가족생활주기별 아파트 단위주호 계획요소 선호분석 (An Analysis of the Preferential Unit Planning Components of High-rise Residential Buildings Across Family Life Cycle Stages)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine preferential unit planning components of high-rise residential buildings across family life cycle stages. The questionnaire survey was adopted in this study, and 110 cases were used for data analysis. Based on the age of the oldest child, the family life cycles used in the study were divided into four stages: early childhood, elementary school, adolescence, and adulthood. The findings showed that the preference of the unit planning components across the stages was distinct; families in the stage of early childhood and adolescence had the growing needs for spatial features, and regarded living-related features as important. Families in the stage of adulthood tended to have larger spaces. It was noticed that unit planning components needed to be more differential when the combined effect of both family life cycle stages and housing size was considered.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a unit plan focusing on space zone for children, based on analysis of grown-up children's housing needs. Adult children means age of 20 to 30 that live with their parents in this study. According to survey, Most of adult children think they need space zone for their life and the most needed space was room for work, hobby or entertainment, and walk-in-closet in order. As a result of survey, we suggest a floor plan and 3 type plan of space zone for grown-up children.

고층 공동주택의 개구특성에 따른 화재시 열.연기유동에 관한 연구 (Distribution of Heat and Smoke Related to Openings in Hise-Rise Apartment Building Fires)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 고층 공동주택의 화재에 대한 안전성을 강조하고, 화재 발생시의 인명피해와 재산 피해를 감소시키기 위해서 개구특성에 따른 화재시 열·연기 유동에 관한 연구를 통하여 계획적 측면의 화재 안전성 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 열유동해석 프로그램을 구축하고 그것을 이용해서 공동주택의 개실과 단위주호 그리고 단위주도을 대상으로 수치해석과 실험해석을 병행하였다. 그 결과, 고층 공동주택의 개실에서 개구의 개폐유형이 화재의 열 및 연기유동에 영향을 끼치므로 평면계획시 개구유형에 따른 별도의 방화대책을 강화해야 하며, 두 번째, 고층 공동주택의 단위주호에 있어서 평면유형에 따라서, 열과 연기의 전파시간에 차이가 있음을 수치해석을 통해서 그 결과를 유도했으며, 세 번째, 단위주동을 대상으로 했을 때, 개구 개폐유형에 따라 열 및 연기유동의 수치해석과 모형실험을 통해서 화재성상에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • Due to the development of modern society, desire for residence is not merely for the purpose of habitation. It's also used to represent the joy of living, the resident's emotional expressions, and social status. In order to express such desires, one of the most important factors used to portray them visually is the usage of color. When apartments are constructed, model houses are created to show potential tenants a sample house. The color scheme of those sample houses have been changed in accordance to the transition in the eras. Since 2000, construction companies have created their own apartment brand in order to create their own signature image. To achieve this signature image, one can alter the surface level and use other materials, and colors. I have researched the usage of colors out of the above. The criteria that need to be fulfilled to be a subject for my research are in the top 5 construction companies of the year 2010, within the metropolitan area, and open after 2009. As the result, all construction companies used colors Y and YR. An as accent colors on props such furniture and curtains, they used colors P, PB, and R. They were differences in color tones in each construction company and as the square footage increase, they used color contrasts. Hillstate and Raemian used darker shades in the larger houses. But the color tones YR and Y were used in all houses regardless of their size. E-world, Xi, and Prugio showed differences in shade and tone of colors regardless of size but rather depending on the locations of the apartments.

노인주거시설 단위주호의 부엌가구디자인 및 사용실태 (A Status of Kitchen Planning of Units in Elderly Housing Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 노인주거시설 단위주호의 부엌을 대상으로 하여 사용 실태 및 거주자의 요구를 조사한 것이다. 지금까지의 노인주거에 관한 연구를 보면, 포괄적이고 대안적이어서 자세한 차원의 노인주거생활에 대한 연구로는 부족했다. 그러므로 노인에게 적합한 한국형 노인주거의 부엌 계획을 개시하고자 한다. 이에 따라, 우리는 대표적인 노인시설 4곳을 직접 방문하여, 독립적으로 또는 공동으로 시설에 거주하는 65세 이상 건강한 노인을 대상으로 하여 조사가 진행되었다. 4개의 시설에 각각 2단위주호를 방문하여 총 8개의 부엌을 조사 하였고,조사대상자의 단위주호의 공간계획과 부엌가구의 디자인을 살펴보고, 실측하였으며 또한, 조사대상자의 만족과 선호 그리고 부엌사용에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사한 결과, 시설에서 제공하는 식사서비스를 이용하는가에 따라 부엌의 이응정도와 사용방법 지 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 식사서비스를 이용하는 거주자에게는 차나 다과의 준비를 위한 공간만이 필요함을 알 수 있었고 단위주호 내에서 직접 식사를 하는 거주자는 좀 더 큰 수납장과 다용도실이 추가적으로 필요하였다. 안전과 기능적인 측면으로는 잘 디자인되어 있었고, 대체로 세탁기는 부엌 수납장에 빌트인 되어 있었는데 대부분의 거주자들은 이 것에 만족하고 있었다. 본 연구결과 노인의 거주양상과 생활방식의 차이에 관한 연구를 통한 한국형 노인주거시설의 부엌 계획을 위한 기초자료로 활용되어지기를 기대한다.

