In order to model a variety of natural trees that are appropriate to outdoor terrains consisting of multiple trees, this study proposes a modeling method of new growth rules(based on the convolution sums of divisor functions). Basically, this method uses an existing growth-volume based algorithm for efficient management of the branches and leaves that constitute a tree, as well as natural propagation of branches. The main features of this paper is to introduce the theory of convolution sums of divisor functions that is naturally expressed the growth or fate of branches and leaves at each growth step. Based on this, a method of modeling various tree is proposed to minimize user control through a number of divisor functions having generalized generation functions and modification of the growth rule. This modeling method is characterized by its consideration of both branches and leaves as well as its advantage of having a greater effect on the construction of an outdoor terrain composed of multiple trees. Natural and varied tree model creation through the proposed method was conducted, and using this, the possibility of constructing a wide nature terrain and the efficiency of the process for configuring multiple trees were evaluated experimentally.

미국 메사추세츠 북중부에 산출되는 데본기 리틀톤층(Littleton Formation)의 남정석-십자석-석류석대에서 채취한 석류석 반상변정의 화학적 누대구조는 여러 번의 성장 단계를 경험했음을 보여준다. 석류석 반상변정들은 비대칭적이고 불규칙적인 Mn, Mg, Ca의 누대구조를 보인다. 조직대 경계부에서 석류석 성분들은 단면선에 따라 그 형태가 다르게 나타나고, $X_{Mn}$ 과 Fe/(Fe+Mg)비의 역전 누대구조는 석류석내의 내부엽리의 발달과 밀접한 관계를 보여준다. 이런 관찰 사항들은 석류석 누대구조가 석류석을 형성/소모시키는 반응뿐만 아니라, 용해작용과 침전작용과 관련된 기존의 미세구조에 의해 변화되었음을 의미한다. 화학적 그리고 조직적 잘림구조의 관계 그리고 저자가 제안한 석류석 성장모델은 석류석 누대구조가 엽리의 발달 동안 전단 응력대에서 일어나는 선택적 용해작용과 압축 운동대에서 발생하는 침전작용에 의해 조절되었음을 지시한다.

Plant construction is being a motive power of national economic growth, because it is a higher value-added business which has enormous influence through other industry. But, plant projects management of the domestic company was poor. So, the development of EPC Business Process Management method has been encouraged. Therefore, this paper performed several researches for setting up the EPC Business Process Management Model for improving plant project management. And the details are as follows. First of all, this study collected the work procedure manuals of 12 large-sized international construction companies. Secondly, from the analyzing gathered EPC work procedure manuals, issues of work procedure manuals were analyzed and improvement plans were drawn out. Basis on this, This study presents a method to improve project management for EPC plant project. 'The Work Procedure Matrix for EPC Management' and 'Key Unit Works for EPC Management' were drawn out by using overseas construction management theories and international regulations. In addition, 'The EPC Business Process Management Models' reformed to the Business process method, that is the set of specifications, documents and procedures used to manage the EPC plant project. And it describes how the EPC work procedure manuals will be used. Finally, this study suggests the model of EPC Business Process Management System. The framework of Plant project management can be clarified by using 'The Work Procedure Matrix'. And 'Key Unit Works' are used to organize the work procedure needed to improve plant projects management. The results of this study will help to improve in project management efficiency for plant construction.

본 연구에서는 실질적 학습자가 교수자로 착각을 한 상태에서 아바타를 학습시키는 과정을 통해 학습이 되게 하는 구조를 설계하고 제안하였다. 시스템 관리자와 교육자료 형성자를 제외하면, 교수자로 착각하고 있는 '학습자'와 학습자의 공부를 위해 노력하는 학습 가이드 역할을 '학습 관찰자', 학습이 되는 아바타로 구성된다. '학습 관찰자'는 학습 방향을 제시하여 아바타가 활동하는 방향을 지시하게 되며, 아바타는 지시된 방향에서 1:1 학습과 같은 형태로 교수자 입장 학습자에게 공부도움을 요청하게 된다. 아바타의 학습은 인공지능 지도 학습 방법을 이용하여 학습되도록 하며, 교수자로 착각하는 학습자는 아바타 학습 시 아바타에 의해 슬며시 제공되는 학습 자료를 참고하며 아바타를 공부시키게 되는 데 아바타를 공부시킨다고 노력하는 과정이 교수자로 착각된 학습자가 공부가 되는 것이다. 또한 이렇게 학습하는 과정을 거쳐 지식이 성장한 아바타는 아바타들이 경쟁하는 경진 대회에 참가하게 되며 교육자로 착각하는 학습자는 관전 또는 코치를 하며 학습을 하게 된다. 이러한 방법을 통해 교육자로 착각하는 학습자는 부모의 마음으로 적극적으로 공부를 하게 유도하며, 흥미를 갖고 공부를 하게 할 뿐 아니라, 가르치는 사람에 준하는 깊이 있는 지식을 갖도록 유도하며, 본 시스템과 온라인 오프라인을 통해 연결 되게 한 운동 기구 및 운동 환경을 이용하여 운동 하도록 유도하고 파워가 되도록 하여 운동 활동을 유도하며, 단계 마다 적당한 보상 점수들이 제공되도록 하여 지덕체가 성장되도록 하는 설계이다.

Many software projects collect grouped failure data (failures in some failure interval or in variable time interval) rather than individual failure times or failure count data during the testing or operational phase. This paper presents the neural network (NN) modeling that is dble to predict cumulative failures in the variable future time for grouped failure data. ANN's predictive ability can be affected by what it learns and in its ledming sequence. Eleven training regimes that represents the input-output of NN are considered. The best training regimes dre selected rJdsed on the next' step dvemge reldtive prediction error (AE) and normalized AE (NAE). The suggested NN models are compared with other well-known KN models and statistical software reliability growth models (SHGlvls) in order to evaluate performance, Experimental results show that the NN model with variable time interval information is necessary in order to predict cumulative failures in the variable future time interval.

