M&A 과정을 크게 둘로 구분하다면 하나는 M&A 계약 자체의 성사에 이르는 '딜메이킹(Deal Making)' 과정과 다른 하나는 'PMI(Post-Merger Integration)', 즉 인수 후 통합과정이다. 많은 기업들이 성공적인 M&A를 위해 기업가치평가, 실사, 계약서 등에 명시돼야 할 권리 및 의무관계, 인수가격 결정을 위한 협상 등에 온 힘을 기울이게 된다. 하니만 인수 합병을 단행한다고 해서 모든 기업이 주주가치 창출이나 경쟁력 향상과 같은 시너지 효과를 누리지는 못한다. 인수 합병 후에 일어나는 통합의 문제는 그 복잡합이나 조직에 미치는 영향력에 있어 더 많은 주의와 노력을 요한다.

Forest ecosystems are major reservoirs because forest lands are up to 65% of the national land of Korea. Biodiversity is the basis of forest conservation as well as development of forest ecosystem productivity. When we are going to establish biodiversity conservation strategies, however, we need to have a good eye in order that we are not limited only to species but we can also understand whole ecosystems. Therefore, to develop the biodiversity conservation strategies, global environmental problems, the development process of biodiversity on the earth, the fundamental logic of biodiversity conservation, the conservation system and steps of the conservation procedures are discussed. In conclusion, research subjects needed urgently are recommended.

This study analyzed to strategy and structure of outward foreign direct investment(OFDI) by Chinese Enterprises in 'one belt, one load' countries along the line from the perspective of Dunning's OLI paradigm. Chinese enterprises' investment in 'one belt, one road' countries was largely promoted for two strategic purposes. One is an investment to secure energy resources due to the nature of resource holdings in 'one belt, one road' countries, and the other is a transfer investment to solve the problem of surplus facilities, a problem in China's domestic economy. Chinese enterprises' investments in these 'one belt, one road' countries is evaluated to have been made with Dunning's investment decision conditions in the OLI paradigm, namely, Ownership specific advantages, Location specific advantages, and Internalization specific advantages. only if there is a difference, investment country, investment method, and investment industry are different due to the structure of international relations, religious conflict and cultural heterogeneity, institutional investment environment of the region, and awareness of Chinese enterprises.

최근 들어서 데이터 마이닝은 마케팅, 시장 분석, 사업전략 및 도시계획 수립 등 다양한 분야에서 폭넓게 활용되고 있으며, 새로운 분야로 그 활용 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 하지만 데이터 마이닝은 그 과정에서 데이터 소유자들의 프라이버시가 침해될 수 있는 문제를 내포하고 있으며, 최근에는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 하는 노력들이 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 마이닝에서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 프라이버시 보호 기술들에 대해서 살펴보고 각 방법의 특징에 대해서 기술한다. 특히, 안전한 다자간 계산(Secure multiparty computation)에 기반한 암호학적 프라이버시 보호 기술과 그 활용 가능성에 대해서도 기술한다.

양자 컴퓨팅은 혁신적인 계산 패러다임으로, 큐비트를 사용하여 기존 슈퍼컴퓨터 상에서 복잡했던 문제들을 빠르게 해결할 수 있다. 다만 양자 컴퓨팅의 발전은 현대 암호의 보안성을 크게 위협함으로써 기존 암호화 시스템을 양자컴퓨팅에 안전한 암호화 시스템으로 전환하는 작업이 요구되고 있다. 현재 전세계 IT 기업들에서는 양자내성암호로의 전환과 관련하여 기존 암호 시스템과의 호환 그리고 새로운 암호의 보안성이라는 문제 해결을 위해 함께 연구 개발 중에 있다. 본 고에서는 양자컴퓨팅에 대비한 양자 내성 암호로의 전이 동향에 대해 조사하며 이와 관련된 문제, 전략 그리고 주요 고려 사항들에 대해 확인해 보도록 한다.

This study was a descriptive study performed to identify factors affecting medical satisfaction in multicultural members. The survey participants were 301 multicultural members in A city. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Independent t-tests, One-way ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 14.0 program. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictors of satisfaction among the medical staff were satisfaction with age and health insurance, which accounted for 28% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with the medical environment were age and jobs, which accounted for 17% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with medical expenses were multicultural form, educational level, and jobs, which accounted for 33% of all variance. These results suggest that we need to develop and implement strategies and programs that can enhance satisfaction with medical use among multicultural members.

