For frequency analysis and hypothesis testing, a multiple regression analysis and 3-step mediation effect analysis were used and the results of the analyses were as follows. The results of the analysis of the mediation effect of career self-efficacy on the impact of intrinsic motive on planning style showed that goal selection had a complete mediation effect. Given these results, it is necessary that educational institutions and society provide students, even during middle and high school years, with opportunities to discover their aptitudes and interests, and an educational system should be established to pave the way for students to be well prepared for and make decisions about the work they will do.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between motivation, stress and flow in bicycle race gambling. To accomplish this, data were collected from gambling users of a bicycle velodrome. A total of 347 samples were employed for analysis. The collected data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, the level of flow increased as the motivation for participating in the contest increased. Second, the influence of the motivation to participate in the race on immersion showed that a higher motivation to participate in the race was associated with a higher level of stress. Third, verification of the motive for participating in the race and the mediated effect of immersion between stress revealed that immersion had a mediated effect on stress. Based on the results of these analyses, practical and policy implications were suggested. Accordingly, there is a need to identify the motivation for career participation in counseling of experienced gamblers. Moreover, it is important to establish a system to prevent excessive gambling flow.

  • This study was conducted to determine the mediating effect of reciprocity in the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention of clinical nurses. The subjects were nurses from hospitals with over 300 beds in G city, and 197 data were analyzed. Data were analyzed t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, the turnover intention showed a positive correlation with emotional labor and a negative correlation with reciprocity. The emotional labor showed a negative correlation with reciprocity. Reciprocity showed a partial mediating effect between emotional labor and turnover intention. The higher the emotional labor and the lower the sub-factors of reciprocity, the higher the intention to turnover. Therefore, although it is important to reduce emotional labor in order to reduce the intention of the organization to turn away from clinical nurses experiencing emotional labor, it suggests that efforts to improve reciprocity and to prepare management plan are important.

The participants in this study were 179 nursing students in 3rd and 4th grade and data were collected using self-reported questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program, with descriptive statistics x2-test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation. There were significant correlations between college based stress and emotional intelligence(r=-.33, p<.001), clinical based stress and emotional intelligence(r=-.31, p<.001), resilience and emotional intelligence(r=62, p<.001). Resilience showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between college-based stress and emotional intelligence. Resilience showed full mediating effects in the relationship between clinical-based stress and emotional intelligence(Z=-3.07, p<.001). Based on the findings of this study, the enhancement of resilience may positively affect the emotional intelligence of the nursing students, even while they are stress. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective strategies to enhance resilience for stress.

  • This study analyzed the effects of ICT technical characteristics of agricultural industry on smart farm entrepreneurial intention by using smart farm effort expectation and smart farm acceptance intention as mediators for smart farm pre-founders. Sub-variables of the technical characteristics of agricultural industry ICT were classified into availability, economics, data convergence and scalability. 349 questionnaires collected from pre-founders living in the country were used for empirical analysis. SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 were used to analyze the data based on serial multiple mediation model. First, economics and scalability had a positive (+) effect on start-up intention. Second, availability, economics and scalability had a significant effect on effort expectation. Third, effort expectation had a significant positive effect on acceptance intention. Fourth, acceptance intention had a significant positive effect on start-up intention. Fifth, the indirect effects of economics on start-up intention were all significant through effort expectation, through acceptance intention and through both effort expectation and acceptance intention. Sixth, the indirect effect of data convergence on start-up intention was significant through acceptance intention. Seventh, the indirect effect of scalability on start-up intention was significant through effort expectation and through both effort expectation and acceptance intention. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study for the mediating variables other than mediators introduced in the study or the moderated mediation analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderating variable is introduced.
