  • 최근 비장애인과 장애인 간의 정보격차를 줄이기 위하여 관련 법규의 마련과 더불어 다양한 방법들이 제안되고 있다. 소프트웨어 접근성에 있어서 평등한 권리를 행사할 수 있도록 소프트웨어 접근성 지침 1.0이 등장하였다. 소프트웨어 접근성 향상을 위해서는 키넥트 기술을 활용하는 것을 전제로 하였다. 이 논문에서는 소프트웨어 접근성 지침 1.0을 기초로 하여 소프트웨어 접근성 향상 시스템 구현을 위한 이해관계자 별 요구사항을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 추후 시스템을 설계하고 구현하는 로 활용될 것이다.

  • 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 창업시장에 남성 못지않게 여성의 창업도 증가하고 있다. 여성 창업을 독려하기 위한 다양한 정책도 많지만 남성의 창업 성과에 비해 여성의 창업 성과는 미미하게 나타나고 있다. 중소기업청에서 조사된 창업 현황으로 본다면 남성은 다양한 산업 분야에 창업을 하고 있고 자금투자유치 및 고성장도 이루어지고 있는 반면에 여성은 한정된 산업 분야에 개인자금조달 및 소규모경영형태로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 남성과 여성의 창업 형태가 위와 같이 차이가 나는 근본적인 원인을 사회적으로 잠재되어있는 젠더레짐에 영향을 받아 나타나는 것으로 가정하고 실증적인 검증을 하려고 한다. 양성평등 및 차별금지에 관한 교육이 꾸준히 이루어지고 있음에도 뿌리 깊은 젠더편향적인 한국문화적 특성상 그 성-편향적 사고의 틀 안에서 여성 창업에 대하여 평가하고 있다. 여성 창업은 꾸준히 증가되고는 있지만 암묵적으로 방관하는 젠더편향적인 사회 문화를 인식을 개선하지 않는 이상 여성 창업 환경과 그 성과는 앞으로도 크게 나아지지 않을 것이라고 생각 된다. 이에 남성 주류의 창업생태계 안에서 여성 창업에 대한 편견 및 유리천장이 존재하여 그 성장에 한계가 있는 것으로 가정하고 본 연구는 젠더레짐이 여성창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증해보려고 한다.

A Study on the Change in the Representation of Father Involvement in Home Economics Textbook (가정과 교과서에 나타난 아버지 역할의 변화)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the father involvement suggested in the Home Economics textbook through the development of gender-equal society and provide the basic data for the development of a standard for the father involvement in the viewpoint of gender equality. For this, the father involvement depicted in the main text, photos, and illustrations included in the Home Economics textbooks were examined. A total of 34 Home Economics textbooks written based on the curricula from the 1st Curriculum up to the 2007 Revised Curriculum were analyzed centering on the contents and the quantity of the text, supplementary materials, photos, and illustrations. The following are the results of the analysis. First, the Home Economics textbooks based on the 1st to 3rd Curriculua only described the traditional father involvement, and photos and illustrations did not specifically describe the role of the father. Second, the Home Economics textbooks based on the 4th to 5th Curricula began to show changes such as the image of the father sharing household responsibilities. Third, the Home Economics textbooks based on the 6th Curriculum suggested more active involvement of the father such as sharing the equal responsibility for the upbringing of children and sharing responsibilities for child care and housework. Fourth, the Home Economics textbooks based on the 7th Curricula up to the Revised Curriculum of 2007 emphasized the father's involvement of upbringing children. Especially, a variety of contents including the domestic responsibilities of the father, the correction of the "work-first" attitude, and gender equality related contents were suggested to promote gender-equal society further. Said results show that the contents related with gender equality and the descriptions about the father role in the viewpoint of gender equality are steadily increasing in Home Economics textbooks. However, there were still problems such as the gender-role division regarding the involvement of the father in the family and temporary responses to social demands. Open debates between the experts in the education of Home Economics and experts in family life may be required in order to improve said problems.