  • In the Korean construction market the housing exceeds more than 60% among the entire objects for remodelling. And among the 50% of the common residence that needs remodelling, half of them are common houses with hallways. In respect of remodelling the common houses with hallways to those with stairways, This investigation aims at not only increasing the area by simply enlarging it, but also elevating the residential value by improving the environment based on the study of the existing plane with stairways. In order to do so, the satisfaction rate after living in common residence either with stairways or with hallways according to size (10, 20, 30 pyong), public space and interior environment is investigated through questionnaire. Therefore, this study tries to discover and analyze the positive and negative aspects of common residence with hallways.

  • Apartment, which have become the major housing style in Korea, have contributed to the development of housing culture as well as achieved a growth in volume. However, the demands and characteristics of residents have not been reflected in the apartment. because it has been developed only for a growth in volume. In this society, apartments need to be developed for resident. Therefore, the purpose of this study is analyzing apartment design factors and examining the appropriateness of apartment residents. To do so, questionnaire research is conducted and 90 questionnaires are analyzed for this study. The questionnaire mainly consists of questions about residential appropriateness of each space, and reaction and coping behavior on the inappropriate residential environment.

공동주택 단위주호의 공간구성유형에 따른 정량적 평가지표에 관한 연구 (A Study of Quantitative Evaluation Indicators on Residential Units in Multiple Stock Housing based on Space Composition Types)

  • This research investigated 162 residential unit plans which were located in Seoul and Gyonggi Province ranging from 58 to $118m^2$ unit net area recently. Through the investigation of unit plans, a matrix was developed based on the 5 criteria for space composition types. 5 criteria are building stock types, W/D ratio of units, unit net area, number of bay to the main orientation, and openness types. After review the matrix, 10 typical unit types were selected. At the same time, quantitative evaluation indicators were developed based on the 4 criteria such as efficiency, openness, flexibility, environmental sustainability. On each criterion, 3 indicators were developed, and measured on 162 residential unit plans. Firstly, correlation analysis were pursued on 5 criteria for space composition types and 12 quantitative evaluation indicators, and reviewed on each other. Finally, quantitative evaluation indicators of 10 typical unit types were displayed on radar charts in order to show the integrated evaluation on 4 criteria such as efficiency, openness, flexibility, environmental sustainability. From the reviews and radar chart analyses, advantages, disadvantages, and improvements on each typical unit type were presented as research results.

아파트 단위주호 개발에서 선택사양 구성을 위한 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Optional Composition for Apartment Housing Design)

  • The purposes of this study are to understand residents' needs in regard to living space and to suggest how to provide layout options for the infill, based on their needs, so that the residents can change their living space to suit their own need. This study analyzed residents' needs in terms of living spaces through literature reviews on apartment remodeling and related previous studies. The results are as follows: First, the residents remodeled the various infill, and remodeling works are then classified into five infill groups according to the flexible features: 1) structural elements, such as flooring, ceilings, interior walls, and windows/doors; 2) equipment elements, such as lighting and electricity, electrical wiring, heating arrangements, and water supply & drainage systems: 3) finishing material elements, such as finishing materials for floors, walls, and ceilings, skirting boards, moldings, and art walls; 4) furniture elements, such as built-in wardrobes, storage closets, and kitchen cabinets; and 5) bathroom facility elements such as faucets and sinks. Second, based on the remodeling features, four ways to provide options can be suggested. 1) options are provided for each room; 2) options are provided in connection with structural elements; 3) options are provided for each finishing material element; and 4) options are provided with the combinations of different bathroom facilities.
