second is about the reasonable settlement of corporate farmers system. And third is about the preparations for rural land use planning.