Unchosen Cohabitation of Hannah Arendt and Precarity Politics of Judith Butler: Based on Body Politic and Ethical Obligation (한나 아렌트의 비선택적 공거와 주디스 버틀러의 프레카리티 정치학: 몸의 정치학과 윤리적 의무)

  • This essay examines 'precarity politics' by Judith Butler, a well-known gender theorist and queer philosopher, in Notes Towards a Performative Theory of Assembly (2015) focused on concepts as unchosen cohabitation of Hannah Arendt and unwilled proximity of Emmanuel Levinas. Butler's precarity politics is the condition of our dispossessed political beings with fundamental vulnerability and interdependency that cannot choose with whom we will live on this Earth. Butler's political ethics is twofold: on one hand, she examines significance of 'action'' the most significant vita activa in the public area, and 'plurality'' the condition-not only the necessary condition but the possible condition-for a political life suggested by Hannah Arendt in Human Condition; on the other hand, Butler reflects upon global precarity based on a diasporic precarious life in the social world towards freedom and equality. Unchosen cohabitation of plural humans on Earth, and global pervasion of precarity, that indicates "politically induced condition in which certain populations suffer from failing social and economic networks of support and become differentially exposed to injury, violence, and death," so called "differential distribution of precariousness," are practical possibilities of ethical and equal cohabitation of different ethnic groups in the social world. Ethical obligations or ethical demand to respond to others' suffering in distance and proximity originated from precarity politics, mentioned in Precarious Life, Parting Ways, and Frames of War, could be non-foundational joint of plural people living together globally. We should presume the 'reversibility' of distance and proximity in others' suffering, based on responsiveness and responsibility of others, if we want to stay attuned to the pain of others we never chose to live together. That is the significance of Butler's 'precarity politics' with 'ethical obligation' to accept 'unchosen plurality' of living population on Earth, and 'reversibility between of distance and proximity,' in her 'new plural and embodied body politics' or 'new corporeal ontology', through human primary vulnerability, fundamental interdependency, being exposed and responsive to suffering of others.

  • 무한 사이버 공간인 인터넷의 발달과 함께 인터넷의 사용이 크게 늘어 거의 대부분이 인터넷을 이용하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷에서의 정보와 지식은 누구나가 어떠한 환경에서도 사용가능해야 한다. 장애인, 노인, 어린이, 약시 등을 고려한 웹 개발이 절실하다. 국내에서는 2008년 4월 11일 "장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률" 동법시행령(제14조)에 웹 접근성 의무화 조항 마련을 마련하여 복지 분야 뿐 아니라 인터넷에서도 장애인에 대한 평등을 강화하였다. 매년 웹 접근성 실태조사를 하고 있는 중앙행정기관의 웹 접근성 평균 점수는 2005년 72.3점, 2006년 81.8점, 2007년 88.2점, 2008년 90.6점이고, 광역지자체는 2005년 71.6점, 2006년 81.8점, 2007년 86.8점, 91.6점으로 해마다 향상되고 있는 것으로 나타났다(한국정보화진흥원 웹접근성연구소, 2009). 이와 비교해 볼 때, 민간기업의 웹사이트는 웹 접근성 준수율이 많이 낮으므로 본 연구에서는 한국 미국 일본 50대 기업의 웹 접근성 및 사용성에 대해 나라별, 기업별로 실증 평가 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선안을 제시하여 민간기업의 웹 접근성, 사용성 수준을 향상시키는데 다소라도 기여하고자 하며 향후 IPTV, 휴대폰 등 다양한 웹 접근성 연구 분야에 대해 제시했다.

