The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of parent's support on the school adaptation of immigrant adolescents to school life, the mediating effect of self-esteem, and the moderating effect of cultural adaptation stress. The data used for the analysis were the second panel data (2020) among the multicultural youth panel survey data. As for the data analysis method, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4 and PROCESS MACRO Model Number 1 analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, first, parental support showed a positive (+) effect on school life adaptation. Second, in the relationship between parent's support and school adaptation, self-esteem had a statistically significant indirect effect. Third, it was found that cultural adaptation stress had no moderating effect in the relationship between parent's support and school adaptation. Based on these results, policy and practical suggestions for improving the school adaptation of immigrant adolescents to school life were presented.

This study is intended to increase the understanding of multicultural children's parent-child which I used as a control. To do this a survey was conducted of students with basic communication ability in the $5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ grades who are enrolled in elementary school in Gyeonggi Province. In the study, the multicultural children's group, when compared to other groups, had a father-child relationship quality that was found to be lower. A study will be made analyzing the father of multicultural families' children, including the father's role in multicultural education. Through the fact that the quality of parent-child relationship significantly affects multicultural family children's school adjustment. If multicultural family parents have access to a variety of training programs in education, then multicultural children school adjustment will be further enhanced.

This study is to examine the mediating effects of parenting efficacy the relation between the self-esteem and child career support behavior(encourage, meddle, non-involvement) of mothers of multicultural families. To this end, data from the 7th year's multicultural youth-parent panel were used, and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted on the data of 1,188 married immigrant women. The result of the analysis showed that self-esteem (β=.277) and parental efficacy (β=.134) were positively significant as factors affecting the child career support behavior of mothers of multicultural families. In addition, parental efficacy was found to provide partial mediation in the relationship between self-esteem and child career support behavior. Based on this, this study suggested policy and practical measures to improve parental efficacy of mothers of multicultural families and to conduct desirable child career guidance.

본 논문에서는 한국사회에서 미래 100년 동안 사회 경제 분야의 가장 중요한 핵심 문제로 대두되어질 다문화가정과 관련하여 IT와 융합된 전자책 시스템을 기반으로 자녀교육에 대한 해결책을 제시하기 위하여 7개국의 유명한 전래동화책을 수집, 분석하고 번역하여 다국어 전자책으로 제작하고 서적, CD, 웹사이트, 스마트폰을 이용하여 세계 각국의 다문화가정 교육모델로 제시하고 서비스한다. 구현되어진 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국내 다문화가정 어린이의 이중 언어 교육을 통하여 부모와 연계된 다문화 시대의 문화적 언어적 문제를 해결하며 다문화 어린이들의 글로벌 마인드 함양 및 다문화를 기반으로 한 사회적 통합을 추진하며 세계 최고수준의 유비쿼터스 인터넷 인프라 기반 서비스를 통하여 전자책 서비스의 글로벌 표준을 제시한다. 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국가지원과제 신청을 통하여 지역사회를 통한 복지 분야 행정시스템을 기반으로 무료 보급하며 2011년 독일에서 개최되는 국제도서전에 출품하여 글로벌 보급 활성화와 교육성과에 대한 발표를 추진한다.

본 연구는 다문화청소년패널 6차년도 데이터를 활용하여 다문화청소년의 진로장벽과 사회적위축이 성취동기를 매개로 진로결정성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 한다. 분석대상은 다문화청소년 1,283명이다. 주요 분석변수는 독립변수로 진로장벽, 사회적위축, 매개변수로 성취동기, 종속변수로 진로결정성을 분석할 것이다. 이러한 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용할 것이다.

This study examined the acculturation strategies of immigrant women and the relationship in adolescents' career development. The data were from 2016 Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study, 1,248 cases. The highest rate was the assimilation followed by integration, separation and marginalization among immigrant women' acculturation strategies. The parenting efficacy, behaviors for career development and parents' support were related with acculturation strategies. The adolescents' career attitudes and perceived career barriers were also related with the acculturation strategies of immigrant mothers. As compared other strategies, assimilation strategy had positive relationships with parenting efficacy, behaviors for career development, parents' support, adolescents' career attitudes and perceived career barriers. This study provided some implications for immigrant families with adolescents.

This study analyzed 138 multicultural programs from 40 libraries during the last two years. The study compares multicultural programs running in Korean libraries with those from American and Canadian libraries which have a long history of multicultural societies. The results are listed below. There is a need for long-running multicultural programs that address the needs of its users even from the planning stages. Programs should include out-reach based running methods, daily life based subjects and contents, and differentiated approaches for different levels and ages of users.

The purpose of this study is to classify the potential types of mental health of mothers of multicultural youth by applying Latent Profile Analysis, analyze the influence of predictors, and find out how differences in potential types affect parental efficacy. To this end, panel data for the 9th year (2019) of the Multicultural Youth Panel Survey (MAPS) were used. As a result of the analysis, first, the mental health types of mothers of multicultural adolescents were analyzed in the order of 'middle risk type of mental health'(class3) > 'high risk type of self-esteem'(class1) > 'high risk type of mental health'(class4) > 'cultural adaptation and daily life stress'(class2). Second, compared to the "class 1" group, the lower the family economy level of multicultural youth mothers, the lower the educational background of multicultural youth fathers (husbands) graduate from middle school, the lower the level of Korean, and the lower the level of communication with children, the higher the odds of belonging to the 'mental health medium risk' group (Ods). Third, compared to the 'middle risk type of mental health'(class3) and 'high risk type of mental health'(class4), the 'high risk type of self-esteem'(class1) group was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on parental efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence the depression and social maladjustment in adolescence of multi_cultural families. The participants were 211 adolescents in multicultural family. The data were collected using a self-report questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression with the SPSS 23.0 program. The stress, career maturity and authoritarian caring attitude had a significant impact on depression(F=13.77, p<.001). The stress, authoritarian caring attitude, negative impact and resilience, career maturity, cultural diversity attitude, open communication, parents' support showed positive impact on social maladaptation(F=13.77, p<.001). This study contributes an integrated understanding of adolescents in multicultural family. And the findings was provided basic data for the development of intervention program on depression and social maladjustment for adolescents in multicultural family.

This study was a systematic review that aimed to assess the effectiveness of educational programs for members of multicultural families. Therefore, 21 studies from domestic databases - RISS, KISS, NDSL, DBia, and nanet - were analyzed and the data were compiled and encoded by three researchers. Regarding the characteristics of the educational programs for multicultural families, 12 programs were developed for children, eight, for parents, and one, for both parents and children. While most intervention programs included topics on health, responsive care, and early education, none included topics on nutrition and safe space or targeted all members of multicultural families. This study identified the need for developing educational programs for all members of multicultural families and for developing and evaluating programs that can address, on a theoretical basis, the problems encountered by multicultural families.