모바일 관련 산업의 중요성이 증대되고 모바일 기술이 급격히 발전하는 시점에, 지난 수 년간 우리 사회의 곳곳에서 등장한 2.0 패러다임은 모바일 웹 2.0패러다임을 등장시키며 정보통신산업에 큰 변화를 초래하고 있다. 사업자들은 유무선 네트워크 간의 경계가 희미해지고, 전통적인 통신산업의 가치사슬 내의 사업영역이 붕괴되면서 무한경쟁 체제로 진화되어 가고 있는 환경 변화에 순응하고 다양한 모바일 웹 2.0 관련사업을 시도하며 발전시켜 가고 있다. 모바일 웹 2.0사업의 진화 패러다임은 개방/공유/참여의 서비스 모델, 광고수익 모델, 사업자 간 인수 합병 및 전략적 제휴의 활성화, 무선망개방과 풀브라우징의 확대, 유무선 연계 통합 서비스 등으로 요약이 가능하다. 국내외 관련 사업자들은 이러한 패러다임에 순응하고 진화시켜 가며 모바일 웹 시장의 성장을 위한 지속적인 노력을 하고 있으나, 아직까지도 모바일 웹 시장은 도입기 단계에 머무르고 있다. 이는 모바일 웹 시장의 활성화를 위한 환경 조성이 미비하기 때문인 것으로 분석되며, 이러한 환경개선을 위해 망과 플랫폼의 개방, 투명한 요금제의 확산, 관련 기술의 표준화의 정착을 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요한 시점이다.

In the period of rapid economic growth, it is possible to practice the growth policy by factors input and the regional development policy by the dispersion of growth. But, in the period of weakened growth, this model loses its theoretical and practical merit. The endogenous regional development model that can efficiently cope with a international competition and a uncertainty of international economy become an alternative policy of growth and regional development. France, which had a problem of overcrowding in the capital region by the centralized growth policy and regional development policy, phase the regional innovation system policy in order to establish the foundation of an endogenous regional development from the 1970's. The regional innovation system policy in France which pursues simultaneously the systematic regional knowledge creation and the regional development is very suggestive to the regional innovation system policy in Korea that pursues the endogenous regional development and the solution of the regional disparity.

Recently, the Moon administration established the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Startups, as part of its national strategy for start-up and innovation growth led by small and medium-sized venture companies. In a slowing economy, as venture companies with excellent internal competencies are seen to be favorable to growth, the government funding for technology development is becoming increasingly important. Previous studies examine the internal competence factors that can strengthen competitiveness through self-efforts and the influence structure of growth stage, which is an important factor in industrial environment, on business performance. As the government support for venture firms has been strengthened, the effect of government funding on the management performance and technological innovation performance of venture firms have been recently discussed in various ways. However, there is a lack of precedent research on the moderating effect of the utilization of government funding on the existing influence structure in which firm's internal competence and growth stages affects business performance. Therefore, this study examined whether the internal competencies of the venture firms and the stage of growth have direct effects on business performance and analyzed the moderating effect in connection with government funding utilization under these influence structures. The results of the study are as follows. First, the utilization of government funding in the venture firms whose R&D personnel ratio is relatively low, not to have own brands and showed an increase of employees has a significantly positive influence on business performance. Second, the moderating effects of the government funding utilization at the high growth stage of the venture firms are shown significantly. These results suggest that the venture policy linked to the job creation of the present government requires not only the support considering R&D personnel but also the necessity of supporting human resources policy to a greater extent and further study on the effectiveness of venture firms in the high growth stage.

전시산업은 전 세계적으로 지난 40여 년간 거의 불황을 모를 정도로 발전을 거듭하여 왔으나 2000년대 들어 전시산업 관련 업체들 간의 경쟁의 격화, 사이버 박람회의 출현, 인터넷의 보편화 등으로 새로운 변화의 시기를 맞이하고 있다. 현제 세계 전시산업을 전시면적, 참가업체, 참가 객 수 증가를 중심으로 한 전통적인 발전방향에서 벗어나 새로운 방향으로 빠르게 발전해 나가고 있다. 이러한 가운데 최근 들어 중국의 전시산업은 급속한 경제성장 및 방대한 내수시장을 배경으로 발전 속도가 가속화 되고 있으며 아시아 전시산업의 중심 국가로 발돋움하고 있다. 이제 막 성장 단계에 접어든 우리나라 전시산업은 그간 세계 전시산업 추세를 파악하는데 소홀히 해왔으며 아시아 전시산업 Hub국가로 도약하기 위해서는 해결해야 할 과제가 많다.

Recently, environmentally friendly technology are becoming important due to reconsideration about climate change and environmental pollution. In addition, as well as technical skills and social interaction through an analysis of the nonlinear transition management and policy implementation are emerging. This study of the development of photovoltaic industry in Korea 10 years analyze with strategic niche management (SNM) based on the theoretical and multi-layered perspective (MLP) is used as the analytical framework. Choose the gerverment-support project for niche technology, through a process of quantifying and alnalyze the phase transition to Regime with the numerical method and policy vision, learning effects, and network that key elements of SNM, MLP. Through the analysis of the photovoltaic industry technology-commercialization phase was investigated. This conventional overall and step-by-step model for technical management is proposed to replace exiting linear and narrow method and through the case study its validity was confirmed.