Electoral Redistricting Problems of Non-autonomous Gu ('자치구가 아닌 구'의 선거구획정 문제)

  • This study aims to analyze the redistricting problems in non-autonomous Gu. Although non-autonomous Gu is a just local administrative district, it has been regarded as an important and basic spatial unit in electoral redistricting. By the reform of Public Official Election Act in 2012, however, non-autonomous Gu is distinguished from local governments like Si, Gun and autonomous Gu, in boundary delimitation for the 19th National Assembly election, and some are divided into a part of another constituency. About these background, this study points out the following problems. First, in national scale, the reform of Act made the malapportionment in constituencies of non-autonomous Gus, comparing with those of local governments. Second, there was the discriminative application of Act in each non-autonomous Gu and it will make the malapportionment worse in next election, considering the reorganization of local administrative system. Finally, this study propose that it is necessary to select one from a variety of redistricting principles, especially between the prevention of gerrymandering, the representativeness of local government and the apportionment, prior to another amendment of redistricting system and the debate about political reform.

Social function of game as a leisure activity (여가 문화 활동으로서 게임의 사회적 기능)

  • The significance of this study lies in the fact that it looks into the function of games as one of the important leisure activities at the moment when negative perception on overall game industry is becoming an obstacle in settlement of sound game culture. Game is one of the activities enjoyed in leisure time. The main positive effects of game were analyzed classifying them into 10 types including the stress relief and alleviation of tension, diverse identity experience and positive socialization experience, strengthening of self-respect and ideal self-realization, strengthening of independent thinking and problem-solving capacity, motivation for learning, enhancement in physical capacity, decrease in aggressive tendencies, cultivation of awareness on equality, increase in familiarity with the civilization of technology, and strengthening of individuality based on diversity.

A View on the Diversity of the Word and Mathematical Notation Expression Used in High School Mathematics Textbooks (고등학교 수학 교과서에서 사용되는 어휘(語彙)와 수학 기호 표현의 다양성에 대한 소고(小考))

  • Depending on the type of textbook, the word and mathematical notation expression used in high school mathematics textbooks varied and there were also some differences on the mathematical definition and the content description methods. Not only the composition of textbooks but also various expressing ways of textbooks have significant impacts on teaching and learning of teacher and student. The diversity of expression had pros and cons like both sides of a coin. There is a positive aspect that we can pursue pedagogical diversity. Simultaneously there is a negative aspect that the possibility of acting as a learning burden exists in the viewpoint of the student and the equality of evaluation may be undermined. In this study, Preferentially we focused on analyzing the actual situation rather than judging what is more appropriate about the diversity of words and notation expressions used in mathematics textbooks which is based on the current curriculum. For this purpose, we analyzed 56 kinds of mathematics textbooks based on the 2009 revised mathematics curriculum, and presented four aspects(terms expressing, notations expression, mathematical definition, content description method) with examples about differences of the various expressions used in textbooks including 'terms and notations'.

A View on the Deviation of Content Elements of Quadratic Curve in High School Geometry Textbooks (고등학교 기하 교과서 이차곡선 내용 요소 편차에 대한 소고(小考))

  • This study looked at the deviation of each textbook, focusing on the detailed learning content related to the quadratic curve properties contained in high school geometry textbooks. Rather than criticizing the diversity of content elements covered in high school geometry textbooks and suggesting alternatives, it focused on analyzing the actual conditions of content element diversity. The curriculum specifies that the practical application of the quadratic curve should be emphasized so that student could recognize the usefulness and value. However, as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the purpose of the curriculum and the structure of the textbook did not match somewhat, the deviation of content elements for each textbook was quite large. In terms of acknowledging the diversity of teaching and learning, the diversity of each textbook on the methods of the introduction and the natures related to the quadratic curve can be fully recognized. But in our educational reality, which is aiming for the university entrance examination system through national evaluation such as CSAT, the results are too sensitive in society as a whole, so the diversity of expressions in mathematics textbooks is sometimes interpreted as a disadvantage of evaluation. It is time to reconsider the composition of textbooks that recognizes the diversity of content elements in textbook teaching and learning and at the same time reflects the aspect of equality in evaluation.