우리나라 기계공업은 해방후 40 여년의 역사를 갖고 있으나 실질적으로 그 면모를 갖춘 시기는 60 년대 중반부터라고 할 수 있다. 이렇듯 일천한 경험과 미약한 기술축적에도 불구하고 오늘날과 같은 괄목할 만한 성장을 이룰 수 있었음은 매우 경이로운 사실이라 하겠다. 그러나 돌이켜보건대 우리나라 기계공업은 급속한 산업의 근대화 와중에서 체계적인 발전 방향없이 양적팽창 을 거듭해온 관계로 많은 구조적 문제를 안고 있다. 다만 1973 년 중화학공업선언, 1974 년 창원기계 공업기지건설, 1979 년 기술도입 자유화등 일련의 기반을 구축하는 데는 성공하였으나 외형적 성장 전략으로 인한 기초부품산업의 상대적인 위약과 기술의 해외의존 심화 및 투자배분의 불균형 등은 오늘날 기계공업계가 해결해야할 1차적인 숙제가 되고 있다. 즉 이러한 기계공업의 발전과정에서 비롯된 허약점은 제품의 국제 경쟁력 제고에 커다란 장애요인이 되고 있으므로 향후 우리경제의 질적, 양적 발전에 일익을 담당하기 위해서는 현 기계공업에 대한 냉철한 분석과 반성이 있어야 할 것이다.

스타트업이 초기 시장진출의 진입장벽을 극복하고, 신제품의 시장 진출 이후에 경쟁력을 잃어 실패하고 마는 데스밸리(DeathValley)를 극복해내기 위해서는 시장 진입 및 시장에서의 지속가능한 성장을 위한 다양한 마케팅 역량이 중요하다고 할 수 있으며, 스타트업이 실패하는 주된 원인에 대한 조사 결과 시장이 원하지 않는 제품을 개발하는 것이 주된 이유로 조사됨에 따라 고객의 요구에 부합하도록 상품을 만다는 것에 대한 중요성이 더욱 대두되고 있다. 다만 상대적으로 대기업이나 중소기업에 비해 자본력과 지속성에 약점을 갖고 있는 스타트업에 있어서는 마케팅에 어려움을 겪고 있고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 스타트업 제품선택속성이 제품 선호도에 어떠한 영향을 주고 구매의도 및 구전의도까지 연결이 되는지를 확인하여 스타트업이 제품 개발 시 소비자의 수요에 부합한 제품을 개발하고, 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 도출할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 주요 내용은 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 제품 구입 시 영향을 미치는 선택 속성을 가격, 디자인, 편의성, 기능으로 구성하여 각각의 제품 선택 속성이 제품 선호도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 진행했으며, 둘째, 선호도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향과 선호도가 구전의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 진행했다. 본 연구결과를 통해 제품 선택 속성과 제품 선호도, 구매의도 및 구매의도 간의 연관성을 파악할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 제품 선호도, 구매의도 및 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 제품 선택 속성에 대한 중요성을 제시할 수 있다. 아울러, 본 연구결과는 스타트업이 소비자의 구매행동을 이해 및 예측한 제품을 개발하고 이를 반영한 마케팅 전략을 수립함에 있어 적용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고, 이를 통해 문제 해결 실행 대안을 제시하는 것에 그 의미가 있다.

This study was designed to investigate the differences in the mediation effects of cognitive emotion-regulation in the relationships between family stress and marital satisfaction of middle-aged husbands and wives. The data were underwent through the SPSS 19. Win for frequency, paired-t-test, multiple regression analysis, and for the further analysis of hiearchical multiple regression and the analysis for the mediation effect proposed by Baron & Kenny(1996) and Sobel test(Sobel, 1982). The results were as follows. First, hiearchical multiple regression analysis showed that education level, couples' problems, replanning strategies were proved to be significant for the marital satisfaction of the husbands, while age, couples' problems, acceptance strategies were significant for the marital satisfaction of the wives. Second, cognitive emotion-regulation strategies were proved to partially mediate in the relationship between family stress and marital satisfaction. The limitations of the study and implications for the further research were discussed based on the results.

Cognitive subject imposes structures on an object to shape it into a structured thing. Structures that the subject imposes on an object in a given problem context can be diverse horizontally and vertically. In view of the horizontal diversity of structure, problem-solving activities focusing on various structures may enrich the present problem-solving education which emphasizes applying and comparing a couple of problem-solving strategies. Finding an algebraic formula for a figural pattern should be regarded as a new starting point of searching for more various structures. In view of the vertical diversity of structure, it should be aware that students may see different structures from the structure that their teacher expect them to see. The vertical diversity of structure enables us to provide students with experience of progress.
